高校教师教育课程改革十分必要,本文仅对其中的高校教师教育《心理教育课程》体系的构建从目标、结构、内容等方面,作了思索与探讨。     

Conditional quantile estimation with auxiliary information for left-truncated and dependent data

In this paper, the empirical likelihood method is used to define a new estimator of conditional quantile in the presence of auxiliary information for the left-truncation model. The asymptotic normality of the estimator is established when the data exhibit some kind of dependence. It is assumed that the lifetime observations with multivariate covariates form a stationary α‐mixing sequence. The result shows that the asymptotic variance of the proposed estimator is not larger than that of standard kernel estimator. Finite sample behavior of the estimator is investigated via simulations too.     

Adoption of e‐Processes by Service Firms: An Empirical Study of Antecedents

This paper investigates empirically antecedents of the adoption of web‐based processes (e‐processes) by service providers. We examine whether rational efficiency (expressed by expected performance benefits and access to new markets), the bandwagon effect (expressed by external pressure), and barriers (both internal and customer related) influence Internet use for transactions (e‐transactions) and/or to extend the relationships between service providers and their customers (e‐CRM). The findings, based on a sample of 338 service firms, show that rational efficiency and the bandwagon effect drive both types of e‐processes. Conversely, only internal barriers have a negative impact on adoption of e‐processes, while barriers related to customers do not have a significant impact. These findings have important academic and managerial implications, given the limited evidence regarding the implementation of e‐processes in services.

目前的翻译研究中有一种明显的趋势：翻译被视为一种跨文化交际行为。考虑到不同语言中的文化特征,译者应采取适当的翻译方法,尽可能在源语和目的语之间建立起文化上的对等。     

安徽省农业电子商务现状分析及对策研究

发展农业电子商务,是促进安徽省农业产业化发展的有效途径。目前安徽省农业电子商务总体现状较为乐观,但仍存在农民信息化程度低、电子商务专业人才匮乏、农产品标准化品牌化障碍、农业电子商务网站功能单一、电子商务在农业的关键矛盾中未充分利用、缺乏与农业电子商务发展相适应的制度环境等诸多问题。必须加强农民信息素质,培养电子商务人才;建立农产品质量标准化体系;健全农业电子商务网站的功能;加强农产品物流配送体系建设;建立农业电子商务第三方公共平台以及建立适应农业电子商务发展的制度环境等措施。     

The two-sample -test with a known ratio of variances

We consider the two-sample t-test where error variances are unknown but with known relationships between them. This situation arises, for example, when two measuring instruments average different number of replicates to report the response. In particular we compare our procedure with the usual Satterthwaite approximation in the two sample t-test with variances unequal. Our procedure uses the knowledge of a known ratio of variances while the Satterthwaite approximation assumes only that the two variances are unequal. Simulations show that our procedure has both better size and better power than the Satterthwaite approximation. Finally, we consider an extension of our results to the General Linear Model.     

Estimating the Lyapunov exponent from chaotic time series with dynamic noise

In this paper, we propose an estimator of the Lyapunov exponent of the skeleton for chaotic time series with dynamic noise and prove the consistency of the estimator under some assumptions.     

Auctions within E‐Sourcing Events

The paper presents a survey of current industry practices in designing and running auctions as part of e‐sourcing events. We report our findings from numerous interviews with auction makers in leading e‐sourcing application vendors. The differences between auction theory and auction practice pose a number of interesting and important research questions for the Operations Management community; we conclude with a discussion of lessons learned and open research questions.     

De la montée en gamme économique à la montée en gamme sociale dans le secteur éthiopien du textile et de l'habillement: le rôle des acteurs locaux

Les auteurs explorent les liens entre montée en gamme économique et avancées sociales en Éthiopie, pays en développement doté d'une politique industrielle volontariste et d'une législation du travail stricte. Ils analysent pour ce faire les stratégies de cinq entreprises impliquées dans les réseaux de production mondiaux de l'habillement, observées en 2015. L'analyse montre que les réglementations influant sur la sécurité de l'emploi et le bien-être physique des travailleurs sont négociées par les employeurs locaux, les travailleurs et les syndicats plutôt que par les acheteurs mondiaux. Elle prouve également que la montée en gamme économique peut s'accompagner d'une dégradation sociale au sein d'une même entreprise.
