高翅片管传热及阻力特性实验研究

在风洞实验台上对整体轧制的平片高翅片管和波纹高翅片管进行传热实验.在相同风速下,波纹高翅片管的换热效果是平片高翅片管的1.2倍左右.拟合出努塞尔数和雷诺数的准则关系式,波纹高翅片管实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为5.9%,平片高翅片管实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为3.8%.在相同风速下,阻力也相应增加1.1倍左右.拟合出阻力系数与雷诺数的准则关系式,波纹高翅片的实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为6.5%,平片高翅片管的实验关联式计算值与实验值的平均偏差为4.9%.     

热处理工艺对高铬铸铁组织和性能的影响

本文研究了不同热处理工艺对高铬铸铁组织、力学性能和耐磨性的影响，结果表明，在980℃淬火，450℃回火，高铬铸铁具有优异的力学性能和耐磨性。     

Deme formation in gall-making aphidsAdelges japonicus (Homoptera: Adelgidae)

The deme formation hypothesis in herbivorous insects states that herbivores differentiate genetically into small demes, each specialized in the idiosyncratic traits of individual plants. We examined this hypothesis in gall-forming aphids,Adelges japonicus, by reciprocal transfers of aphids among three susceptible clones ofPicea jezoensis standing in proximity. Performance of aphids transferred to their natal clone was compared with that of aphids transferred to other novel clones. ANCOVA showed no significant donor (source of aphids) by receptor (recipient of aphids) interactions for both total aphid performance on the host tree over a life cycle and its three subdivisions(q ₁,q ₂ andq ₃). In addition, the total performance on the natal clone was lowest among those in the three clones, which was explicitly against the prediction from the local adaptation. In contrast, there were significant receptor effects onq ₁ (fecundity of gallicolae multiplied by survivorship of fundatrices while feeding on needles) andq ₃ (fecundity of fundatrices multiplied by survivorship of gallicolae before emergence from the galls), suggesting genetic differences in resistance among clones. The two-fold difference inq ₃ among clones was due to different gall size, which was highly correlated with the number of gallicolae that emerged from the gall. The two-fold difference inq ₁ seemed to be caused by different survivorship of larval fundatrices while feeding on needles.     

真空蒸发碲化物薄膜光电性能的研究

采用高温烧结和真空蒸发制备了ＣｄＴｅ光敏薄膜，探讨了制备工艺对ＣｄＴｅ薄膜性能和结构的影响，说明了在基片温度为１３０℃左右下制备的ＣｄＴｅ薄膜具有明显的光敏特性，并得到ＣｄＴｅ材料的禁带宽度为１．６３ｅＶ。利用Ｘ衍射对不同基片温度下制备的ＣｄＴｅ薄膜材料进行了结构分析，发现基片温度为１３０℃左右时制备的ＣｄＴｅ薄膜具有明显的衍射峰。     

论辛派寿词中的抗金情结

寿词兴盛于南宋。辛派词人创作了大量的寿词,体现出一种共有的寿词情结。他们的寿词,或颂扬知己友人的德行才识,或表达对知己友人的同情与劝慰,或直抒一己的真实情怀,都联系着抗金复国这一时代主题,与一般士大夫寿词极言金玉富贵、互颂功德的主题倾向迥乎不同,体现出一种新的气象。

Consent as Resistance,Resistance as Consent: Re‐Reading Part‐Time Professionals’ Acceptance of Their Marginal Positions

The part‐time employee has traditionally occupied a marginal position in organizations. The recent increase in the numbers of part‐time professionals, however, has been seen as offering potential for the status of the part‐time employee to improve. Evidence to date suggests that this improvement has not taken place and that the part‐time professional is also marginalized. Interestingly, research suggests that part‐time professionals may not experience their subordinate positions as problematic, often believing that the drawbacks of reduced hours working are a legitimate consequence of their ‘choice’ to work part‐time. Such ‘choices’ are frequently attributed to part‐timers’ prioritization of non‐work activities. In this article, using a Foucauldian approach to identity, we argue that choices need to be understood as both situated in time and space and constituted through discourse. Using these ideas we provide a re‐reading of part‐timers’ consent to their marginalization, arguing that their responses to their positions at work can also be understood as resistance to some of the dominant norms of professionalism. We set out the conditions that might be implicated in translating subjective resistance into more material actions.

抗战前期国民党政府对日只应战,不宣战的策略是有其复杂的历史因素的。客观上是由中日实力对比悬殊造成的,主观上则是由于蒋介石集团的″攘外必先安内″策略及其争取西方外援的需要而产生的。这一策略奠定了抗战前期国民党政府对日方针的思想基础,从而对中国前期的抗战带来了巨大的影响。     

THE MAXIMUM RESISTANCE OF TESTS

The breakdown point of an estimator is the smallest fraction of contamination that can force the value of the estimator beyond the boundary of the parameter space. It is well known that the highest possible breakdown point, under equivariance restrictions, is 50% of the sample. However, this upper bound is not always attainable. We give an example of an estimation problem in which the highest possible attainable breakdown point is much less than 50% of the sample. For hypothesis testing, we discuss the resistance of a test and propose new definitions of resistance. The maximum resistance to rejection (acceptance) is the smallest fraction of contamination necessary to force a test to reject (fail to reject) regardless of the original sample. We derive the maximum resistances of the t-test and sign test in the one-sample problem and of the t-test and Mood test in the two-sample problem. We briefly discuss another measure known as the expected resistance.
