论中国共产党领导下的多党合作制

中国共产党领导下的多党合作制度,是符合中国国情的一项基本政治制度和政党制度。它是马克思主义同中国革命与建设实际相结合的一个创造,是对社会主义政党制度的重大发展和宝贵贡献。通过简要介绍我国政党制度的形成、发展及内容,从而得出中国共产党领导下的多党合作制度顺应历史发展规律、符合中国的国情,是构建社会主义和谐社会和法治国家的政治保证。     

Cultural differences in maternal emotion control values and children's expressive flexibility

Expressive flexibility is the ability to express or suppress one's emotions to meet the demands of the situation. Recent work suggests that expressive flexibility is associated with better adjustment. However, few studies have focused on expressive flexibility in children. In addition, there is a dearth of research on possible correlates, such as culture, parental emotion socialization, and socioeconomic status, that may be associated with expressive flexibility competencies in children. The purpose of this study was to investigate cultural differences in children's expressive flexibility, maternal emotion control values (ECVs), and their relations to family socioeconomic status (SES) during middle childhood in a sample of European American (N = 31, M age = 9.61 years; 54.8% males), Korean American (N = 38, M age = 9.16 years; 55.3% males) and South Korean children (N = 77, M age = 9.74 years; 51.9% males). Mothers reported on demographics and their emotion control values. Children's expressive flexibility ability was assessed using a lab-based observational measure. Multivariate analyses of covariance controlling for SES, child age, and gender suggested significant cultural differences in expressive flexibility, with the U.S. children (both European and Korean Americans) scoring higher on expressive flexibility compared to their South Korean counterparts. Results also suggested significant cultural differences regarding maternal ECVs; Korean Americans were more similar to South Koreans, both scoring higher on ECVs than European Americans. Socioeconomic status, but not maternal ECVs, were associated with children's expressive flexibility, independent of child age, sex, and culture.     

A family of bivariate binomial distributions generated by extreme bernoulli distributions

In this paper, bivariate binomial distributions generated by extreme bivariate Bernoulli distributions are obtained and studied. Representation of the bivariate binomial distribution generated by a convex combination of extreme bivariate Bernoulli distributions as a mixture of distributions in the class of bivariate binomial distribution generated by extreme bivariate Bernoulli distribution is obtained. A subfamily of bivariate binomial distributions exhibiting the property of positive and negative dependence is constructed. Some results on positive dependence notions as it relates to the bivariate binomial distribution generated by extreme bivariate Bernoulli distribution and a linear combination of such distributions are obtained.     

A Note on Functional Forms of Order Statistics

Functional forms of order statistics, as the solution of a system of equations, are studied. The case of the smaller and the larger of two random variables is discussed in detail. Some applications for normal and binomial distributions are presented.

德里达的"幽灵政治学"彰显着特定的伦理宗旨与理念,其伦理形态的主要内容蕴涵了学会更好生活的人文伦理向度和持守正义的政治伦理向度。通过对"学会生活"这句"习惯指令"的语义学考察,德里达把"幽灵政治学"理论形态的伦理向度慢慢呈现了出来。在他看来,生活,按其本初含义,是无法主观学会的,也就是说,人不能靠自己,必须借助其他事物的指导和引领才能学会生活。因此,我们必须接受"幽灵"的指引。在高度集约化的时代,以马克思的批判精神为参照对象,才能恪守正义,秉持良知。     

When images matter: Internet child pornography, forms of observation and an ethics of the virtual

The arrest of Pete Townshend, lead guitarist for The Who, for downloading and possessing Internet child pornography and the publicity surrounding the case provides an initial point of discussion concerning the emergence of an ethics of the image that is not predicated on the actual evidential status of that image but on more virtual forms of observation. The discussion in this article focuses on three substantive aspects of this event - legislation in the UK and the US, expert psychological discourse, and public discussion in the UK press - in order to present a particular and situated rendering of forms of virtual observation. The context to this discussion concerns the notion that digital imaging technology presages a need for new legislation, law enforcement and social analytical frameworks for understanding and tackling the production, distribution and consumption of images of child sexual abuse.     

庙会民俗传承形态研究——以邯郸黄粱梦庙会为例

庙会民俗传承形态是庙会民俗表现形式及其功利性目标在传承过程中的变化,具体而言就是庙会民俗事象及其内涵和功能的变化。仔细辨识、分析庙会民俗事象的变化,发现庙会民俗的传承形态主要有四种,分别是庙会民俗事象的"消失"、"消长"、"更替"和"泛化"等。对庙会民俗传承形态的的探讨和研究,有助于更好地认知、理解和把握庙会民俗的传承规律及庙会民俗的历史发展轨迹。

处罚方式是关于具体的处罚手段与类型的法律规定,在治安管理处罚中具有非常重要的作用。随着社会主体多元化,社会关系复杂化,治安管理处罚方式必然要多样化。国外的社区矫正制度尤其值得借鉴。
