外语课堂互动中的修正性反馈：教师信念与课堂教学行为关系研究

运用个案研究法，聚焦于三位英语专业精读课教师的修正性反馈教学信念和课堂行为，结果发现：不同教师所持的教学信念互不相同。他们的课堂教学行为也存在巨大差异；同一教师持有内部相矛盾的信念；由于教学环境和教师所调用的知识类型的不同。同一教师的教学信念和教学行为之间虽具有一定的联系，但二者差异很大。     

Using Students' Written Feedback on 'Race' Issues to Enhance Self-Regulated Learning

Encouraging students to self-regulate their learning in relationto ‘race’ issues would appear to be pertinent toa profession that promotes life-long learning and holds valuesof self-determination and respect for the individual at itscore. This study examined the written feedback students receivedin relation to key assignments in years two and three of a socialwork degree programme. The findings suggest that feedback isseldom used in a way that might enhance students understandingof ‘race’ issues. If students are developing anunderstanding of racism and anti-racist practice, then it doesnot appear to be a result of the written feedback from tutorsand practice teachers. Given the importance of feedback in helpingstudents to self-regulate and develop their learning, it maybe useful to adopt a more principled approach.     

中外大学英语教师课堂反馈语比较分析

通过课堂录音和问卷调查,分析比较中外英语教师在我国大学英语课堂中常用反馈语的情况,并从心理学的角度观察到教师的反馈语反映了教师的态度,从而引发学生相应的态度。因此,在课堂教学中,教师应该以更积极的态度关注学生的情感,经常性使用真诚的、肯定的,尤其是表扬式的反馈话语,以提高学生的英语学习兴趣。     

奥氏带改进INA法的系統稳定性証明

利用Ostrowski带(下称奥氏带)来改善INA法(逆乃氏阵列法)是多变量控制系统设计中一种熟知的方法,但这种方法对系统稳定性的影响在一般的书籍和文献中却未给出证明,本文对这个稳定性问题提出一种证明,其主要结论是用INA法设计的稳定系统,再按奥氏带的位置改变一个反馈系数后,只要改变后的反馈值不侵犯奥氏带,系统的稳定性就不致被破坏,也即系统仍然稳定。     

一项关于中国英语学习者的写作及修改过程的研究

本研究试图揭示英语学习者如何处理在英语写作和修改时碰到的语言问题。本实验的结果从写作及修改两个角度支持了Swain的输出假设。实验结果表明受试有能力发现和修改他们作文中的错误，还表明老师划出错误的地方让学生修改对受试改错有帮助。改错在帮助学生提高语言的准确有着重要的作用，这对大学的英语写作教学具有积极的启示意义。     

美国《国家生物工程食品信息披露标准(实施细则)》制定中公众参与的经验及启示

公众有效参与立法活动能够促进立法的民主性,提高法律规则的可实施性。2018年12月,美国《国家生物工程食品信息披露标准(实施细则)》公布于世。除具体条文外,另有详尽的公众参与制定该规则的全过程记录同时发布。通过对美国公众参与立法的全阶段进行分析发现,其公众参与立法程序较为完善且公众参与性强。结合我国公众参与立法的现状,提出引入“立法预先公告”程序,扩大公众参与主体范围、增加公众参与立法的途径、适当延长公众评议时间、完善公众评议反馈制度、进行充分的立法信息公开等具体建议,切实保证公众在参与立法过程中获得现实参与感,以促进立法民主化、科学化,为我国法治国家建设助力。     

“How May I Help You?” Improving Telephone Customer Service in a Medical Clinic Setting

The current study was carried out per management request to improve the overall quality of telephone customer service among appointment coordinators in a medical clinic. Exceptional telephone customer service included (a) using a standard greeting, (b) speaking in the appropriate tone of voice throughout the call, and (c) answering every call received by the unit. A preintervention analysis suggested that performance deficiencies resulted from weak antecedents, poor knowledge and skills, and weak performance contingencies. Task clarification, goal setting, feedback, and performance-contingent consequences were combined to improve these customer service behaviors for 20 full-time appointment coordinators at the clinic. The study used an ABÁ reversal design with weekly maintenance and 5-month follow-up observations. Introduction of the multicomponent intervention produced visible improvements in greeting (38% increase) and friendly voice tone (22% increase) behaviors; performance was maintained above baseline levels at 5 months postmaintenance. Abandon rates (the percentage of calls not answered by a live voice) remained fairly stable, on average. Findings support the use of a multicomponent intervention to increase telephone customer service behavior in medical clinic settings.     

多变量反馈系统的BIBO稳定化

研究了多变量反馈控制系统的ＢＩＢＯ稳定化问题，对于每一个子系统应用稳定化的局部状态反馈，利用Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ函数和结合矩阵Ｒｌｃｃａｔｉ方程，导出了保证多变量反馈控制系统ＢＩＢＯ稳定化的条件。所获得的这些条件有所改进，并推广了文献［６］的主要结果。     

基于传播模式的大学英语教学过程解读

传播模式是传播学中用来解释人类传播过程的一般结构和形式。教学是社会实践,也是一种人类传播活动。本文根据传播学中几个较有影响的传播模式来解读大学英语教学过程的特点及教学模式的演变。作者认为,每一种传播模式都有值得借鉴的地方,并能够为我们的大学英语教学提供有益的启示。英语教学要取得理想的效果,关键是要注重教学过程的完整性,排除教学过程中的各种噪音,尤其是在充分发挥学生的反馈机制和信息过滤功能的同时仍然不能忽视教师的教学主导作用。
