职业教育师资培训课程开发中的动态制衡机制研究

科技进步导致职业更新加快,对职业教育师资提出了更高的要求,职业教育师资培训课程开发变得越来越重要。本文就职业教育师资培训课程开发过程中的失衡现象与制衡机制建设进行了探讨,力求为职教师资培训实践带来一些启示。     

《儿童权利公约》与在校儿童权益保障探究及对策

在校儿童权益保障在实施中保障有三: 1)传统文化的影响2)应试教育影响 3)教师素质和办学条件的制约. 对策可以有以下两点: 1) 进一步加强对<儿童权利公约>精神和内涵的解释和宣传,并编制<儿童权利公约实施手册> 2) 推进校本教师培训,促进<儿童权利公约>与中国基础教育课程改革的有机结合     

中国本科医学教育认证体系下的人才培养模式改革探析

中国高等医学教育正在借鉴国际标准,建立自己的《中国本科医学教育标准》和《中国本科医学教育认证办法》,实施人才培养模式改革,实现与国际医学教育的接轨。而要实现人才培养模式的改革就必须从课程体系、教学方法和实践环节等方面进行综合改革,不断增强学生的实践能力和创新精神。     

幼师英语教育中探究式学习能力的培养

幼师英语教育要为幼师专业服务,把学生所应掌握的英语知识转化为具体的专业能力,就应该改革英语课堂,根据探究式教学原理和特点,引导学生进行探究式学习：设计情景、自我体验,以充分激发学生探究的欲望;有效指导学生用心感悟语言,不断完成探究任务;指导学生合作探究,以培齐学生自主探究的能力;进行英语口语评价法,进一步促进学生自主探究。     

双线并行式手绘教学改革设想

针对建筑设计基础课中手绘教学训练存在的问题,提出双线并行式教学方法改革设想,认为手绘能力培养应结合设计创作,手绘能力的提高应在输入性和输出性两方面同时加强,二者循环往复,相互促进。并据此阐述了具体而实用的改革措施。     

创新人才培养模式,提高高校毕业设计（论文）的质量——以河南工业大学粮油食品特色专业为例

在创新人才培养模式下,很多因素制约着毕业设计（论文）质量的提高,根据实际工作中存在的问题,探讨了强化粮油食品专业特色的前提下,提高本科毕业设计（论文）质量的方法。     

Corporate Strategy and Gendered Professional Identities: Reorganization and the Struggle for Recognition and Positions

Will decentralization of responsibilities in services give women service workers at the lower levels of the organization better and more ‘professional’ jobs and a recognition of their importance in the organization? This article looks at the valuation of so‐called women's skills in services in reorganization processes involving dehierarchization and decentralization of responsibilities. Through four cases of reorganized private and public services in Norway it is shown that more focus on customers and decentralization of responsibilities for the services may lead to recognition of gendered skills and an improved position for women service workers at the lowest levels of the organization. When the tasks of the workers are closely linked to the core function of the organization and not dominated by the organization's ‘dirty work’, the women at the lowest levels may obtain a more ‘professional’ work role and their work be recognized as important for the organization.     

Standards, Competence and Knowledge: Initial Teacher Training and Business

Initial teacher training in England and Wales has undergone a number of reforms which have imposed greater central control on institutions and individual programs. The culmination of this process has been the introduction of a competence based model. In this paper the authors explore the factors which have led to the adoption of a competence based approach in many sectors of education and training. They describe how a Post Graduate Certificate in Education program has been developed to enable students to achieve competence through the establishment of links between education and business. They go onto consider the wider implications of this approach for teaching and learning. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.
