论高等师范教育实践课程的变革

高师现行沿用的教育实践课程制度存在课时总量不足 ,学科课程与实践课程比例失衡 ;以教育实习为主 ,形式单一、实践与理论隔离、内涵缺失等问题。由此出发 ,教育实践课程改革应在以下层面进行 :增加教育实践课程课时总量 ,使学科课程与实践课程取得动态平衡 ;形成多阶段、多形式的教育实践内容体系 ;整合理论与实践 ,创生新的教育实践模式 ;更新评价理念 ,合理运用多种评价方式。同时 ,教育实践课程改革还要特别关注硬件和软件建设。     

论当下中国法治推进道德建设的立法实践

文章从立法实践的角度分析了当下中国法治对道德建设的推动作用,主要涉及以下四个方面的内容：一是对平等权与自由权的规范与保护是社会主义道德文明的体现;二是对社会公平与正义的维护与恢复是道德建设的有力推进;三是对诚信原则的规定与倡导是法治推进道德建设的信念支撑;四是对家庭、邻里伦理道德的维护与弘扬是道德建设的落脚点。从而构成对法治推进道德建设的立法实践问题的比较完整的认识。     

在实践中考察社会主义

实践是社会生活的本质,是人类生存和发展的根本条件。在实践中正确认识和理解、继承和发展科学社会主义,就是要强调社会主义实践的阶段性、过程性和层次性,强调要用发展着的马克思主义指导新的实践,与时俱进,正确处理社会主义本质与社会主义实践之间的辨证关系。     

完善庭前民事证据交换制度的建议

举证制度关乎民事诉讼程序的公正、高效与否 ,庭前证据交换是举证制度的关键环节。针对我国现行庭前证据交换制度存在的不足与纰漏 ,结合最高人民法院公布的《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》 ,从审判实务的角度阐述了完善证据交换制度的一些设想。     

将ISO9001标准应用于实习工厂质量管理的探研

文章探讨了用ISO90 0 0族标准在高校实习工厂建立质量管理体系的可行性和基本策略 ,明确相关术语和定义 ,确立质量方针与质量目标 ,概括描述了质量手册、程序文件、作业性指导文件和质量记录的内容与框架。     

基于EGARCH模型的我国股市信息对称性研究

利用过去17年我国上证综合指数的历史数据,根据股票市场大的波动周期分五阶段经过EGARCH(1,1)模型估计,以验证市场对信息冲出的反映情况.研究结果表明:中国股市存在很大的波动性,尚未达到弱有效性;存在正负杠杆效应交替出现的现象,表现出信息不对称性,但是这种不对称性在明显减小.     

Shrinkage confidence intervals for the normal mean: Using a guess for greater efficiency

If the unknown mean of a univariate population is sufficiently close to the value of an initial guess then an appropriate shrinkage estimator has smaller average squared error than the sample mean. This principle has been known for some time, but it does not appear to have found extension to problems of interval estimation. The author presents valid two‐sided 95% and 99% “shrinkage” confidence intervals for the mean of a normal distribution. These intervals are narrower than the usual interval based on the Student distribution when the population mean lies in such an “effective interval.” A reduction of 20% in the mean width of the interval is possible when the population mean is sufficiently close to the value of the guess. The author also describes a modification to existing shrinkage point estimators of the general univariate mean that enables the effective interval to be enlarged.     

Improved model selection criteria for SETAR time series models

The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, we obtain the asymptotic properties of the modified model selection criteria proposed by Hurvich et al. (1990. Improved estimators of Kullback-Leibler information for autoregressive model selection in small samples. Biometrika 77, 709–719) for autoregressive models. Second, we provide some highlights on the better performance of this modified criteria. Third, we extend the modification introduced by these authors to model selection criteria commonly used in the class of self-exciting threshold autoregressive (SETAR) time series models. We show the improvements of the modified criteria in their finite sample performance. In particular, for small and medium sample size the frequency of selecting the true model improves for the consistent criteria and the root mean square error (RMSE) of prediction improves for the efficient criteria. These results are illustrated via simulation with SETAR models in which we assume that the threshold and the parameters are unknown.

对班主任工作的思考

本文根据笔者工作中的实践经验,从“全面了解学生情况、培养学生自信心、建立良好班风、建立班集体目标、重视学生心理健康教育、做好学生思想工作、客观公平对待学生、重视素质教育、沟通学校、家庭、社会三方面的教育”九个方面分析论证了班主任工作是一项研究人、影响人、教育人和塑造人的系统工程,它在实现学校办学目的、教育目标、教学功能等方面起着非常重要的作用。
