在中国-东盟架构下的中国西南地区外语教育制度思考

本文归纳了东盟国家语言的概况,分析了东盟国家语言与中国西南地区民族语言的关系,结合在中国—东盟自由贸易区架构下中国西南地区外语人才的需求特点,指出了现行外语教育制度给当今社会特别是给西南地区带来的弊端,最后对外语教育制度提出了自愿化、专业化、基础化、区域化、激励化的系统改革构想,并从逻辑学、社会学、民族学、法学以及国际比较等角度进行了论证。     

语言多样性、信息获取与分析师盈余预测质量

考察了语言多样性对分析师盈余预测质量的影响,以及这种影响如何因员工教育水平的不同而变化.基于中国上市公司的实证检验结果显示,语言多样性显著降低了分析师盈余预测质量,但是随着公司员工受教育水平提高,语言多样性对分析师盈余预测质量的负面影响有所减弱.进一步研究发现,分析师与CEO间的校友关系增强了员工教育水平对语言多样性与分析师盈余预测准确性之间关系的正向调节作用.研究结论一定程度上丰富了分析师私有信息获取及其影响机理以及社会关系等方面的文献,而且还可帮助投资者、监管者等利益相关方更好地理解分析师行为,促进资源合理配置,增强资本市场的有效性等方面具有一定的启示意义.     

Modeling the demand reduction input-output (I-O) inoperability due to terrorism of interconnected infrastructures.

Interdependency analysis in the context of this article is a process of assessing and managing risks inherent in a system of interconnected entities (e.g., infrastructures or industry sectors). Invoking the principles of input-output (I-O) and decomposition analysis, the article offers a framework for describing how terrorism-induced perturbations can propagate due to interconnectedness. Data published by the Bureau of Economic Analysis Division of the U.S. Department of Commerce is utilized to present applications to serve as test beds for the proposed framework. Specifically, a case study estimating the economic impact of airline demand perturbations to national-level U.S. sectors is made possible using I-O matrices. A ranking of the affected sectors according to their vulnerability to perturbations originating from a primary sector (e.g., air transportation) can serve as important input to risk management. For example, limited resources can be prioritized for the "top-n" sectors that are perceived to suffer the greatest economic losses due to terrorism. In addition, regional decomposition via location quotients enables the analysis of local-level terrorism events. The Regional I-O Multiplier System II (RIMS II) Division of the U.S. Department of Commerce is the agency responsible for releasing the regional multipliers for various geographical resolutions (economic areas, states, and counties). A regional-level case study demonstrates a process of estimating the economic impact of transportation-related scenarios on industry sectors within Economic Area 010 (the New York metropolitan region and vicinities).     

开放式技术创新范式下企业全面创新投入研究

创新资源投入是保证企业成功进行技术创新并获得竞争优势的关键,资源获取和资源利用成为全面创新投入的两条主线。本文对213个装备制造业企业为样本进行统计,分析了在全面创新投入框架下产品创新、工艺创新和平台创新方面的关键投入要素。研究结果揭示了对三种创新绩效起关键促进作用的投入项目并显示产品创新方面企业对于开放度和开放模式的管理存在一些偏差,企业对于工艺创新方面可以调节技术/互补资产投入比例,适当增强研发投入与工程活动相配套能够有效促进工艺创新。企业可以参考这一结论调整企业的创新资源投入策略。     

基于特化系数的我国区域科技投入结构演变分析

在从跟随模仿向自主创新战略转变的背景下,政府科技投入已经成为战略性公共资源。本文运用特化系数测算了1999年至2006年我国八大经济区科技投入来源结构与执行结构的演变。研究结果表明:1999年至2006年,我国科技投入来源结构呈现出从政府主体向企业主体转变的趋势,南部沿海和东部沿海企业来源资金实现了从非特化向特化的转变;科技投入执行结构呈现出从大中型企业和科研机构双主体向企业单主体转变的趋势,南部沿海企业执行资金实现了从非特化向特化的转变。     

Online patient feedback as a safety valve: An automated language analysis of unnoticed and unresolved safety incidents

Safety reporting systems are widely used in healthcare to identify risks to patient safety. But, their effectiveness is undermined if staff do not notice or report incidents. Patients, however, might observe and report these overlooked incidents because they experience the consequences, are highly motivated, and independent of the organization. Online patient feedback may be especially valuable because it is a channel of reporting that allows patients to report without fear of consequence (e.g., anonymously). Harnessing this potential is challenging because online feedback is unstructured and lacks demonstrable validity and added value. Accordingly, we developed an automated language analysis method for measuring the likelihood of patient-reported safety incidents in online patient feedback. Feedback from patients and families (n = 146,685, words = 22,191,427, years = 2013–2019) about acute NHS trusts (hospital conglomerates; n = 134) in England were analyzed. The automated measure had good precision (0.69) and excellent recall (0.98) in identifying incidents; was independent of staff-reported incidents (r = −0.04 to 0.19); and was associated with hospital-level mortality rates (z = 3.87; p < 0.001). The identified safety incidents were often reported as unnoticed (89%) or unresolved (21%), suggesting that patients use online platforms to give visibility to safety concerns they believe have been missed or ignored. Online stakeholder feedback is akin to a safety valve; being independent and unconstrained it provides an outlet for reporting safety issues that may have been unnoticed or unresolved within formal channels.     

Limit Theorems for Semi-Markov Queues and Their Applications

We begin by definition of semi-Markov flow and discussion of its properties. Asymptotic behavior of multi-server and single-server queueing systems is studied under assumption of time-compression or service time growth. The results obtained are used for calculation of large systems reliability. Statistical estimates of parameters involved are also provided.     

输入输出的认知过程与大学英语口语教学

输入和输出是二语习得过程中缺一不可的两个重要阶段,从输入到输出学习者必须经历一系列的认知过程。口语作为一种输出技能与输入输出的认知过程有着密不可分的联系。调查表明,大学英语口语教学中存在一系列的输入输出问题。要彻底解决口语教学中的输入输出问题,必须进一步完善口语教学中现有的输入输出模式,促进学习者口语输出能力的提高,提高大学英语口语教学的效率。     

外语课堂互动中的修正性反馈：教师信念与课堂教学行为关系研究

运用个案研究法,聚焦于三位英语专业精读课教师的修正性反馈教学信念和课堂行为,结果发现：不同教师所持的教学信念互不相同。他们的课堂教学行为也存在巨大差异;同一教师持有内部相矛盾的信念;由于教学环境和教师所调用的知识类型的不同。同一教师的教学信念和教学行为之间虽具有一定的联系,但二者差异很大。

语用学和公共关系学是近几十年新发展起来的学科,而礼貌原则是语言运用中要遵循的一项原则,简单介绍语用学和公共关系学的概念之后,阐明礼貌原则的提出和实质内容以及为什么要以利奇所提出的礼貌原则的内容作为理论基础,然后简单介绍公关语言的分类,最后通过实例来详析礼貌原则在公关语言中的遵守与运用。通过分析可以进一步了解到公关语言并不是来适应某项准则,它是为在公关活动中实现某种目的而服务的。
