高等院校金融专业本科人才培养模式研究——兼论中华女子学院金融人才培养工作

培养模式直接决定着人才素质的高低。由于金融全球化和自由化的加速推进，我国原有的金融人才培养模式中教学内容陈旧、交叉过多、可操作性差，以及授课方式的过于呆板和单一等固有缺陷已经明显不适应这一趋势的要求，必须做出改革，必须把培养熟练掌握外语、计算机、业务处理和理论分析等多种技能的通识性人才作为我们的培养目标。为此，必须在培养方案、专业建设、教学教法、双语教学、师资队伍建设等几方面有针对性地进行改革。     

中国英语的语音界定讨论

中国英语的语音界定既要正视和反映大多数接受过良好英语教育的中国人的英语发音实际情况,更需要在中国英语的标准认定上的人为干预和选择。中国英语的语音界定应该既是规定性又是描述性的,且规定性先于描述性。中国英语的语音界定应视中国的电台、电视台英语节目播音员、主持人的实际发音为典范和描写对象,由此避免中国人纷繁的英语发音。     

Examining fostering readiness in treatment parents

Preservice trainings have the potential to improve treatment parent and youth outcomes, yet researchers have noted the lack of empirical research on the effectiveness of these trainings. Preservice outcomes are typically collected immediately after training completion, with little to no follow‐up assessments at other time points. This study aimed to examine the longitudinal changes treatment parents experience throughout preservice training and after a youth is placed in their home. Secondary data analyses were performed on an archival data set (N = 57) that included demographic information and training participant scores from two standardized measurements that examined their fostering readiness before and after preservice trainings as well as after a youth was placed in the home: Personal Dedication to Fostering Scale and Willingness to Foster Scale. Analyses revealed significant changes for treatment parents' personal dedication to fostering, but no significant changes for their willingness to foster. Treatment parents' fostering readiness scores were compared to a normed sample of foster parents and were found to be significantly higher for their personal dedication scores but not for their willingness to foster. The findings suggest certain treatment parent outcomes may change as a result of preservice training and experience with youth, but additional measurements and outcomes should be examined.     

Evaluation of a drug and alcohol safety education program in aviation using interrupted time series and the Kirkpatrick framework

Compliance with drug and alcohol regulations are required by 14 CFR Part 120/ and 49 CFR Part 40. These regulations affect approximately 7200 aviation-related companies and their associated services. Consequences for noncompliance can include loss of revenue from imposition of civil penalties, suspension, or revocation of the company’s certificate to conduct business. Front End Analysis (FEA) was conducted to determine specific performance problems and provide five tailored educational interventions to address them. Program evaluation was conducted using Interrupted Time Series (ITS) modeling. Results showed significant (p < .05) decreases in nonconformities across all five models with small to moderate effect sizes. Based on the relative effects, values for reductions in civil penalty costs between 16% and 47%, were predicted. Actual sanction reductions from the pre-to-post-intervention periods were confirmed to be 24.21%. The study supported the efficacy of the ITS approach for implementation of level four Kirkpatrick evaluation.     

大学英语教师专业发展及教育技术培训的调查分析

通过对大学英语教师专业发展及教育技术培训的问卷调查,分析了大学英语教师专业发展与教育技术培训的现状及存在的问题,指出今后应重视提升教育技术培训的系统性、针对性及培训途径的多样性,以更有效地促进大学英语教师的专业发展。     

我国企业E-Learning培训的现状及对策

通过对我国大中型企业E-Learning培训现状的调查发现,企业高层领导对其认知不足、企业员工素质层次不齐、培训资源的针对性不强和培训模式单一、欠缺循序渐进的推广策略等因素影响企业E-Learning培训的进一步发展。基于对这些问题的深入剖析并结合国内外E-Learning培训的成功经验,提出了企业领导人意识的改变、培训理论的本土化、课程资源的制作、推广策略的制定和混合式培训模式应用等解决E-Learning培训问题的建议。     

师范院校教育学专业培养目标的改革与反思

在高校大扩招和教师教育体系转型的背景下，本科教育学专业的培养目标定位日益成为教育学者、院系领导、学生乃至中小学校备受关注的问题之一。本文首先梳理检视了教育学专业（系科）自诞生以来培养目标定位之演变，继而概括分析了近年来新出现的定位改革方向及问题，在此基础上提出了分层分类推进改革的路径。     

构建榆林学院校内化工实习实训基地的思考

校内化工实习实训基地是集实习、实训、模拟、设计、中试放大、检测等功能于一体的开放型校内实践教学基地。建设实训基地的主要作用是让学生学习化工生产的基本知识、了解设备原理和工作过程,建立起较完整的化工生产的系统概念;加强学生对有关化工设备的设计、加工、安装及性能测试方面的基本技能和知识。它对进一步培养和提高化工类学生的工程实践能力和创新能力具有很好的促进作用。     

对包头市中学田径训练现状调查分析

运用文献资料法、调查法等,对包头市中学田径训练现状进行了调查分析,提出有针对性的合理化对策建议。研究结果表明:1.田径参训教师学历结构较高,训练经验丰富,但培训学习机会少,参训教师工作认真,但工作量大,工作量计算不合理、待遇较低,教练员专职化程度低,训练评价机制不完善,在一定程度上影响教师工作的积极性。2.参加田径训练的学生训练热情高,参训学生家长支持子女参加田径课余训练。3.包头市中学学校领导对田径训练比较重视,但训练经费来源单一且严重不足训练器材质量差,严重影响田径课余训练的质量。
