车辆路径问题的混合蚁群算法设计与实现

蚁群算法是一种新型的模拟进化算法,具有许多优良的性质,可以很好地解决TSP问题.在分析车辆路径问题(VRP)与TSP区别的基础上,论文将蚁群算法应用于VRP的求解,针对VRP的具体特点,构造了具有自适应功能的混合蚁群算法.该算法对基本规则作了进一步改进,并有机结合了爬山法、节约法等方法,以减少计算时间,避免算法停滞.指出可行解问题是蚁群算法的关键问题,提出了大蚂蚁数、近似解可行化等四个解决策略.计算机仿真结果表明,自适应混合蚁群算法性能优良,能够有效地求解VRP.

High-Risk Sexual Behavior in Postmenopausal Women

Individuals who participate in sexual behavior indeed expose themselves to multiple risks, including social, emotional, and physical risks. Outcomes associated with risk behavior can have detrimental consequences on one’s interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and overall health and well-being. This study examined how four factors (relational, decision-making, sexual variables, and safety) operate in a postmenopausal women’s decision to engage in risky sexual behavior. Data were collected online from 44 women, ranging in age from 34 to 68. Results indicate this model explains 62.6% of the variance in risky decision-making for postmenopausal women. Implications and directions for future research are addressed.     

Women Attending High-Risk Substance Abuse Clinics Versus General Obstetrics Clinics

Substance-abusing women experience burdens making attending high-risk prenatal care critical for a healthy pregnancy. Many face barriers that compromise their health by reducing access to care, delaying their first prenatal appointment. One hundred forty-one women attending a high-risk prenatal clinic were compared to a matched group from the hospital’s general obstetrics clinic. Analyses revealed that substance-abusing women with a mental illness attended prenatal care earlier than those without a mental illness. This is important because psychiatric illnesses might precipitate poor reproductive behaviors. Women with HIV also entered prenatal care earlier, which improves reproductive health. Clinicians’ roles are discussed.

在经济全球化大背景下,民族文化的同化和式微、民族文化旅游资源开发的商业化和庸俗化、民众价值观的退化和遗失等现象普遍存在.民族文化保护与开发问题是我国少数民族地区面临的普遍问题,也是关系到民族文化生存和民族文化旅游可持续发展的重点问题.本文从民族文化保护与民族文化旅游的辩证关系入手,分析了民族文化旅游资源开发的现状,提出了民族文化旅游实现可持续发展的对策思路.     

Together all the way? Abeyance and co-optation of Sunni networks in Lebanon

ABSTRACT

This article assesses how social movement continuity may vary in non-democratic and repressive contexts. Using a single case study of Islamist networks in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli over three decades, I ask: Under what conditions is social movement continuity possible, and in what form? Former studies have three levels of abeyance - activist network and personnel; movement goals and repertoires; and collective identities and symbols - are instructive. Network survival and abeyance structures can facilitate rapid mass protests in case of a facilitating external conjuncture. This analysis relies on data collected during fieldwork conducted over a decade in Tripoli, triangulated with secondary literature and primary sources in Arabic. I find that four individual-level continuity pathways are available in authoritarian contexts: continuation of activism; disengagement; co-optation; and arena shifts. These pathways should not be seen as final and stable outcomes but as fluctuating and contingent processes, or pathways. Due to the ambiguity of informal networks, co-opted movements may easily turn against the authorities once again. Moreover, local legacies of protests may be used as resources by new protest leaders.     

Some Results on Node Lifting of TSP Inequalities

We can define important classes of TSP inequalities by performing Naddef and Rinaldi's node lifting operation on simple TSP inequalities.We present some new insights into the node lifting operation, namely that 1-node lifting of cut based inequalities always has a geometric interpretation if a certain claw-free condition which is satisfied by most of these TSP inequalities is met. We go on to show that node lifting of the subtour elimination inequalities does not yield any new inequalities.     

A Peer-Facilitated Intervention to Reduce Risky Drinking Among Fraternity and Sorority Members

Results from a pilot study of a peer-facilitated brief motivational interview using personalized normative feedback with members of fraternities and sororities are presented. Eight fraternity and sorority houses were randomly selected and then randomized into treatment or control conditions. Quantitative data testing intervention efficacy indicated no differences between treatment and control group 30 days postintervention on measures of alcohol consumption and alcohol-related consequences. Qualitative information from follow-up focus groups of intervention participants identified themes related to intervention dosage, and credibility of the normative data and peer educator. Recommendations are made for future research and intervention strategies with this population.
