德勒兹的“块茎”与阿多诺的“星丛”概念之比较

Mobility of ‘the defeated’: internal migration and social advancement in a post-civil war society

The article examines the relationship between the movement across space and social mobility by analyzing the conditions for internal migration in Spain during the years of the Franco regime. Specifically it reflects on the ways in which migration from the countryside into self-constructed shantytowns in the greater Madrid area was perceived by migrants themselves, and on the strategies that enabled migration to be carried through. By focusing on the challenges that internal migration posed to the spatial practices and mobility regimes of the dictatorship, the article also explores the relationship between spatial movement, social mobility and political repression within the context of a nationalist dictatorship.

从历史渊源、构成方式和艺术创作三个角度对中国艺术的两个核心音乐与书法的关系进行探讨，可以发现两者有相同的历史背景，构成元素与情感表达亦有相似的对应关系，实际应用中所起的作用也相似。书法接受了中国音乐精神的影响，进而代替音乐起到了稳定中国文化结构的作用。     

Geeta distribution and its properties

A new discrete distribution defined over all the positive integers and with the name of Geeta distribution is described. It is L-shaped like the logarithmic series distribution, Yule distribution and the discrete Pareto distribution but is far more versatile than them as it has two parameters. It belongs to the classes of location parameter distributions, modified power series distributions, Lagrange series distributions and exponential distributions. Its mean fi, variance a2 and two recurrence formulae for higher central moments are obtained. Convolution theorem and variations in the model with changes in the parameters have been considered. ML estimators, MVU estimators and estimators based of mean and variance and on mean and first frequency have been derived.

从某种意义上看,强制性体制是国际贸易运输法特别是海上货物运输法的核心和特质。在＂海商法文化＂的维度下,基于对国际贸易运输法强制性体制价值论的＂内在逻辑体系＂和运输法体系的自足性分析,运输法强制性的＂二维价值结构＂的提出具有合理性。而在＂内在逻辑体系＂范畴上,特殊主义的强制性体制价值论,特别是＂内在逻辑体系＂意义上的运输法强制性体制,在诠释运输法某些制度的应然性、理解海上运输法的自足体系以及预示运输法发展趋向等方面具有一定的功用。     

Order statistics from the linear-exponential distribution,part I: increasing hazard rate case

For the linear-exponential distribution with increasing hazard rate, exact and explicit expressions for means, product moments and percentage points of order statistics are obtained. Some recurrence relations for both single and product moments of order statistics are also derived. These recurrence relations would enable one to obtain all the higher order moments of order statistics for all sample sizes from those of the lower order     

东固坳上会议与党的八七会议关系之考辨

坳上会议是东固革命根据地创建的起点。长期以来党史学界比较通行的观点认为,最初东固地区的共产党人尚未得知中央八七会议的指示精神,而是根据当地农民运动的斗争经验和方志敏在吉安的革命宣传自发组织起来的。经过多方文献查阅和史实考证,可以认为：坳上会议的召开,诚然具有以上两方面的因素影响,但同时吉安党组织早在1927年9月中上旬就获得了中央八七会议和江西省委的有关指示精神。东固革命根据地是在党的八七会议关于土地革命和武装反抗国民党反动派的方针指导下创建发展起来的。
