儒家语言审美在新时期作家中的三重境界

中国文化很早就把语言看作是生命本质的外在表达,在中和审美意识规约下儒家在对语言与生命关系思考中奠定了其节制、刚健的基本语言审美要求。儒家讲究人生修养与生命境界的提升,语言也会随着生命境界的提升不断中和不断超越显现不同境界。孔子的人生修养历程标示了儒家不同人生阶段的理想生命状态,民族文化、民族生命具有传承性,儒家语言审美也在新时期作家中呈现三重美的境界。文章以阿城、李锐、刘恒、杨绛、汪曾祺、巴金为例阐明了儒家语言审美在新时期作家中的三重境界。     

日俄战争前后美国远东扩张政策与日美对中国东北铁路的争夺

美国为扩张远东势力,支持日本对俄战争,以打开俄国的"满洲""门户关闭"政策,乘机将其势力伸人中国东北.日、俄谈判期间,美国仍支持日本,以赢得日本的"好感",换取日本在"满洲"的利益.当<朴茨茅斯条约>尚未签订之际,美国便迫不及待地插手日本的"满洲"利益,实施购买南满铁路计划.当此计划遭到日本的阻挠后,美国转而在中国东北实施投资修筑锦瑷铁路、策划"满洲铁路中立化"等计划.为此,日、美双方在"满洲"利益的问题上产生了对立与冲突,展开了激烈的争夺,从而也充分暴露了美国称霸世界和日本独霸"满洲"的野心.     

中和之美的人文底蕴及其现代意义

人文价值取向作为中和之美的意义域长期以来被忽视。作为中国古代以“中”为正确的审美方法 ,以“和”为审美内涵的普遍的和谐观 ,它具有一定的辩证精神和人文色彩 ;它集哲学范畴、审美理想和伦理学目标于一体 ,从而构成其丰富的人学内涵。作为一种普遍和谐的人文精神 ,对于想摆脱生存困境、艺术困境和精神危机的今人来说 ,它仍具有一定的现实意义     

Gangster,victim or both? The interdiscursive construction of sameness and difference in self‐presentations

The paper conceptualizes two contradictory discourses, both used by ethnic minority drug dealers in a street drug market in Oslo, Norway. Oppression discourse includes personal narratives of unemployment, racism and psycho-social problems, often combined with stories about the government and city council being unwilling to help. Drug dealers use the discourse to justify drug dealing and violence, both for themselves and in meetings with welfare organizations. Gangster discourse , on the other hand, includes a series of personal narratives emphasizing how hard, smart, and sexually alluring the young men are. Drug dealers use this discourse to gain self-respect and respect from others, and it dominates interactions on the street. An important argument in this paper is that the discursive practice of criminals inspires theoretical perspectives on criminal practice. Oppression and gangster discourses have inspired, respectively, neutralization and subculture theory. When the same people use both discourses, however, the picture becomes more complicated. The 'bilingual' discursive practice of the street drug dealers reflects the ambivalent role of the researcher, and a Scandinavian institutional and social context where street drug dealers have extensive contact with a welfare state apparatus. The paper still suggests that similar interdiscursivity may have been sacrificed in previous research to produce more coherent theoretical frameworks.     

论中庸真谛及其构建和谐社会之价值

中和之道是天下根本之道、天下人常用之道。用不偏不斜常用的中和之道对待所有事物,就是中庸之道。以中和之道修养自己就是中庸。中庸思想对于建构中华民族和谐文化作出了辉煌的贡献。清末,列强入侵,绝不是中国文化弱于西方,而是统治者、统治制度不能真正充分施展中国人的智慧、能力所致。新的历史时期,中庸思想一定能够为中国构建和谐社会与和平崛起作出独特的贡献。

科研伦理的意义与限度

The Things That Dreams Are Made on: Dreamwork and the Socialization of “Stage Mothers”

Based upon participant observation among mothers whose children, twelve years and under, studied ballet, I extend Levinson et al.'s (1978) construct of the dream as a career anchor to suggest how, through dreamwork, dreams may be constructed by mothers on behalf of their daughters. For the purposes of this article, dreamwork is defined as an interpersonal accomplishment, developed, negotiated, sustained, or discarded in interactions among parents, their children, and interested others. The concept of dreamwork frames a variety of parental behaviors undertaken on behalf of children and suggests how parents come to invest potentially great amounts of time, monies, energies, and themselves in the activities of their children. Moreover, while both mothers and fathers may engage in dreamwork on behalf of their children, I suggest that mothers may be particularly prone to do so by the dramaturgy of motherwork and discuss how dreamwork is both brokered and justified with reference to the construct of the good mother.     

语言的“重新性化”--谈女权主义的翻译观

女权主义运动对西方的社会发展起到了一定的推动作用,其影响也渗入到了社会的方方面面。女权主义者对语言的影响是有目共睹的。然而,其对翻译事业的影响却是鲜为人知的。加拿大女权主义翻译者苏姗妮在她的《双语人》一书中详尽地叙述了她的翻译观点翻译就是以女权主义的方式再改写,而再改写的最本质的原则就是要“重新性化语言”。
