新生代农民工市民化问题的社会学分析

随着改革开放的不断深入,新生代农民工开始在城市化建设中发挥着日益重要的作用。从新生代农民工群体所具有的特征、市民化的表现以及在由农民向市民转变过程中所遇到的障碍等方面对新生代农民工市民化问题作以初步的探讨。     

The Peasant World in the Discourse of Generational Sorrow

This article spells out the methodological considerations and various procedural and methodological subtleties developed over the author's quarter century of sociological field studies of Russia's peasant worlds. Particular attention is paid to “voices from below”—peasant discursive formats that capture, in natural and undiluted form, the evolution of peasant practices constituting the core of everyday life. In particular, the phenomenon of generational sorrow and a special chronological nostalgia that functions as a “social gyroscope” is identified and discursively captured. This phenomenon is noteworthy and useful for its ability to retain a record of the productively longed for past in a rural community's collective memory and thereby influence new peasant worlds taking shape today.     

Establishing a new scopic regime: the new landscape painting of Mao’s era

ABSTRACT

After 1949, with ‘serving the people’ established as the basic guideline of art, the reform of traditional landscape painting, which had been appropriated by the cultural elites for thousands of years, was put on the agenda as well. Beginning from the early of 1950s, there were continual debates on the reform of traditional Chinese painting within the art field, through which many artists gradually reached a consensus on the development direction of Chinese painting. At the same time, stimulated by the large-scale xiesheng movement sponsored by the government, Chinese landscape painting changed dramatically in subject, theme, and brushstroke technique, and developed a new style which has its own signifying system. Blending both Chinese and western drawing skills, the new landscape painting successfully created a unique scopic regime, which can establish an organic relationship between personal aesthetic experience and collective historical experience. As a prominent cultural achievement of Mao’s era, the new landscape painting embodies the cultural politics and the technologies of the self at that time.     

农民工社会流动的现实困境与对策分析

农民工合理有序的社会流动对转型期中国社会具有特殊意义。然而,目前农民工的社会流动绝大多数只是水平流动,缺乏跨越阶层边界的向上流动。因此可以说,当前的农民工社会流动已陷入困境。转型社会背景下的二元化制度及其惯性、农民工整体人力资本弱势以及社会资本缺乏是造成流动困境的主要原因。欲突破农民工社会流动困境,必须改革与创新制度、提升农民工人力资本、推动农民工组织化建设、规范政府职能,同时还应加强执行能力的建设、转变观念。     

近现代中国画论与民族精神之考释

从新文化运动到抗日战争爆发之前,关于中国画的论争成为一个突出的文化景观。各种派别的论者对于绘画整体功能的认识相当一致,并不约而同地将其上升到国家、民族复兴的高度。抗日战争时期,各画种都为民族救亡作出了积极贡献,文艺家们的画学思想中关于民族复兴、民族精神的倡导更加鲜明有力。当代关于中国画体现民族精神的提法与近现代史一脉相承,并融入了民族文化复兴的主流。

文人书画艺术是中国古代精神文明成果的集中展示形式之一,在一定的历史时期,对于中国书画艺术的健康发展起 到了积极的推动作用。书画艺术同源发展,但文人之书与文人之画的发展却有先后之别。文人书画的出现与封建经济的发 展,文学艺术的深刻影响,士人阶层的出现,篆刻艺术的发展,新材料的运用,审美观念的变革等均密切相关。探索文人书画 的起源对于正确认识文人书画的是非功过,特别是对现当代各级美术教育有着重要的参考意义。     

康有为绘画改良思想刍议

康有为是中国近代史上伟大的思想、政治改良者．他在绘画上也提出了一些变革的主张．在强调绘画的功用，提倡西洋画，贬抑文人画方面都有鲜明的论点，虽有失偏颇．但给当时沉寂的中国画坛刮来了新风．并冲击、影响了中国的绘画技法和美学观念。     

农民工权益保障问题的思考

对目前农民工在经济地位、政治权利、文化教育和社会保障等面临的诸多权益保障问题进行研究,指出这些问题的形成既有中国城乡分割的二元体制和政府职能不到位的原因,也与中国独特的城市化、工业化进程和不完善的利益诉求机制相关,需要通过消除城乡二元体制,实现城乡一体化;建设服务型政府,强化公共服务职能;走新型工业化道路,加快城市化、工业化的进程;建立健全农民工利益表达机制等途径加以解决。     

城市电视台对农民工的文化关照:福建例证

改革开放后,农民工成为一个群体不断进入媒体和公众的视野。城市电视台在城镇化过程中不断建构农民工的身份,在泉州电视台"盲流—农民工—外来劳动者—新泉州人"的称谓转换中,再现了农民工身份的文化迁徙轨迹。城市电视台农民工身份建构是城市管理者、商业资本、城市电视台自身的新闻专业主义和不断走向市民阶层的农民工自我赋权共同作用的结果。城市电视台在农民工身份建构上仍存在着文化关注不足等问题,应将传递农民工文化的正能量和搭建农民工媒体平台作为城市电视台促进农民工市民化的重要手段。
