试论社会主义核心价值构建的人性维度

市场经济负面影响的日益显现及西方所谓普世价值的冲击，使不少国人陷入价值错乱、虚无的状态，亟待对其加强价值引导。社会主义核心价值的提出及构建可谓正当其时。价值与核心价值的构建，必须遵循人性维度。运用理性思维去把握人性，形成科学的人性理论，并将其付之于现实生活予以检验，把握人性的真实，才能为核心价值构建奠定人性的坚实基石。     

Optimal quantization applied to sliced inverse regression

In this paper we consider a semiparametric regression model involving a d-dimensional quantitative explanatory variable X and including a dimension reduction of X via an index β′X. In this model, the main goal is to estimate the Euclidean parameter β and to predict the real response variable Y conditionally to X. Our approach is based on sliced inverse regression (SIR) method and optimal quantization in L^p-norm. We obtain the convergence of the proposed estimators of β and of the conditional distribution. Simulation studies show the good numerical behavior of the proposed estimators for finite sample size.     

Thinking about biology and culture: can the natural and human sciences be integrated?

Genomic analyses have shown that only 1.2 per cent of the genome is devoted to protein coding sequences (the most commonly invoked definition of genes), and that much of the remaining sequences are employed in regulation – that is, in responding to signals, first, from the immediate environment of the DNA, but ultimately from the distal environment – from the cytoplasm, from the environment outside the cell, and finally, from the environment beyond the organism. Such signals are not restricted to the simple physical and chemical stimuli that impinge directly on the DNA, on the surface of the cell, or even on the body as a whole: organisms with central nervous systems have receptors for forms of perception that are not only more complex but far longer range. Humans have especially sophisticated perceptual capacities, enabling them to respond to a wide range of complex visual, auditory, linguistic and behavioural/emotional signals in their extended environment. Research has recently begun to show that responses to such signals can extend all the way down to the level of gene expression. The question is this: to what extent are we witnessing (at last) a rapprochement between the natural science of biology and the human sciences of sociology and anthropology, and to what extent do the new promises of synthesis merely reflect an expansion of older reductionist aims, threatening once again to marginalize rather than incorporate the insights of cultural analysis? As in my earlier discussion of the nature/nurture debate (2010), my focus will be restricted to the Anglo-American context.

动物和人一样，也具有不同的秉性。以动物喻人，自古即有。从辩证的角度看，动物秉性自然有好的一面，也有坏的一面。这里我们借助动物思考人生，专门探讨动物秉性中一些好的品质，狗-无比忠诚；猪-难得糊涂；狼-勇敢合作的典范；牛-勤劳奉献精神；狐狸-聪明智慧的象征；龟-勤恳踏实的榜样。可见，动物的许多秉性亦给人生带来诸多的启示，值得人们以思考和学习。     

知识社会价值的二重性表现

知识的社会价值具有二重性表现。从生产方式、经济发展和精神文明三个维度阐述了知识社会价值的三个正面性表现，同时从人体自身认识、人类生物性功能、人类文化、人类存在方式与安全性等方面对知识社会价值的负面性表现作了探索，认为，在知识发展过程中，知识社会价值的正面性和负面性在人的交往实践活动中构成一个辩证运动。     

由表及里:地方服务型政府建构向度研究

服务型政府效能化与人本化建构是公共管理发展的基本向度,也是我国政府体制改革的目标.多年来,我国地方政府体制改革林林总总,风生水起.但是,由于受转型背景的复杂性、体制体系的惯性以及传统社会结构的粘性等因素制约,总体仍处于表象层面.为此,需要相应支点结构性的循序移位,由表及里,实现地方政府体制改革的路径创新,从而把技术性、手段性改革转变为真正为人民服务的体制性改革.     

不同的选择决定不同的人格存在——以存在主义解读《红字》与《荆棘鸟》

1850年问世的《红字》以及一个多世纪后的1977年面世的《荆棘鸟》可谓神父爱情悲剧的孪生篇章。通过对比可以看出,两部作品中的人物在欲望中的不同选择导致不同人格存在：在欲望中沉沦的邪恶者、在欲望中迷失的可悲者以及在欲望中自我救赎的坚守者。可以说作品中关于欲望与选择以及人性内在关联的深刻阐释使这两部小说具备了文学艺术的永恒价值。     

试论西部大开发中少数民族传统文化重构的特点

本文通过对西部大开发过程中少数民族文化重构的必然性、多元性、个体自愿性、长期性等特点的分析,论证并指出:西部开发过程中少数民族传统文化的变迁、重构是必然趋势,并且这个重构是长期的发展过程。在此过程中,应以个体自愿的原则为基础,让各种文化的主人从多元的社会文化取向中自主选择取舍,以达到“中和位育”的最终结果,在西部民族地区形成“各美其美”、“美美与共”、“和而不同”的多元文化混一的文化环境。与此同时,笔者对学术界中值得商榷的提法也进行了必要的修正。     

试论《格萨尔王传》中古代藏族先民的自然保护意识

自古以来,藏族与大自然和谐相处,以独特的方式保护着大自然,进而产生了独特的自然保护意识和生态意识,深心地影响着世世代代的藏族人民。通过藏族英雄史诗《格萨尔王传》可窥探古代藏族先民对自己生活的环境——大自然的朦胧认识、崇拜到竭力保护这一过程,本文阐述了人类不是大自然的主宰者,人类与自然和谐相处,均衡互利,人与自然和谐发展才是永恒的主题与朴素观念。
