区域品牌经济的战略竞争机制探析

随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,形成区域品牌经济发展,已成为我国提升竞争能力的根本保障。区域品牌是区域经济的直接产物,是诸多企业通力合作的结果,吸收了众多企业的精华,建立在区域优势基础上,获得产品的品牌力与知名度。区域品牌作为一种无形资本,提升本区域的核心竞争力,促进区域经济可持续发展。当前,通过培育区域品牌来获得经济发展,已成为诸多国家与地区的选择。本文主要对区域品牌的特点、区域品牌在经济发展中的作用进行分析,并有针对性地提出形成战略竞争机制的几点建议。     

高管团队决策效力与在华子公司战略导向的关系研究

在决策理论与子公司发展理论基础上,分析提出在华子公司高管团队决策效力的三个构成变量分别为高管团队的管理连结、决策全面性和决策自主权。对决策效力与在华子公司战略导向的关系及环境动荡性的调节作用进行了辩析1,06家在华子公司样本检验的结果表明,在华子公司高管团队决策效力的三个代表变量均正向影响子公司战略导向,环境动荡性负向调节决策全面性与战略导向的关系、正向调节决策自主权与战略导向的关系,而对管理连结与战略导向的关系没有调节作用。

企业动态联盟中的战略成本管理

作为外部资源整合的一种重要手段,企业动态联盟(虚拟企业)模式已引起企业界的广泛重视。动态联盟是靠某种共同利益所产生的凝聚力暂时维系在一起的,这就决定了其内部价值链比单个企业更具有动态性,其战略成本管理更侧重于项目设计和联盟企业的挑选。本文的目的在于针对这一特点,为战略成本管理思想在动态联盟中的应用提供一种方法。     

The multicriteria selection of products in technological diversification strategies: an application to the Spanish automotive industry based on AHP

The economic recession, the dynamism and complexity of the markets and the generalised globalisation of the world economy have forced many companies to rethink and reorganise their industrial strategies. Through identifying and taking advantage of the key technologies of a company, this work presents a new and original methodology for dealing with a general technological diversification process. The methodology, which includes an innovative cognitive perspective and its corresponding decisional tool (decision support system) has been used to select the best product in a process of technological diversification that, along with the key technologies, identifies the sub-levels consonant to the sub-technologies and applications to sectors and products. The multicriteria selection tool employed in the proposed methodology, based on the analytic hierarchy process, allows the integration of multiple scenarios, actors and criteria, both tangible and intangible. The methodology has been applied to a case study in the Spanish automotive auxiliary sector.

本文对广州被定位为“国家中心城市”应具备的功能进行了分析，指出要有能影响全国的综合实力和足够的发展空间，即腹地资源。后者恰是广州发挥中心城市功能作用存在的“软肋”。文章提出借广州“国家中心城市”新定位的契机，深化广州与泛珠三角的区域合作，拓展八大战略腹地，把广州“建成面向世界、服务全国的国际大都市”。

酒店经营的最终目标是实现利润最大化,要实现此目标,成本管理是关键.在理解酒店战略成本控制理论的基础上,以SD花园酒店为案例,剖析其企业战略成本控制存在的主要问题,并从现代战略成本控制的视角,提出了改进酒店成本控制的方法与措施.     

企业校园招聘宣讲会问题初探——以华南理工大学为例

企业宣讲会是企业进行校园招聘的“排头兵”，它对于学生了解企业文化、接触企业招聘信息具有极其重要的作用。本文以华南理工大学为例，对其近三年的宣讲会情况进行研究，从而指出宣讲会中存在的问题，并针对性地提出完善企业宣讲会的对策。     

推进区域自主创新联盟发展研究——基于湖南十四个市州的调研分析

通过对湖南区域创新能力现状、湖南区域产业发展现状进行分析,对湖南区域技术创新联盟的组建情况进行调查统计后其认为,湖南区域自主创新联盟发展应在战略性新兴产业和区域主导产业内重点推进。在战略性新兴产业内,应该在高端工程机械装备、轨道交通装备等领域内重点推进。各市州也应该根据各自主导产业或优势产业情况,在相应的领域内重点推进。     

Recruitment Strategies and Motivations for Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing Among College Students

Objective The authors evaluated procedures for recruiting college students for sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing as part of a research study examining the impact of HSV serologic testing. Participants A convenience sample of 100 students was drawn from students aged 18 to 35 years enrolled at one university in a mid- Atlantic state between September 2004 and March 2006. Methods: Six strategies were used to recruit students for participation in the study. Upon enrollment, participants were asked where they heard about the study. Students were also asked about their motivations for participation. Results: Findings show that a significant recruitment strategy involves targeting places where students seek health care. Other effective strategies include those where information is directly provided to individuals. Most students were motivated to participate because of a possible past exposure to herpes simplex virus 2. Conclusions: Targeting places where students seek health care and educating students about STDs are important strategies for recruiting students for STD testing.
