在经济全球化发展的背景之下,中国经济持续高速发展,中国企业也面临着巨大的机会和挑战。中国有越来越多的企业走向世界,然而,在度过最初的成长期之后,大多数中国企业面临进一步发展的瓶颈;甚至于经过国内的巨大发展,走出国门之后也是境况迥异。中国企业应如何在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,如何使自己的企业做大做强、基业常青,是中国企业管理理论和实践研究的热点,也是企业家和社会最为关注的问题之一。世界500强企业中有许多基业常青的典范,本文利用企业生命周期理论对世界500强中的长寿企业各个阶段进行探析,以此来总结提炼对中国企业具有借鉴作用的成功因素。同时,对中国企业目前普遍存在的问题进行了总结,提出了针对各个时期的发展具有指导性的建议。 相似文献

尽管技术接受模型应用较为广泛,但将它直接应用到网络团购意向研究中会存在一些不适之处,因此应整合技术接受模型和信息系统成功模型,建立消费者网络团购意向模型,利用调查问卷进行数据搜集,并通过PLS结构方程软件对数据进行实证分析。研究结果发现:团购网站系统质量对消费者感知易用、感知有用以及用户满意度均产生显著正向影响作用;团购网站信息质量对消费者感知有用、用户满意度产生显著正向影响作用;社会影响对感知有用、网络团购态度、网络团购意向均产生显著正向影响作用;消费者感知易用、感知有用以及用户满意度均对网络团购态度产生显著正向影响作用;网络团购态度对网络团购意向产生显著的正向影响作用。另外,研究发现TAM和ISSM整合模型解释了消费者网络团购意向61.7%的变异,比仅使用技术接受模型进行消费者网络团购意向的解释程度更高。 相似文献

Whileknowledge transfer is one of the key components in determining Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) success, the current M&A literature has produced inconsistent findings regarding its antecedents and consequences. To address this research gap, this study explores the roles of functional integration and shared goals in facilitating knowledge transfer, which will in turn determine M&A success. To provide a more nuanced understanding of knowledge transfer, this study examines bilateral knowledge flows (e.g., knowledge transfer to a target firm from the UK acquiring firm and knowledge transfer from a target firm to the UK acquiring firm). Our research framework is built upon two different theoretical perspectives, namely resource orchestration and social capital theories. Our propositions were tested empirically across a sample of 131 UK cross-border M&A firms. Our results reveal that the affirmative roles of functional integration and shared goals in increasing knowledge transfer both to and from a target firm are confirmed and that knowledge transfer to the target firm is deemed decisive for M&A success. Based on the findings, we discuss theoretical and practical implications, followed by limitations and future study consideration. 相似文献

Despite the fact that the reliance on project teams and project-based organizations has significantly increased over the past decades, previous meta-analyses paid no attention to the examination of leadership styles in the context of projects. The purpose of this study was to meta-analytically synthesize and investigate the contradictory evidence on the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on project success. The study also examined several project-level and country-level moderators in such effects. The study used 64 effect sizes from 41 primary studies on projects to examine the proposed relationships. The findings suggested that transformational leadership had a stronger effect on project success than transactional leadership. The results further indicated that project-level factors (i.e., project size and project type) moderated the relationships of leadership styles with project success. Moreover, the country-level factors (i.e., power distance, collectivism, and economic status of the country) also moderated some of the relationships. BackgroundAdmission to the Bachelor of Midwifery (BMid) in Australia has traditionally been based on academic ranking. The BMid is a high demand course offered to a limited number of students and therefore choosing applicants who complete the degree is important. Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) are used to assess non-cognitive skills and select students into healthcare degrees. One university in Australia has introduced MMIs as part of the application process for the BMid.AimCompare attrition rates and Grade Point Average (GPA) scores between students admitted into the BMid using both academic ranking and MMIs, to those admitted on academic ranking alone.MethodsA basic convergent mixed methods design, using an explanatory unidirectional framework to integrate data. Attrition rates, GPA, and multiple mini interview scores (2013–2019), were linked and compared for before and after the use of MMI’s. Focus groups with students, interviewers, and hospital-based educators, explored stakeholder experiences. Open-ended questions from an applicant survey were added to the qualitative data set, which was analysed thematically.FindingsStudents who enrolled via the MMI’s had significantly lower attrition rates than those enrolled before MMI’s were introduced. GPA scores were significantly higher for students who enrolled via the MMI’s. Integration of data found MMI’s identified students passionate to undertake midwifery, and that success at the interviews increased students’ confidence to successfully complete their studies.ConclusionMMI’s as part of the entry process into the BMid enabled identification of applicants more likely to remain in the course and succeed in their studies. 相似文献
