论近代甘宁青皮毛贸易发展的影响性因素及特点

本文立足于对甘宁青近代皮毛贸易发展历程的前期研究,从时代环境和国内外市场需求、区域政治环境和贸易政策及民族和交通状况三方面剖析了影响其发展的主要因素,进而对皮毛贸易发展中所表现出的特点作了较为细致的阐述。     

基于熵值法的贸易可持续发展指数——以浙江省的实证研究为例

贸易可持续发展成为我国经济和社会可持续发展的重中之重。文章从贸易可持续发展的定义出发,提出由贸易升级指数、贸易稳定指数和贸易环保指数构成的贸易可持续发展综合评价指数,再运用熵值法实证测算浙江省贸易可持续发展指数,结果表明浙江省2002-2004年实证研究结果符合该时期的实际情况,表明该指数和评价方法是科学合理的。     

Trade, education, and innovation: Prospects for the U.S. economy

This paper examines international trade issues as vital indicators of the economic prospects of the United States and other developed economies. In particular, it challenges misuses of the doctrine of mutual gains from trade and instead argues that comparative advantage does not guarantee increases in benefits to both trading partners—especially when one partner seeks to distort the market mechanism in its favor. In the face of such mercantilist or protectionist practices, efforts to advance innovation, without retaining manufacturing jobs, will not ensure continued prosperity, as the number of jobs entailed in the invention process is small compared with the number of jobs associated with manufacturing an innovative product for mass consumption. These matters call for the urgent rethinking of trade policy by the United States and other developed nations, if they are to balance their imports and exports and ensure continued economic growth.     

Remaking the labour movement in Italy: the revival of strikes at Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles in 2015–17

ABSTRACT

After the Fiat-Chrysler merger in 2009, CEO Sergio Marchionne imposed a drastic reorganization of labour relations in Italy’s plants, precipitating a profound crisis of the system of industrial relations in the country. But between 2015 and 2017 a significant section of workers at Melfi, Atessa and Termoli plants went on strike against compulsory overtime and labour intensification, establishing links with grassroots unions that successfully organized in logistics. The metalworkers’ union FIOM-CGIL, however, delegitimized the union representatives who resisted Marchionne’s plans. In this article, we trace the context and development of these still little-known strikes. Because of their growing institutionalization, we argue, the confederal unions (CGIL, CISL, UIL) have both failed to mobilize workers and repressed workers’ attempts to resist the deterioration of their conditions. The strikes at FCA and in logistics, however, show that new forms of radical unionism are emerging, pointing to new possibilities for working-class organizing.

校友资源是高校最富饶的人才资源。本文试图在行业语境中，讨论高校发展与校友资源之间的辩证关系，并以此为基础，提出开发和利用高校校友资源的对策。     

民国初期广西三关对外贸易商品结构分析(1912～1931)

近代梧州、南宁、龙州三海关是广西最重要的对外贸易口岸,在我国近代对外贸易中占有一席之地。广西对外贸易出口商品基本是初加工或是未经过加工的农副产品,以技术含量低,技术附加值低的劳动密集型产品占主导地位。出口商品以农民自发的个体小规模经营为主,成规模经营极为少见。进口商品以日常生活所需的生活资料为主,其商品结构与我国的进口商品结构相似。随着对外贸易的发展,大宗进口商品的数量、价格都在不断增加。本地土产的产品在市场竞争中最终不敌洋货,洋货市场需求与日俱增,洋货的价格也在不断上扬,大量洋货的涌入,不仅加速了自然经济的崩溃,而且加重了百姓生活的经济负担。     

煤炭大数据指数编制及经验模态分解模型研究

基于开放性数据源、连续观测昨多变量数据编制的大数据指数,与传统的统计调查指数存在的差异不仅在于数据本身的无限扩张,而且在于编制方法以及分解研究的规则、模型方面的差异。在大数据背景下,率先尝试性地提出大数据指数的定义和数据假设,将"互联网大数据指数"引入煤炭交易价格指数综合编制太原煤炭交易大数据指数,从而反映煤炭价格的变动趋势;导入经验模态分解模型,对所编制的煤炭大数据指数进行分解研究,尝试比较与传统的统计调查指数的差异。研究表明:新编制的煤炭价格大数据指数要比太原煤炭交易价格指数更为敏感和迅速,能更好地反映煤炭价格的变动趋势。随着"互联网+"和大数据战略的逐渐普及,基于互联网大数据编制的综合指数会影响到更多领域,将成为经济管理和社会发展各个领域的晴雨表和指示器;与传统统计调查指数逐步融合、互补或者升级,成为宏观经济大数据指数的重要组成部分。     

工会推进产业工人队伍建设的探索研究

产业工人是工人阶级的主体,在国民经济发展建设中发挥支撑作用。工会作为代表广大工人阶级利益的群众组织,在推进产业工人队伍建设改革中肩负着不可推卸的责任和重担。在目前新形势和时代变革下,我国产业工人队伍建设的现状还不能很好地适应经济转型中出现的新情况和新问题。对工会推进产业工人队伍建设的情况进行研究,在借鉴制造业强国经验的基础上,从思想政治引领、搭建发展平台、打造能力提升工程、利用“互联网+”和完善保障体系五个方面进行探索建设,从而为工会组织持续打造高素质产业工人队伍工作提供政策借鉴。

Industrial relations and adjustments to the crisis: A comparative micro‐statistical analysis of France and Great Britain

In this comparative study, the authors analyse the relationships between industrial relations and workforce or wage adjustments in response to the 2007–08 crisis, using two highly comparable establishment‐level surveys conducted in Great Britain (WERS) and France (REPONSE) in 2010–12. Notwithstanding contextual differences in the countries’ productive systems and the timing and impact of the crisis, the relationships between industrial relations and adjustment strategies appear to have been similar (trade union presence not preventing adjustments). Differences in industrial relations are therefore not found to provide an explanation for the different modes of adjustment observed at the macroeconomic level.
