中国传统修辞学的继承

20世纪初诞生的中国现代修辞学,较多地受西方修辞理论的影响。要提高修辞学的品位与社会功用,就必须继承中国修辞学传统,建立具有民族特色的修辞学体系,重视中国古代修辞学学术传统,重新考虑修辞学的内容与体系、方法与方法论等问题。     

学分制下教学管理工作存在的问题及对策

文章比较了学年制和学分制的优缺点,并探讨了我国高校特别是广东工业大学在推行学分制过程中遇到的问题及相应的解决对策.     

Assessing accuracy of a continuous screening test in the presence of verification bias

Summary.  In studies to assess the accuracy of a screening test, often definitive disease assessment is too invasive or expensive to be ascertained on all the study subjects. Although it may be more ethical or cost effective to ascertain the true disease status with a higher rate in study subjects where the screening test or additional information is suggestive of disease, estimates of accuracy can be biased in a study with such a design. This bias is known as verification bias. Verification bias correction methods that accommodate screening tests with binary or ordinal responses have been developed; however, no verification bias correction methods exist for tests with continuous results. We propose and compare imputation and reweighting bias-corrected estimators of true and false positive rates, receiver operating characteristic curves and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for continuous tests. Distribution theory and simulation studies are used to compare the proposed estimators with respect to bias, relative efficiency and robustness to model misspecification. The bias correction estimators proposed are applied to data from a study of screening tests for neonatal hearing loss.     

学分制下激发大学生英语学习动机的思考

高校实行学分制之后,大学英语成绩的考核由考查改为考试,从而促进了大学公共英语课程的教与学,然而这种以考试为中心的模式并不能持续激发学生的学习动机.英语学习中,兴趣和动机等情感因素起着极大的作用,因此,在学分制的管理下,充分发展选修课,安排多样化课程,课堂组织以学生为中心,充分利用现代化教学设施,不仅有利于学生英语学习兴趣的培养,而且可以更好地调动学生学习的积极性及发挥学生学习的主动性,从而提高学生综合应用英语的能力.     

西南科技大学岗位聘任制和岗位津贴制的改革与探索

为适应事业单位试行人员聘用的需要,更为学校适应新形势发展的需要,西南科技大学以全员聘用和岗位聘任为突破口,实行了人事分配制度改革,建立了“以岗定酬”的岗位津贴制。通过对学校人事分配制度改革的思路和具体做法的介绍,以进一步完善和推行全员聘任制。     

综合实践活动课程实施的问题与对策

教师的课程理论素养较差,与综合实践活动课程实施的要求不相适应;综合实践活动课程的实施缺乏相关的制度保障和社会支持,是综合实践活动课程实施中存在的主要问题.解决问题的对策是:加强对教师的培训,提高教师实施综合实践活动课程的能力;完善学校相关教研、培训及管理等制度,为综合实践活动课程的实施提供制度保障;建立良好的社会支持和保障系统,充分利用各种资源,为综合实践活动课程的实施创造更好的条件.     

Statistik für bivariate gemischte Poisson–Prozesse am Beispiel der Kraftfahrthaftpflichtversicherung

Zusammenfassung: In diesem Artikel wird der Weg von einem univariaten gemischten Poisson–Prozess, der in vielen Bereichen zum Z?hlen von Ereignissen benutzt wird, zu einem bivariaten gemischten Poisson–Prozess aufgezeigt. Dazu werden einige Eigenschaften des bivariaten Prozesses angegeben. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit wird gezeigt, wie mit Hilfe dieses Prozesses der übergang von einem herk?mmlichen Bonus–Malus–System in der Kraftfahrthaftpflichtversicherung zu einem Bonus–Malus–System mit Berücksichtigung der Schadenart beschritten werden kann. Dazu wird zuerst eine Modellprüfung der gegebenen Daten vorgenommen und sodann werden für verschiedene mischende Verteilungen die Verteilungsparameter gesch?tzt und Nettopr?mien angegeben sowie die Prognosegenauigkeit getestet.

Summary: In this paper we show that the model of the bivariate mixed Poisson process arises in a natural way from the univariate mixed Poisson process, which is used in several areas for counting certain events. Furthermore we state some properties of the bivariate process. In the second part of the paper we illustrate how by means of the bivariate mixed Poisson process a bonus–malus system handling different types of accidents can be derived from the classical bonus–malus system in third–party liability insurance. To this end we first check the model on the given data and then estimate distribution parameters and compute net premiums for different mixing distributions as well as test the prediction probabilities.

社会主义市场经济是建立在稳定的信用关系基础上的法制经济,稳定可靠的社会信用体系是市场经济有效运行的基础条件之一。在我国,与社会主义市场经济相适应的社会信用体系处于起步阶段,还远远达不到成熟和完善,这关系到社会主义市场经济体制能否真正确立、完善,也直接影响到我国改革的深入,因此构筑诚信体系刻不容缓。     

通向可持续发展的社会（I）—可持续发展模式论

模式是对事物行为过程的摹写或可供模仿的模板 ,可持续发展社会模式是对人类社会可持续发展行为的摹写与确定的标准。可持续发展模式涉及到一大类模式体系 ,但它们有其统一的基本特征———共同性、持续性和公平性 ,满足同一的要求———经济性、福利性与和谐性。可持续发展模式包括社会组织、体制制度、经济、教育、空间结构等等。     

压力型体制下乡镇治理的特点及负面影响

压力型体制下 ,乡镇治理的特点主要表现为“目标责任”管理、“选择性激励”泛滥、“正式权力的非正式运用”以及“政绩工程”与“造假”等。这些做法“虚化”了政权 ,制约了村民自治的成长 ,并有可能引起治理危机。因此 ,必须加以解决。
