以倾向性贸易救济为代表的贸易保护主义对世界经济造成了强烈冲击,成为全球重点治理的领域。鉴于现时期G20的显著影响力和重要地位,从整体概况、调查与被诉国别、产品类别等层面,对G20贸易救济现状与特性进行梳理和分析,并提出G20参与全球贸易协调治理的对策建议,对于完善全球治理机制,推动国际贸易可持续发展具有重要实践意义。     

科技银行功能构建:商业银行支持战略性新兴产业发展的关键问题研究

我国十二五期间应该把商业银行的科技金融功能的建设摆到重要议事日程,重新构建发展与创新型经济相适应的新型融资服务体系。应鼓励商业银行以控风险、早布局为原则,以建设和完善其科技银行功能(科技专营机构)为突破口,加大信贷投入、调整信贷结构,加快科技金融产品和服务方式创新,在实现支持经济发展方式转变的同时,实现商业银行业务的战略转型,确立商业银行在科技金融中的领军地位。     

战略性新兴产业：政策演进与理论创新

战略性新兴产业作为未来各国发展的方向,对于应对复杂多变的国际经济形势、促进各国产业升级、技术创新、节能减排等具有重要意义。研究表明,为促进其发展,需科学选择符合本地区发展的战略性新兴产业,通过产业联动实现战略性新兴产业与传统产业的互动,发展产业集群,加强政府政策干预和引导。同时,需借鉴国外发展战略性新兴产业的成功经验,大力发展新能源产业及节能、环保产业等。

战略性新兴产业代表着产业发展的方向,发展战略性新兴产业已成为我国立足当前、着眼长远的重大战略选择。国内外新兴产业发展经验表明：本土需求是新兴产业发展的动力;“母国市场效应”可促进现有制造业的成功转型;国内市场规模及市场潜力为新兴产业企业带来持续创新和升级的压力;产业选择范围大可以带来标准多元化优势。促进我国战略性新兴产业发展,应利用我国市场特殊性突破“微笑曲线”的枷锁,促进供给侧为主的产业政策转型,获取粘性信息降低新兴产业企业市场风险;适当防止对外直接投资对本国市场的侵蚀。     

战略性新兴产业的培育与发展：基于传统产业的视角

根据当前我国培育和发展战略性新兴产业的需要,分析基于传统产业激发和培育战略性新兴产业的可行性,从＂契合国家产业政策＂、＂区域产业现有基础＂和＂契合区域经济社会现实需求＂三个维度建立综合评价体系。不同类型的传统产业转型的适用路径及战略性新兴产业的培育战略有所差异。以L县传统产业为例进行的分析表明,三维度综合评价体系具有可操作性,为区域传统产业转型和培育战略性新兴产业的决策提供了新思路。

在经济全球化的背景下,领先企业在继续保持技术创新的前提下,通过“次领先技术”的转移,不仅不会影响其核心竞争力,更会“套牢”技术追随者。而追随企业如能采取正确的策略不仅能摆脱被技术“套牢”的命运,更能加快技术创新的步伐。因此追随企业应在与领先企业形成有效的竞合关系的基础上,制定长期的技术竞争战略。

20世纪60年代前后出生的唐宋词研究新生代学人,逐渐成为当代唐宋词研究的生力军。正规的教育,完备的知识,活跃的思想,形成了他们善于思索,敢于创新的学术精神与个性。对几位有代表性的研究者进行个案研究,可以大致窥见这一学术群体的特点、成就和不足。     

Technological socialities: The impact of information and communication technologies on belonging among deaf and hard-of-hearing people

This review article examines how different types of communication technologies, from the specialized medical to generic social devices, influence belonging and sociality among deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) people. The emphasis is on DHH adolescents and young adults who may be impacted differently across countries, given state-specific policies regarding the status of sign language and deaf education, and based on different availability, affordability, and accessibility of communication technologies. We introduce different perspectives on deafness, ranging from pathological to cultural, a heuristic on which we build to explore DHH socialities as complex and evolving. We then analytically review ethnographic research on how cochlear implants impact DHH people's belonging to the “deaf world” and/or the “hearing world,” and how they navigate between these worlds. Then we move on to technologies such as text messages and social media, which enable DHH people to extend their socialities beyond local communities. Belonging is a fluid phenomenon, and technologies which are in a constant process of innovation and development may influence it in complex ways. We argue that to explore questions of belonging, identity, and sociality among DHH people, and how they are shaped by technologies, (visual) ethnographic methods are particularly productive.     

Single Custodial Fathers' Involvement and Parenting: Implications for Outcomes in Emerging Adulthood

Using a sample of 3,977 youths from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth (NLSY97), this study examines the unique characteristics of single‐custodial‐father families with adolescents and the effects of single fathers' involvement and parenting on outcomes in emerging adulthood. Findings suggest that single‐custodial‐father families are distinct from single‐mother and 2‐biological‐parent families in terms of sociodemographic characteristics, parenting styles, and involvement. Parenting styles and involvement mediate the differences between single‐father families and 2‐parent families in terms of high school completion and disconnectedness and partially mediate differences for single‐custodial‐father families with a partner. Family and sociodemographic characteristics are also associated with being disconnected for adolescents residing with a cohabiting custodial father.
