案例教学在专业学位学科教学(生物)专业课程中应用初探——以职业导向为目标的课程实施

以职业导向为目标的课程实施中,案例教学对专业学位学科教学(生物)研究生的教师职业能力培养具有显著的效果。基于案例教学特点与学科教学(生物)专业课程设置及其特点,初步探讨了案例教学模式在专业课程中有效实施的具体流程与课后评价,为教育硕士学科教学(生物)专业课程的案例教学有效实施提供指导。     

Freezing the master production schedule in multilevel material requirements planning systems under deterministic demand

This paper extends the studies by Sridharan, Berry, and Udayabhanu from single-level MPS systems to multilevel material requirements planning (MRP) systems, and examines the impact of product structure, lot-sizing rules and cost parameters upon the selection of MPS freezing parameters under deterministic demand. A model is built to simulate the master production scheduling and material requirements planning operations in a make-to-order environment. The results show that all the MPS freezing parameters studied have a significant impact upon total inventory costs and schedule instability in multilevel MRP systems. First, the order-based freezing method is preferable to the period-based method. Secondly, the study finds that increasing the freezing proportion reduces both total inventory costs and schedule instability. This finding contradicts the finding by Sridharan et al. in single-level systems. Thirdly, the study finds that a higher replanning periodicity results in both lower total inventory cost and lower schedule instability. The study also indicates that the product structure and lot-sizing rules do not significantly influence the selection of MPS freezing parameters in a practical sense under most situations. However, the cost parameter seems to significantly influence the selection of replanning periodicity.     

Co-Sexuality and Organizing: The Master Narrative of “Normal” Sexuality in the Midwestern Workplace

ABSTRACT

Human sexuality is a highly regulated but fluid construct that people communicatively organize around. What has been socially constructed as “normal” sexuality (e.g., preferences, rights, vocabulary, etc.) has shifted dramatically over time, and differently between communities and geographic boundaries. In workplace contexts, where policies and daily practices explicitly and implicitly regulate performances of and communication about sexuality, regional and cultural sexual “norms” can affect how people of diverse sexualities understand and experience their jobs. The Midwestern United States is a particularly complex and diverse region when considering sexual equality in the workplace. Using the lens of co-sexuality, this study explores how people identifying with varying sexual, gender, and professional identities in Midwestern workplaces explained their perceptions of “normal” sexuality and how it affected their workplace experiences. Participants drew on the master narrative of the Midwest, composed of perceived Judeo-Christian norms and a cultural discomfort with difference, and described feeling simultaneously pulled toward and pushed away from cultural sexual “norms” in their day-to-day work environments.

沈括《守令图》与荣县《守令图》关系探原

北宋大科学家沈括曾经编绘了一套高水平的全国地图《 守令图》，宋末即已失传，而１９６４年四川荣县发现的北宋宣和《守令图》碑刻，其底图来源 迄今不详。本文探讨了两者的关系，认为沈括《守令图》的传绘本就是宣和《守令图》的最 早底图，只要将宣和《守令图》作一定处理，一幅失传８００年的精品地图可望重现人间！

城市控制性单元规划作为衔接城市总体规划和控制性详细规划的重要手段,在我国城市规划业内越来越受到关注。通过对上海、广州、南京、合肥和武汉五个城市的相关规划的比较研究,探讨类似规划在地位和作用、单元划分以及控制内容等方面的异同,提出加强城市总体规划和控制性详细规划衔接的新机制———城市控制性单元规划;在此基础上,对城市控制性单元规划的编制做进一步的探讨。     

Populism as a Collective Action Master Frame for Transnational Mobilization

Occupy Wall Street, the Greek and Spanish indignados , and other important movements swept across the Western world from 2011 onward, redefining political and social conflict during the global economic meltdown of the Great Recession. These movements have earned well‐deserved academic attention, but the resulting scholarship is lacking a crucial pillar: a comparative analysis of the collective action frames employed by movement entrepreneurs. To identify the master frame at work and uncover shared processes of strategic meaning making and collective identity construction during this transnational cycle of contention, I analyze primary data, exploring diagnostic, prognostic, and adversarial framing elements as found in the movements’ widely circulated manifestos. The populist frame emerges as the master frame of the cycle, encapsulating the adversarial discourse of the dominant dichotomy of a noble “people” and a corrupt “elite” that resonated strongly with mobilized individuals and allowed movement entrepreneurs to construct a transnationally shared collective identity across populations of widely diverging social, political, and economic backgrounds.
