如何科学对待马克思主义是一个常问常新的问题。在认真研究毛泽东的《反对本本主义》的基础上,提出要科学对待马克思主义,就必须做到把马克思主义与我国的实际情况相结合,必须从整体上准确理解和把握马克思主义,防止把马克思主义教条化,必须在实践中创新和发展马克思主义。     

完善高校党建工作激励机制研究

高校党建工作是党的建设与发展的重要工作内容,是高等教育事业的重要组成部分。作为高校党组织,应当从尊重党员主体地位的高度,建立健全党内激励机制,切实贯彻＂以人为本＂的基本思想,努力做到知党员所想,解党员所难,帮党员所需,使广大党员充分感受党组织的温暖和关怀,真正提高基层党组织和党员队伍的活力。     

论省级教学团队建设的实践与探索——以延安大学中国现当代文学教学团队为例

教学团队在普通高校学科建设、人才培养、教学改革方面占有无法替代的重要作用。延安大学中国现当代文学教学团队在师资与课程建设、教学管理、教学改革等方面进行了有益的探索和尝试,已经成为延安大学的品牌教学团队和陕西省省级教学团队,在同类院校的专业教学团队中具有一定的示范和辐射作用。     

100家中国500强企业价值观导向实证研究

采用内容分析法对100家中国500强企业的价值观陈述进行了实证分析和评价。通过多维尺度描绘技术,将价值观陈述中的要素分为4个类型:外部激励、外部约束、内部约束和内部激励。根据不同类型价值观要素的特点,采取Q型分层聚类法,将价值观陈述内容划分为7种导向,并结合样本企业在500强排行榜中的地位变化,分析了不同价值观导向企业的竞争力变化。研究表明,导向4的企业保持500强地位比例较高(85%),具有这种价值观导向的企业往往以内部和外部约束型要素为主导价值观,但缺乏外部激励型价值观;导向2的企业保持500强地位比例较低(62%),具有这种价值观导向的企业仅仅以内部约束型要素为主导价值观,但是同时缺乏外部激励型与外部约束型价值观。     

论普遍价值的基础——马克思共同实践思想研究

马克思恩格斯在《费尔巴哈》中提出的＂共同活动方式就是生产力＂的命题不仅是马克思共同实践思想的重要内容,也是唯物史观的基本观点。但这一重要思想却被学界长期忽视。什么是＂共同的＂活动方式？如何认识＂共同的＂实践活动？这些基本问题对于全面深入理解马克思的普遍价值思想是十分重要的。在马克思自己的诸多著作中,马克思反复强调指出人的感性活动即实践是＂共同的＂,即人的实践具有＂共同性＂。这种＂共同的＂实践内容应包括现实世界实践关系的共同性、人类生产生活的共同性、人的形而上存在的共同性,以及人的世界性和历史性的存在的共同性。明确实践活动的共同性也就是肯定实践法则具有共同性。马克思的＂共同实践＂思想为普遍价值奠定了基础。是对传统哲学关于抽象的理性或感性共同性的彻底翻转。通过理解＂共同实践＂可以在理论和实践上加深对普遍价值的认识,可以树立真正的＂普遍价值观＂,抵制＂普世价值＂,反思将价值问题狭隘化或绝对化。     

Protective supervision: An inquiry into the relationship between child welfare and the court system

Protective Supervision, in most states, is defined in statute as an option in which the child is allowed to remain in the home of high-risk parents under the authority of the court, with supervision provided by the child protection system. Protective Supervision provides states an option to fulfill the federal mandate, as expressed in its guidance on the Child and Family Services Review, to assure that children are safely maintained in their homes whenever possible and appropriate. Nevertheless, there is a paucity of published work on this option. Further, the relationship between child protection and the judicial system, implicit in Protective Supervision, is rarely examined. In response to this dearth of information, an exploratory study was undertaken in Minnesota, funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Data were derived from focus groups in every region of the state, with both child protection and judicial system participants. This study offers insights into the complicated nature of the partnership between two complex systems — child welfare and the court system. Currently, there is wide variation in how Protective Supervision is understood and practiced. However, where there is mutual respect between child welfare and the courts, Protective Supervision offers a useful tool.     

Successful adoption and implementation of a comprehensive casework practice model in a public child welfare agency: Application of the Getting to Outcomes (GTO) model

In recent years, several states have been developing or adopting casework practice models in an effort to shape the thinking and behavior of front line child welfare workers with a commitment to improving the safety, permanency and well-being outcomes of vulnerable children in their care (Antle, Christensen, Barbee & Martin, 2008; Christensen, Todahl & Barrett, 1999; Courtney, 2009; Folaron, 2009). This article presents one framework for approaching the organizational changes that need to be made in order to support a practice model. The Getting to Outcomes” Framework (Wandersman, 2009) is a useful approach for ensuring that all areas to support practice change are addressed.     

The Shift towards Family Reunification in Romanian Child Welfare Policy: An Analysis of Changing Forms of Governmental Intervention in Romania

This article examines the transition in Romanian child welfare policy from a paternalistic attitude of taking responsibility for ‘abandoned’ children to a capitalist orientation of reinstating responsibility for ‘abandoned’ children to the private sphere. While this shift in child policy is often seen to reflect a withdrawal of the public sphere from the private world of childcare, this study argues, alternatively, that this shift demonstrates a change in the form of governmental intervention. This article is based on ethnographic research that examines the reflections of Romanian child welfare professionals upon their changing roles.     

构建县级信访工作大格局的有益探索和实践——关于衡阳市石鼓区做好信访工作的调研报告

近几年来,衡阳市石鼓区信访部门深入推进社会管理创新,不断探索新时期信访工作的运行规律,建立健全信访工作长效机制,积极畅通信访渠道,依法规范信访秩序,切实解决群众合理诉求,妥善处理信访突出问题和群体性事件,全面加强石鼓区信访工作的各项建设,全区信访工作规范有序地发展,取得了较大的成效,给综治维稳和信访界提供了有益的启示。文章总结了石鼓区信访工作的主要做法和突出成效,介绍了该区信访工作的主要经验,得出了有建设性的几点启示。     

广电专业应用型人才培养模式改革的探索与实践——以成都大学文学与新闻传播学院为例

文章根据成都大学城市型应用性综合大学的性质,对文学与新闻传播学院高素质应用型人才培养模式进行了创造性的探索与实践,提出必须改革现行的教学计划,整合课程资源,加强和完善广电实验室和校内外实习基地的建设,培养和引进"双师型"教师,强化学生专业实践能力,并依托专业实验室,创新实验项目,用实验项目取代学年论文,学生毕业论文则可以自主选择学术论文或项目成果的形式完成。对于文科学院,这种探索与实践具有推广价值。
