自贸区对所属城市创新能力具有直接推动作用。选取福建省为评价对象,应用改进熵值法,实证分析自贸区所属城市创新驱动发展要素及互动关系,指出科技进步、政策支撑、产业参与和环境匹配是区域创新的重要因素,在资源秉赋差异明显的情况下,应着力推进科研投入与措施创新,并加快人才培育和产业集聚。

晚期资本主义的内在逻辑导致了文化工业的出现：随着全球化的逐步深化，一方面经济体系逐渐融入文化当中，另一方面文化中也愈来愈深的融入经济的成分，成为经济的一部分。詹姆逊认为，在后现代主义中，后现代的时间感、后现代的空间感、物化的力量、形象文化，一切都在文化的范畴下展开。     

Has the Lewis Turning Point Arrived in China?—Theoretical Analysis and International Experience

各国农业劳动力占总劳动力的比重随着各国人均GDP增长呈现先加速下降而后减 速下降的趋势, 分界点就是刘易斯转折点。跨国平行数据的回归结果表明, 刘易斯转 折点在人均GDP为3,000-4,000美元 (购买力平价2000年国际美元) 之间出现。中国的 人均GDP超越了这一水平, 但农业劳动力比重远高于该经济发展水平下的世界平均水 平, 这很可能意味着中国的农业劳动力转移仍有较大潜力。

Using World Bank cross-country panel data to estimate the economic development level that corresponds to the Lewis turning point, we find that as GDP per capita increases, the share of rural labor in the total labor force tends to decrease first at an accelerated rate and then, after passing the Lewis turning point, at a reduced rate. Regression analysis of cross- country panel data shows that the Lewis turning point is reached when GDP per capita reaches somewhere between US$3,000 and US$4,000 dollars (PPP, constant international US dollars for the year 2000). GDP per capita in China has exceeded this level, but the proportion of rural labor in the total labor force remains much higher than the average for countries at the same level of economic development. This may imply that there is still considerable potential for rural labor transfer in China.     

Sex segregation in India's formal manufacturing sector

Using an index of dissimilarity based on data from the Annual Survey of Industries for 1989/90 and 2000/01, the authors find that sex segregation across India's so‐called factory sector decreased over this period. Most of the apparent improvement, however, was due to changes in the industrial structure of employment, not desegregation per se. The index is also sensitive to the number of industries in the underlying classifications. At the national and state levels, formal job opportunities for women are effectively very limited: they are highly concentrated in a small number of traditional “women's” manufacturing industries, such as food, tobacco, apparel, weaving and spinning.

近年来，对于我国劳动力供给优势减弱以及劳动力成本上升的问题，不少学者利用刘易斯模型分析了其原因，并提出各种促进、完善我国农村剩余劳动力转移机制的政策措施。文章仍从分析这一问题的经典模型——刘易斯模型入手，但重点借鉴了日本的成功经验，为促进我国农村剩余劳动力转移提出了一系列对策。     

会展业竞争力与省际贸易壁垒研究——基于中国省级数据的实证分析

现代会展业作为一种区域间联系的纽带,已日渐成为省际经贸合作的重要载体,正确认识会展业对贸易的激励作用有利于带动中国省际贸易与国际贸易的协调发展。文章通过构建会展业竞争力模型,衡量了中国29个省市的会展业竞争力水平,并对会展业竞争力与省际贸易壁垒的相关性进行了检验。实证结果表明,会展业竞争力与省际贸易壁垒之间存在负相关关系,会展业的繁荣有助于降低我国的省际贸易壁垒,推进省际贸易发展和国内经济一体化,缓解国内市场分割的现状。     

The Past and Present Cultural Experiences of Adopted Korean American Adults

This study used a mixed-method approach to examine the past and present cultural life experiences of Korean adult adoptees. Open-ended responses across four developmental periods (childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, and adulthood) were qualitatively analyzed and categorized into seven categories of cultural activities. We then quantitatively investigated the relationship between these domains and ethnic identity. Ethnic identity was positively correlated with only cultural experiences from young adulthood. The practical relevance of the research findings to adopted adults and adoptive families is discussed.
