基层妇联干部的职业素养状况与角色期待教育

当前基层妇联干部的素质状况、角色认知、角色认同感及处理多重角色冲突的能力与实际要求有偏差,要增强其服务妇女群众的角色意识、个人职业生涯的发展能力,接受新信息、新观念的能力,以及创造性开展工作的能力和处理多重关系的能力,就必须调整基层妇联干部的角色认知,塑造良好的心理素质和职业素养,以促进男女共同发展,构建社会主义的和谐社会.     

Estimation of Polygons and Areas

Abstract.  In forestry the problem of estimating areas is central. This paper addresses area estimation through fitting of a polygon to observed coordinate data. Coordinates of corners and points along the sides of a simple closed polygon are measured with independent random errors. This paper focuses on procedures to adjust the coordinates for estimation of the polygon and its area. Different new techniques that consider different amounts of prior information are described and compared. The different techniques use restricted least squares, maximum likelihood and the expectation maximization algorithm. In a simulation study it is shown that the root mean square errors of the estimates are decreased when coordinates are adjusted before estimation. Minor further improvement is achieved by using prior information about the order and the distribution of the points along the sides of the polygon. This paper has its origin in forestry but there are also other applications.     

现代青年女性的角色扮演探析：透视“人造美女”现象

"人造美女"成为社会时尚背后的驱动原因非常复杂,抹不去"男性中心"的传统色彩,更有商机利益的强烈需求.面对着职业、择偶的性别歧视,与"女明星"、尤其是"人造美女"成功的多重示范效应,不少青年女性选择了"自残式"的医学"整容"的角色"再造"之路.虽不能定性为"错误",但真正成功的现代女性的角色实践,应该采取综合素质的正确取向.     

新闻对上海股票市场股价影响的实证分析

文章在界定新闻含义的基础上,借鉴国外学者在外汇领域建立新闻模型的研究思路和方法,建立股票市场狭义线性新闻模型,试图从新闻角度来解释股价变动的原因。以沪市为例进行实证研究表明,在所取样本区间,股票市场狭义线性新闻模型成立,新闻对沪市股价变动有显著影响:"人民币/美元汇率指数"新闻项、"消费价格指数"新闻项和"燃料动力价格指数"新闻项对股价变动存在显著性影响。     

The Bubble Game: An Experimental Study of Speculation

We propose a bubble game that involves sequential trading of an asset commonly known to be valueless. Because no trader is ever sure to be last in the market sequence, the game allows for a bubble at the Nash equilibrium when there is no cap on the maximum price. We run experiments both with and without a price cap. Structural estimation of behavioral game theory models suggests that quantal responses and analogy‐based expectations are important drivers of speculation.     

幸福感的城乡差异分析——基于中国CGSS2008的调查数据

幸福感是人们对主观生活质量进行的一种情感性评价,是满意感、快乐感和价值感的有机统一。本文在文献评述及概念界定的基础上,结合《中国综合社会调查(CGSS)》(2008年)提供的数据,从自我期望体验、身心健康体验、心态平衡体验等三个层次上深入分析我国城乡居民幸福感之间存在的差异。通过对分类变量进行有序逻辑斯蒂回归,发现城乡居民幸福感差异与以往的研究结论不同,即农村居民幸福感不高于城镇居民。同时,简要分析这种现象产生的原因并提出相关的对策建议。     

论法治与澳门博彩业之理性预期

将新制度经济学关于制度与时间进程的分析方法,引入对＂赌权开放＂后的澳门博彩业对于澳门经济活动影响的考察,具有特殊意义。通过讨论博彩制度与财富增长之间的关系,可以看到,澳门博彩业在打破垄断引入竞争后,目前澳门博彩业带来的＂经济神话＂必然会破灭,因此关键仍然是需要加强＂法治＂,将这一产业纳入法律监管的轨道。     

商品房降价补差广告：要约,抑或要约邀请

伴随限房、限贷、房产税等政策出台,我国商品房市场价格一直涨跌不明。商品房降价补差广告引起不少争议：购房者认为这是商家的承诺,在房屋降价时应当兑现;房产商仅将其视作宣传手段,不承担任何责任。降价补差广告的特殊性决定需要借助理性人客观评价标准分析法律属性。文章建议,在限制降价补差广告的基础上,将其定性为要约列入买卖合同,并明确其与欺诈性广告的区别,以保护消费者的信赖利益以及合理预期,促进商品房市场良性发展。     

Almost Periodic Solutions for Stochastic Differential Equations Driven By G-Brownian Motion

In this paper, we introduce the concept of the p-mean almost periodicity for stochastic processes in non linear expectation spaces. The existence and uniqueness of square-mean almost periodic solutions to some non linear stochastic differential equations driven by G-Brownian motion are established under some assumptions for the coefficients. The asymptotic stability of the unique square-mean almost periodic solution in the square-mean sense is also discussed.
