国内外工程计价方法在房屋估价中的应用

国内外工程计价的一些方法具有计算简便、对技术资料和估价人员技术功底要求不高等特点,可以在房屋估价中参考使用.利用概算指标、类似工程施工图预算指标及平方(立方)英尺经济指标,通过时间、地区和结构差异修正,计算出待估房屋在估价时点的建筑安装工程费用或重置成本.这种估价思路符合房地产估价的"替代性"原理,并具有估算简单、技术性强等特点,能够保证估价结果的准确性.     

广义Gamma分布簇广义线性混合模型的构建

 本文在广义Gamma分布簇基础上引入异质性来构建广义线性混合模型。本文构建的广义Gamma分布簇广义线性混合模型在广义线性混合模型的框架下分析,通过参数重整技术把广义Gamma分布簇变量的建模问题与指数分布簇变量的建模问题联系起来,模型推断可以方便地利用广义线性混合模型和广义线性模型的研究成果,同时也可以方便地推广到其他模型。三参数广义Gamma分布可以收缩到两参数的Gamma分布、Weibull分布或指数分布,能降低模型误设的风险,还能便利地分析误差结构。     

Modeling sensitivity and specificity with a time-varying reference standard within a longitudinal setting

Diagnostic tests are used in a wide range of behavioral, medical, psychosocial, and healthcare-related research. Test sensitivity and specificity are the most popular measures of accuracy for diagnostic tests. Available methods for analyzing longitudinal study designs assume fixed gold or reference standards and as such do not apply to studies with dynamically changing reference standards, which are especially popular in psychosocial research. In this article, we develop a novel approach to address missing data and other related issues for modeling sensitivity and specificity within such a time-varying reference standard setting. The approach is illustrated with real as well as simulated data.     

基于非参数核估计的股市风险理论及应用研究

根据中国股市非市场化特点与股权分置改革的影响等问题,在股票市场价格严重失真情况下,运用非参数核估计方法,拟合了股市的理论收益率指标,通过对比股市实际收益率指标显著性偏离关系,提出了中国股市风险理论的独特含义与计量方法。实证显示：非参数核估计能够很好估计股市理论收益率指标,准确地计量中国股市风险动态变化情况。

讨论具有多种备选的敏感问题的抽样调查方法。对文献［１］提出的抽样调查方法进行了分析，提出了一个关于修正调查结果的新方法，并引进Ｍｏｎｔｅ－Ｃａｒｌｏ法对两种方法进行了比较。     

Simultaneous inference on diversity of biological communities

In environmental statistics, surveys on the structure of biological communities are generally carried out by focusing on diversity indexes. A more complete analysis may be performed by means of an appropriate function giving a spectrum of different measures of diversity: diversity profiles. They can be expressed as a function of the unknown abundance vector of the ecological population. In this paper we develop a non parametric approach based on bootstrap in order to make inference on diversity profiles. The proposed procedure is applied on biological data of four parks in Milan, Italy.     

联合变换CDMA接收机解调序列抗多址干扰

提出了零均值噪声信道中的同步码分多址通信系统的一种新的抗多址干扰方法。这种抗多址干扰方式的接收机是单用户检测式的，每个接收机的解调序列由各特征序列及信道的统计特性联合变换得到。给出了无偏估计的一类解调序列，提供了一种截获同步ＣＤＭＡ通信系统通信信息的方法。同时给出了误差最小无偏估计检测的解调序列。推导出了这种抗多址干扰方式ＣＤＭＡ通信系统在加性白噪声信道中误码率的上下界，给出了部分数值结果。

On the invertibility conditions for moving average processes

Conditions for the general Moving Average process, of order q, to be invertible or borderline non-invertible are deduced. These are termed the acceptability conditions. It turns out that they depend on the magnitude of the final moving average parameter, θ _q . If ‖θ _q ‖ >1, the process is not acceptable. Should ‖θ _q ‖ = 1, the conditions, for any particular q, follow simply - if use is made of the remainder theorem. When ‖θ_q‖< 1, an appeal is made to ROUCH* E'S theorem, to establish the conditions. Analogous stationarity results immediately follow for autoregressive processes.
