浅谈今后我国高等教育发展的方向和对策

改革开放以后,中国高等教育经历了较大的发展,但与西方发达国家的高等教育相比,还有较大差距.因此,我们可借鉴美国高等教育发展的成功经验,加快改革高等教育体制,发展规模适度、形式多样、层次多样的中国高校,提高高校为经济和社会服务的水平,使我国高等教育体制更具活力和竞争力.     

增强应用型人才的实践能力——渐进式应用型人才培养体系

本文针对本科教育存在重理论,轻实践的问题,提出"渐进式应用型人才培养体系"。该体系由"基础知识训练、基础技能训练、应用技能训练、灵活应用知识、生产演习、工作"六个环节构成。渐进式应用型人才培养体系现已在三江学院02级电子科学与技术专业学生中试用成功,并已推广到电子信息工程、通信技术等专业的教育教学中。据统计接受过该系统教育与培养的学生,对于操作能力、人际关系处理能力、观察力等方面的提高起到一定的应用作用。     

Trustworthiness in evaluation practice: an emphasis on the relational

As canons for trustworthiness developed explicitly in the discourse of qualitative inquiry, the emphasis was on procedural matters rather than fundamentally relational ones. A nod was made to the relational in such strategies as “member checks” but the issues of how the evaluator actually relates to participants and to the larger communities of practice and discourse—matters subsumed under moral principles and ethical standards—were often marginalized. This chapter posits that the first consideration in designing and conducting rigorous evaluation inquiry, and in critiquing the results of any research, should be the study's trustworthiness. Judging a study's trustworthiness, however, should focus on much more than procedural matters; it should also rely on moral principles and ethical standards which specifically address how we relate to an evaluation's participants. Central to these considerations are cross-cultural sensibilities about the nuanced meanings associated with any principles and standards. The chapter provides a theoretical framework for this position and offers two illustrative examples in the form of dialogues.

会计政策的选择过程实质上也是职业判断的过程,为此在探讨会计职业判断与会计政策选择关系的基础上,围绕着如何利用会计职业判断优化会计政策选择展开论述。     

乡村教师文化回应性教育能力的理论阐释及实践探索

文化回应性教育能力主要包括态度与责任、认识与理解、技能与实践、反思与批判四个维度,以及乡土情怀、乡土知识、文化回应性教学能力、文化回应性课程能力、文化回应性评价能力、文化回应的敏感性六要目。目前,乡村教师责任担当存在理性与感性的相互割裂、乡土知识的认知与理解较为窄化零散、文化回应性教学设计和实施流于形式、文化回应性课程资源转化有限且碎片化、文化回应性评价内容和方法单一、文化回应性反思批判的敏感性薄弱等问题。基于此,需营造滋养乡村教师情感的乡村文化生态,构建文化回应的教师教育课程教学体系,聚焦乡村教育的实践情境搭建支持体系。     

司法过程中法律解释的非制度性因素的打入和应对

以往我们的法律解释研究更多考虑的是法律的客观性方面,重于制度性问题的探求,而法律实施过程中人的主观性问题本身就是一个不容回避的现实性问题。法学是一门涉及到人与法律关系的科学。[1]本文试图从司法过程中法律解释的非制度性方面这一视角入手,谈谈几点看法,以图回应我们现今司法改革所面对的问题。     

社会工作两极化趋势及专业定位的反思

社会工作专业从产生之初就产生了两极化的趋势,即萌生于慈善组织会社的注重提供个人服务的取向和产生于睦邻组织的注重环境的改造及建立共同利益的取向。Spetch和Courtney在《背叛的天使》一书中批判了社会工作者心理治疗化的现象,认为社会工作者是背叛的天使,远离了自己的服务对象,背叛了社会工作的使命。本文通过回顾社会工作两极化产生的历史,分析社会工作心理治疗化的原因及限制,同时通过回顾中国大陆社会工作产生的背景,反思社会工作专业化的定位。     

北方农民专业合作组织发展的社会学考察

农民专业合作组织正在成为促进农业和农村经济发展、促进农民增收的新的组织形式。但农民专业合作组织发展的内、外部制度环境不健全,从总体上说还处在发展的初级阶段,存在着功能单一、组织形式驳杂、法律地位不明确等突出问题．组织的创新与发展尚面临诸多的障碍,变革与创新已成为组织实现进一步发展的现实选择。     

Parent–professional interviews in child protection: Comparing viewpoints

Several studies have analysed the parent–professional relationship in the field of child protection. Although social workers tend to privilege interviews when working with families and view them as a means through which to build ties, few studies have focused on these interviews. To analyse how professionals and parents position themselves, we chose to focus on the content of these interviews and on the associated interactions. To this end, we recorded 13 parent–professional interviews after receiving the consent of the concerned parties. After analysing the interviews, we asked volunteer social workers and parents to analyse their own recorded interviews. Our results confirm the asymmetric nature of the parent–professional relationship. They show that professionals' viewpoints carry more weight than those of parents. They also underscore professionals' lack of openness and the strategies parents implement to cope with this power imbalance. Lastly, our results open new avenues for reflection on the evolution of practices that may enable professionals to better take into account families' viewpoints.     

构建和谐铁路路风系统的理性选择

铁路路风是指铁路的行业风气,是铁路企业和铁路职工经营管理素质、理想纪律素养、职业道德风貌的外在表现,反映铁路企业管理水平和职工精神面貌的综合指标。铁路路风质量的优劣,集中反映在铁路运输产品——旅客和货物的位移质量上。运输产品的全部质量特征包括安全、准确、舒适、迅速、经济、便利和文明服务等诸多方面。旅客和货主就是根据这些来全面判断路风质量优劣的。必须从整体上对路风质量实行全面控制,不能顾此失彼。
