工会推进产业工人队伍建设的探索研究

产业工人是工人阶级的主体,在国民经济发展建设中发挥支撑作用。工会作为代表广大工人阶级利益的群众组织,在推进产业工人队伍建设改革中肩负着不可推卸的责任和重担。在目前新形势和时代变革下,我国产业工人队伍建设的现状还不能很好地适应经济转型中出现的新情况和新问题。对工会推进产业工人队伍建设的情况进行研究,在借鉴制造业强国经验的基础上,从思想政治引领、搭建发展平台、打造能力提升工程、利用“互联网+”和完善保障体系五个方面进行探索建设,从而为工会组织持续打造高素质产业工人队伍工作提供政策借鉴。     

论环境贸易措施对WTO规则的影响

随着多边贸易体制的不断发展和完善,关税、配额、许可证等传统的贸易手段受到了越来越严格的约束。然而一些国家,特别是发达国家转而采用一些更为隐蔽的贸易措施对国内市场进行保护,环境贸易措施就是其中一种非常重要的并为许多国家所采用的一种新型的贸易保护措施。并且,这种贸易措施将对W TO的发展及其相关规则产生重要的影响。     

“一带一路”倡议下阿拉伯语在泉州地区商贸中的应用研究

福建泉州是中国“海上丝绸之路”的重要起点,也是响应习近平主席提出“一带一路”倡议的重要地区。文章基于当前倡议背景,依托泉州地理优势和经济发展,结合阿拉伯语商业特征,论述阿语在地区对外商贸拓展与商务跨文化沟通等发挥的积极作用和现实意义。     

Waste’s dominion: the gymnastics of value in informal markets*

Abstract

This paper examines sites of informal trade in Morocco, what the locals call joutiat (sing. joutia). It departs from the semantic and real-world politics of disposability (of objects and people), to unravel the underlying meanings of the joutia as a contested space. The joutia is a place where not only objects of value wait to be rediscovered, but also where invisible and socially underprivileged beings perpetually ransack heaps of trade articles to unmask a hidden gem. I provide an account of the social dynamics of abjection inside/outside the joutia, arresting the ambivalence of objects, which – as they keep vacillating between value and lack of it – turn into “treashure”. I use this neologism, which combines two antithetical terms (trash and treasure), to (a) put into question issues of visibility and invisibility in informal Moroccan enterprises, (b) crystallise the paradoxes of being and becoming inside and outside the market arena, (c) offer a profound reflection on the absurd nature of value in the informal landscapes of (non)random economy and (d) demonstrate that the forms of abjection inside the market have their origin elsewhere.     

The Transnational Tilt of the Treadmill and the Role of Trade Openness on Carbon Emissions: A Comparative International Study, 1965–2010

There are various schools of thought regarding the relationship between the environment and economy. Ecological modernization argues that the harmful effects of economic growth and development on the environment decline through time, whereas the treadmill of production and ecologically unequal exchange postulate different perspectives. This study relies on World Bank and World Resources Institute data for the period of 1965–2010. Time‐series cross‐sectional Prais‐Winsten (PW) regression models with panel‐corrected standard errors (PCSE) are employed to examine whether economic growth and trade openness intensified or decoupled in relation to three measures of carbon dioxide (CO₂₎ emissions during this period. The findings of this study indicate that there has been a “tilt” in the treadmill of production—that is, the most environmentally degrading production processes have moved to less developed countries. Furthermore, integration into the world economy has been associated with an intensification in CO₂ emissions for less developed countries. Surprisingly, however, this phenomenon does not seem to be driven by exports sent to high‐income nations, suggesting that there are mechanisms embodied within the global organization of production that require further exploration.     

韩国劳动力市场灵活稳定性状况研究

根据国际社会提出的灵活稳定性概念对韩国金融危机以后劳动力市场的灵活稳定性状况进行分析。韩国政府采取的许多改革措施没有使劳动力市场的稳定性得到提高,反而使灵活性不断下滑。社会保障体系的不完善及工会组织的政治化是造成韩国劳动力市场灵活稳定性无法提高的主要原因。     

中国与东盟国家双向投资关系分析及对策研究

东南亚国家与中国山水相连,文化习俗相近,双方商业合作和友好往来历史悠久,随着中国与东盟经济的快速发展以及自贸区的启动,双方合作空间进一步拓展,发展前景将更加广阔。投资合作是中国—东盟经贸合作的强大推动力,这得益于中国—东盟自由贸易区《投资协议》开始实施,双方开放投资市场,改善投资环境,降低贸易壁垒,为双方企业创造更多投资机会。     

汇率变动、价格传导与江苏省外贸进出口——基于毕肯戴克—罗宾逊—梅勒茨条件的研究

本文以江苏省2005年7月至2010年12月的数据为样本,基于毕肯戴克—罗宾逊—梅勒茨条件重新检验了汇率变动与江苏省进出口贸易的关系。结果显示,江苏省进口、出口需求及出口供给均富有价格弹性,出口供给的价格弹性值最小;对出口需求影响最大的是国外的物价水平,其次是国外的收入水平,最小的是出口价格;地区产出能力对出口供给的影响要远大于出口价格;地区物价水平对进口的影响最大,其次是进口价格。相对而言,地区收入的影响最小,基本可以忽略不计;江苏省进出口贸易满足毕肯戴克—罗宾逊—梅勒茨条件,产出高速增长等非价格因素是人民币升值而贸易收支未受影响的主要原因。     

现代服务业供应链整合与上海国际贸易中心建设

在当今经济全球化背景下,供应链日益成为产业组织的一种主流生产模式,高端与专业性服务业的供应链整合尤为重要。服务企业能否形成以其为核心的供应链,关键取决于各自的供应链管理能力。通过考察上海商贸、金融、物流、计算机与信息服务业等涉及国际贸易中心建设的关键服务行业,在分析上海国际贸易中心建设中现代服务业供应链整合发展的现状与存在问题的基础上,提出上海增强服务业供应链整合能力的对策建议。     

超级网络平台限制交易行为的反垄断规制

从“3Q大战”“3百大战”到天猫京东“二选一”事件,超级网络平台实施限制交易行为的现象越演越烈,也成为当前互联网领域的反垄断难题。我国反垄断法律法规在对网络空间的相关市场及市场支配地位的认定上存在适用困境,超级网络平台滥用市场支配地位的行为无法被认定且无法有效规制的现象长期存在。为规范超级网络平台的经营行为,应当调整《反垄断法》关于相关市场与市场支配地位的认定规则,将反垄断案件纳入公益诉讼范围,采取国家诉讼和私人诉讼并行的双重诉讼机制,减轻原告举证责任负担,同时将《反垄断法》与《电子商务法》衔接适用。
