荣辱观是中国道德体系的核心和基础.在社会转型期,随着青年社会作用和地位的凸显,他们既需要社会主义荣辱观的引导,又对荣辱观深入人心起着积极的示范效应;青年教育通过时积极价值观的选择,对消极价值观的遏制及其灵活多变的途径应成为有效进行荣辱观教育的必然诉求.

城市社区改造中村民社会化提升的背景分析——以太原市城中村改造为例

“城中村”是目前我国城市社区改造的重点。城中村村民作为一个特殊的群体正面临一个新的社会化断层,他们在城市生存技能方面、文化素质方面和城市心理的培养方面,都存在着严重的不适问题。解决城中村村民的社会化提升问题是城市发展过程中落实科学发展观的必然要求,也是我国协调城乡发展、构建和谐社会的必然要求。     

农业产业化经营是建设社会主义新农村的现实途径

建设社会主义新农村是党的十六届五中全会提出的重大战略部署。而农业产业化经营模式是符合我国农业生产的实际特点、创新农业生产组织形式和经营机制的新型农业经营体制。针对新农村建设的本质要求,农业产业化在实现市场化、提高农业比较效益、提高农业生产的组织化程度、促进农村城镇化、加快向现代农业的转变、推进农业结构调整、实现“两个反哺”和缩小城乡差别等方面,为社会主义新农村建设提供了全方位、多角度的支撑。农业产业化经营为我国建设社会主义新农村提供了一条现实途径。     

浅析高校按生产要素分配

高校内部分配制度改革是目前高校新一轮改革中的重要问题之一,《高教法》赋以学校内部分配自主权,十五大提出的“按劳分配与按要素分配相结合”对高校内部分配改革指明了方向。学校在坚持按劳分配为主的前提下,引入要素分配理论并处理好各要素在分配中的比例关系,有利于教学、科研,有利于人才培养和人力资源配置,有利于高校的发展。     

Macro-Economic Factors in Credit Risk Calculations: Including Time-Varying Covariates in Mixture Cure Models

The prediction of the time of default in a credit risk setting via survival analysis needs to take a high censoring rate into account. This rate is because default does not occur for the majority of debtors. Mixture cure models allow the part of the loan population that is unsusceptible to default to be modeled, distinct from time of default for the susceptible population. In this article, we extend the mixture cure model to include time-varying covariates. We illustrate the method via simulations and by incorporating macro-economic factors as predictors for an actual bank dataset.     

Analysing facilitating and hindering factors for implementing gender equality interventions in R&I: Structures and processes

This article analyses the facilitating and hindering factors that have affected the implementation of gender equality interventions in research and innovation in Europe. It applies the evaluation framework developed in the EFFORTI project that recognizes the complexity of evaluating gender equality interventions in R&I, the importance of factoring in context to any sound evaluation as well as the need to distinguish between the design and implementation of interventions in evaluations. It is based on the analysis of 19 empirical case studies carried out throughout Europe and focuses on those structural and procedural factors that have either facilitated or hindered the implementation process of these interventions. Findings include how the governance framework; top-management commitment; bottom-up participation; framing synergies with other initiatives, strategies for tackling resistance; resources; sustainability of actions; gender competence, experience and knowledge and transparency, targets, standards and monitoring; and accessible data and information all contributed to the successful implementation of the interventions.     

Does the Role of Student Factors with Adolescent Substance Use Vary by Geography?

This study assesses the association of 12th-grade student factors (e.g., grades, classroom misbehaviors) with substance use (i.e., binge drinking, cigarette smoking, marijuana) across large, medium-sized, and nonmetropolitan areas. Based on a sample of 2,189 students from the 2013 Monitoring the Future data set, logistic regression analyses showed that poor student academic and behavioral factors were associated with higher substance use after controlling for gender, race, and socioeconomic status. Interaction analyses further showed no significant differences in the influence of student factors on substance use across locales. Results suggest that prevention efforts against substance use should target student factors regardless of area of residency.

红色文化是在中国共产党领导下中国人民经过长期浴血奋战中形成的伟大精神产物和物质载体。太行山红色文化囊括了革命先辈浴血前行的功绩,更有燕赵人民不屈不挠、奋勇抵抗的事迹见证。高校要充分发挥红色文化与社会主义核心价值观的育人功能,将红色文化内涵转变为当代大学生的精神气质,从多个方向,多个层次发掘和拓展大学生的红色人文主义精神,从而实现社会主义核心价值观教育的实效性。
