高校学报编辑综合素质提升及途径

在当前高科技信息为主导的知识经济时期,高校学报发展面临着许多机遇和挑战。因此,学报编辑人员亟需提高自身素质,全方位提高自身的专业品质服务水平。结合现今高校学报编辑队伍现状,提出高校学报编辑应具备的综合素质,并从建设学习型编辑部、加强业务培训等方面探讨了提高高校学报编辑素质的主要途径。     

Using journal articles to measure the level of quantification in national sociologies

The methods used when samples of journal articles are treated as the basis for measuring levels of quantification in national sociologies are examined. The data come from every identified example in English. It is found that operational definitions of ‘quantitative’ vary, while ‘qualitative’ work is characterised simply by the absence of sophisticated quantification, which is sometimes taken to imply quantitative incompetence rather than methodological choice. The articles used as data on the state of a whole national sociology are usually drawn from elite general journals in which many sociologists have never published, and ignore the authors’ national backgrounds and publications elsewhere. It is concluded that there is a gap between concepts and operational definitions which it would be desirable to fill.     

立足高校:实现学报可持续发展的前提

我国高校学报对推动我国社会科学发展、繁荣高校社会科学事业和培养学术新人等方面作出了重要贡献,但是也存在着缺乏特色、千刊一面、发行量小、发展受限等问题。究其原因主要在于:高校专业设置的趋同性及管理体制上的整齐划一性、高校科研成果评价机制的量化标准、编辑部人员缺乏创新精神等方面。立足高校是实现高校学报可持续发展的前提,高校学报应依托高校优势学科形成特色栏目,加强专题研究避免泛综合化的路子,提升编辑学术修养,以实现高校学报的可持续发展。     

唯物史观与实验主义——民国学界关于中国经济史研究方法的探索

关于中国经济史的研究方法,民国学界存在两种基本认识,一派信从唯物史观,是为"理论派";一派接近实验主义,是为"材料派"。最初理论派高调亮相并占压倒性优势,材料派也浮出水面但声势不显。后来为矫社会史论战之弊,实验主义开始抬头,至《食货》创刊而居于主导地位。经过《食货》上的辩论,两派达成基本共识,在理论与材料之间执两而用中,最终将经济史研究引入正轨。这一结局的出现得益于《食货》上已建立起一种学者间正常的对话交流机制。     

高校学报走向商品之途是出版规律的必然选择

高校学报因其发行量小、投入产出严重不对等使人对其商品属性产生种种看法.非商品说、特殊商品说和商品说反映了研究者对学报在不同发展阶段的商品属性的认识转变.用发展的前瞻的眼光来看,随着我国高等学校自主办学体制改革和出版业改革进程的加快,学报办刊体制必定会发生重大变化,学报会在这种变化中实现其本应实现的双效益,并逐渐凸现出其商品属性,这是符合出版规律的必然选择.违背出版规律所造成的学报非商品、学报是特殊商品这种假象必定会随着学报办刊体制的改革而复原其商品属性的真面目.     

论编辑的素质与学报质量

编辑素质与学报质量二者之间存有着密切的联系，二者是相辅相成的，编辑素质的高低是提高学报质量的先决条件和关键，因此必须全面提高编辑的素质，以确保刊物的质量。编辑要从政治思想素质、职业道德素质、语言文字素质、文化素质、组织协调能力等方面来不断地加强和完善自己，不断地提高学报的质量。

Abstract

This article describes how electronic resources have impacted the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Libraries' binding operation and how the libraries have responded to the resulting challenges, including the need for updated collection development and preservation/conservation policies, a comprehensive bindery contract, and a fully functional in-house binding capability. The evaluation of the binding process must continue as libraries move from a predominantly print to a predominantly electronic environment. Librarians, scholars, and binders should work together to preserve and bind library collections that will be valuable to future generations.     

“Difficult,Messy, Nasty,and Sensational”

Feminist publishing played an important role in the feminist art movement of the 1970s and into the 1980s, and Heresies: A Feminist Publication on Art and Politics was a key journal in this landscape. This paper argues that Heresies is important not only because it was a forum for some of the most influential feminist art women of the period, but because it experimented with an editorial structure that required participants to reckon with the discomforts of difference. Editors of the periodical took seriously the feminist critique of hierarchically structured organizational cultures and both promoted and practiced collective publishing. Moreover, through an emphasis on editorial statements, I consider how Heresies gives expression to the affective entanglements of the women involved in Heresies' specific form of collaboration and collective feminist politics. An examination of the editorials as sites of affective intensity helps to come to an understanding not of what women were thinking, writing, and making, but how they may have felt about their work and their relationships with women with whom they worked.     

高校学报与研究生教育的内在关系

高校学报与研究生教育有内在关系。一方面高校学报刊登研究生论文反映高校研究生培养水平 ;另一方面研究生论文是高校学报的重要稿源之一。高校学报在刊用研究生论文方面存在“人情稿”、“关系稿”和“一概拒绝录用”两种偏差。对此 ,高校学报需完善审稿制度 ,形成激励机制 ,发挥学报促进研究生教育发展的辅助作用

<新小说>的创刊、危机、停顿、转移这一曲折过程,说明梁启超以政治家为班底、以"发表区区政见"为目的的办刊方针难以持久,由于种种原因只好转向吴趼人以谴责、讽喻社会为主的办刊方略上去.以<新小说>为"标高",中国又竞相出现<绣像小说>、<新新小说>、<月月小说>和<小说林>等刊物,构成了中国小说期刊第一波多彩而繁荣的景观.
