海外华人社团跨国活动在短短30年间取得快速发展,这与全球化的到来密不可分。一方面,全球化为海外华人社团跨国活动的开展提供了条件和便利;另一方面,海外华人社团的跨国活动促进和推动全球化进程。二者相互影响,互为补充,促进了新型国家与地区关系的建立与发展。     

Essay on personal field experiences from an intercultural approach

In this article I intend to analyse two of the research projects I carried out among the Roma from a critical intercultural perspective. I shall discuss some of the processes referring to the educational policy of teaching Romani mother tongue in school, considering not only the direct beneficiaries of this policy, the students, but also the Romani language teachers who are also seen as a product of the said policy.     

Liking and hyperlinking: Community detection in online child sexual exploitation networks

The online sexual exploitation of children is facilitated by websites that form virtual communities, via hyperlinks, to distribute images, videos, and other material. However, how these communities form, are structured, and evolve over time is unknown. Collected using a custom-designed webcrawler, we begin from known child sexual exploitation (CE) seed websites and follow hyperlinks to connected, related, websites. Using a repeated measure design we analyze 10 networks of 300 + websites each – over 4.8 million unique webpages in total, over a period of 60 weeks. Community detection techniques reveal that CE-related networks were dominated by two large communities hosting varied material –not necessarily matching the seed website. Community stability, over 60 weeks, varied across networks. Reciprocity in hyperlinking between community members was substantially higher than within the full network, however, websites were not more likely to connect to homogeneous-content websites.

软法研究的勃兴在于国家与社会之于公共治理学说的理论共识以及公共治理现实的实践探索。作为国家治理场域的重要组成部分，城市社区治理与软法不仅在概念层面具有一定的逻辑关系，而且在现实层面发生了有效互动：软法的灵活易变性与城市社区治理的动态复杂性相协调、软法的整合功能与城市社区治理的多元合作特性相契合、软法的认同性约束与城市社区治理的互动协商相配合。这对于城市社区治理机制的建构提供了有益的启示，表现在健全规则供给机制、创新信息沟通机制、构建主体协同机制、建立协商对话机制、完善实施保障机制等方面。

新时期,高校共青团组织面临学生社团迅猛发展的新形式,本文简要论述了学生社团建立团支部的必要性,并在此基础上探索了学生社团团支部的工作模式,指出了在学生社团建立团支部应注意的两个问题.

We consider how a rational decision theorist would justify committing resources to an investigation designed to satisfy pure curiosity. We derive a strange result about the need to be completely open-minded about the outcome.     

Educational interventions for people with social and health difficulties in Italy: the case of a ‘welcoming community’ for young and adults

This article presents a case study that we consider significant for the social work of ‘welcoming communities’ in Italy. In the first part, we describe the history, methodologies and educational instruments aimed at young adults with social and work integration difficulties. In the second part, we present research questions, methods and results of a field research study carried out over 8 years, during which researchers were continuously present. All the 375 persons living in the welcoming community Villa S. Ignazio, in Northern Italy, have been observed. In the conclusions, we point out the main elements for a critical reflection that may lead to a methodological enhancement of the activities, also considering the global economic and political crisis, which is particularly dangerous for the rights of the vulnerable people.     

Changing Practice and Policy to Move to Scale: A Framework for Age-Friendly Communities Across the United States

A new body of work has emerged under the category of creating age-friendly communities. This article briefly reviews the current state of the work and discusses a potential framework for moving to scale. Based on an understanding that the majority of the local challenges to aging in community stem from state and national policies and practices, the article calls for a measure of “creative destruction” in local efforts. That is, dysfunctional state and national systems should be boldly marked for demolition. Local age-friendly community work must be conceived of and positioned to engage larger policy issues, identify problems, and be part of a process of reinventing larger federal, state, and local policies and practices.     

Concerns,Challenges, and Directions of Development for the Issue of Representing Uncertainty in Risk Assessment

In the analysis of the risk associated to rare events that may lead to catastrophic consequences with large uncertainty, it is questionable that the knowledge and information available for the analysis can be reflected properly by probabilities. Approaches other than purely probabilistic have been suggested, for example, using interval probabilities, possibilistic measures, or qualitative methods. In this article, we look into the problem and identify a number of issues that are foundational for its treatment. The foundational issues addressed reflect on the position that “probability is perfect” and take into open consideration the need for an extended framework for risk assessment that reflects the separation that practically exists between analyst and decisionmaker.

网络学习社区学术交往的主体主要是指教师、大学生、其他助学者，客体是指主体用于学术交往过程的各类资源；工具性交往、概念性交往和学术性交往是网络学习社区中学术交往的主要类型；通过环境界面交往、资源交往、观点交往实现网络学习社区的学术交往。实现网络学习社区中学术交往的策略性途径是多样化的，如基于问题解决方案、基于案例研究方案等。
