鉴于简单公钥基础设施技术在授权方面所具备的优点,提出了基于简单公钥基础设施技术的组播分布式访问控制系统,设计了组播分布式访问控制系统鉴别和授权协议,并进行了模拟仿真实验及性能评价。与其他方案相比,组播分布式访问控制系统具备分布式、支持非对称组播、授权委托和隐私保护、边缘路由器计算开销小等特性。     

New Professionals' Preparedness for Clinical Social Work: Supervisors' Perspectives

The fit between the preparation of a sample of recent M.S.W. graduates and the demands of their clinical assignments was investigated by collecting the ratings of their supervisors. These new clinicians were viewed as fully meeting the valid expectations for their work, but needing some further development in the areas of knowledge and clinical skills. The supervisors evaluated these new professionals very favorably.     

COM和CORBA的桥接与应用

根据CORBA规范,阐述了桥接组件的体系结构和六种桥接模型,并引申出八种桥接方式,比较了各种桥接方式的性能差异,利用自定义桥接组件,把建立在UNIX平台上的系统扩展为跨UNIX和Windows平台的分布系统。经测试验证,系统符合设计的要求,改善了原系统的不足。

党政关系:一个人事制度视角与经验证据

党政关系是中国国家治理结构的核心所在。已有文献大多集中在“应然性”研究或官员层次的分析。本文提出一个基于人事制度的研究视角，从官员在党政领域不同职位和机构的任职、流动、兼职等事件和轨迹信息来测量党政机构和职位间的交融程度和关联程度，从不同侧面捕捉党政关系的实际运行状况。本研究提出了党政领域间人事流动的一系列分析概念和维度，如任期期限、职位和机构的知识通用性、交融性、关联性等。我们应用这一视角和相应的概念测量分析一个省份在省市县（区）层次机构主要官员的人事任期和流动信息，及其所折射的党政关系特点。

文章分四部分回顾了国外关于大学教师工作枯竭的相关研究,第一部分是工作枯竭及其维度;第二部分是工作枯竭测量的发展过程,并介绍了几种研究工作枯竭的工具,包括MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory,)、MBI-GS(Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey)和BM(Bornout Measure)量表;第三部分是大学教师工作枯竭及其成因;最后,对研究现状进行了简要的评述并提出今后研究展望.

ARTICULATING DIVIDES IN DISTRIBUTED KNOWLEDGE PRACTICE

Working together has always been a challenge but recent trends in who works with whom, on what, and across what regions, cultures, disciplines and time zones have conspired to increase the complexity of team work, and in particular the complexity of knowledge work and communication across knowledge divides. Drawing from literature and examples of practice obtained during research on distributed, collaborative teams, this paper examines constraints to collaborative practice. It is argued that crossing knowledge divides requires articulating often invisible, taken-for-granted knowledge-based asset specificities that constrain what is recognized and accepted as practice in the different fields or occupations involved in the collaboration. Different types of specificities are discussed as examples to stimulate recognition and articulation of distributions in practice. The paper then discusses ways of recognizing domain constraints on the way to articulating divides and achieving collaboration across distributions in knowledge, practice and technology.
