马克思主义外交学研究在中国(1949-2011)

早在新中国成立之初,外交学研究就走上了中国化的历史道路。六十余年来,外交学中国化取得了很大的成就,例如学科体系建设基本完善。但由于学术体制和研究人员自身的原因,外交学研究也存在一些缺失,例如原创性理论缺失等。外交学中国化要想进一步深入发展,必须合理吸取六十余年的探索经验,力争在外交学研究的一些关键性问题上取得突破性进展,最终促成"中国学派"的生成。     

公司高管变更的市场反应——来自中国A股市场的经验证据

选取2001—2010年中国沪深A股上市公司的数据为样本，以61天为窗口期，运用事件研究法，对上市公司高管变更事件的市场反应进行了实证检验。结果表明，高管变更事件具有信息含量；高管变更事件既可能被市场解读为好消息，也可能被市场理解为坏消息，具体取决于市场对高管聘任的态度；变更公告发布前累积超常收益率呈上升态势，随着变更公告的发布，累积超常收益率表现为明显的下降态势；国有企业高管变更累积超常收益率为正，非国有企业高管变更累积超常收益率为负；自愿高管变更累积超常收益率为正，强制高管变更累积超常收益率为负；非常规高管变更累积超常收益率高于常规高管变更累积超常收益率。上述发现对完善企业高管聘任机制、推进现代企业制度建设具有重要意义。

以新时期高等教育理念为指导,围绕产、学、研、用四个环节,教学实践中探索出食品安全人才培养模式:紧密结合生产、生活实际,注重实践应用;建设完善食品安全相关特色课程体系,提高教学水平,培养实用人才;结合食品安全法从法律角度提升人才培养,使培养的人才同时具备科学性和法律的规范性;研究性教学、研究性实验,由培养实用人才迈向培养有研究能力、创新能力的人才。     

Sustainable business – Leading yourself and business into the future

Abstract

In the industrial era the development and use of the term ‘economic efficiency’ was too narrow. The exclusive one-sided focus on financial success led to consequences with yet unforeseeable risks and dangers. We must radically redefine economic efficiency if we want to foster well-known and needed sustainable living conditions on earth. To act in an economical fashion must imply value creation for the company, the environment and society. The evaluation of economic success must take all three criteria of value into account equally. To achieve such sustainable win-win-win situations, the full utilization of employee and business partner potential is required. Only an evolving culture of cooperation at all levels will ensure best solutions for developing and maintaining a healthy life base, leading away from the paradigm of absolute competition. Ways and means to reach these objectives are presented: old wisdom is combined with modern management control systems and the consequent change in evaluating the success of management.     

Measurement Error Correction by Exploiting Gene–Environment Independence in Family‐Based Case–Control Studies

Abstract. Family‐based case–control designs are commonly used in epidemiological studies for evaluating the role of genetic susceptibility and environmental exposure to risk factors in the etiology of rare diseases. Within this framework, it is often reasonable to assume genetic susceptibility and environmental exposure being conditionally independent of each other within families in the source population. We focus on this setting to explore the situation of measurement error affecting the assessment of the environmental exposure. We correct for measurement error through a likelihood‐based method. We exploit a conditional likelihood approach to relate the probability of disease to the genetic and the environmental risk factors. We show that this approach provides less biased and more efficient results than that based on logistic regression. Regression calibration, instead, provides severely biased estimators of the parameters. The comparison of the correction methods is performed through simulation, under common measurement error structures.     

《碧岩录》宋代复音虚词考释

《碧岩录》是研究近代汉语特别是唐宋时期词汇的珍贵材料，尤其是复音词，具有很高的研究价值。其中一些唐宋时期尤其宋代新生复音虚词，很有特色，研究价值较大。通过对《碧岩录》中直饶、假饶、当头、立须、倘忽、何消、平白等十四个宋代复音虚词进行考释，《碧岩录》的语料价值可见一斑。     

浅析高职院校信息化建设问题及对策

十二五期间，国家要求大力加强信息化建设，作为后起之秀，高职院校借此发展东风，迅速兴起信息化建设热潮。但在信息化建设中认识不到位、重复建设、效率低下、资源浪费严重等问题层出不穷。本文结合高职院校信息化实际，从四个方面分析了目前高职院校信息化建设中存在的问题，并提出切实改进意见，以期促进高职院校信息化建设高效、扎实稳步推进。

交往能力在个体终身成长中的作用显著，家庭是影响幼儿交往能力发展的至关重要的环境。本文通过对一则典型案例的调查访谈，梳理分析，揭示了在一个孩子交往行为发展进程中家庭因素的变化，以及可能对幼儿交往行为造成的影响。鲜活生动的事例便于身处其中的幼儿父母、幼教工作者们对照反思，以获取实用的育儿心得，对培养幼儿交往行为的发展具有一定指导和借鉴意义。
