论中国传统死亡观对第三代诗人的潜在影响

儒家的“重生轻死”、道家的“厌生乐死”、佛家的“生死轮回”观深深影响着第三代诗人的思想和创作。他们以对死亡的直面、认同,传达着强烈的对生的关注和思考;以对死亡的想象性体验,表达着对生命本质的观照和认识。“死亡”成了第三代诗人自我认知与个性传达的言说载体。

汉语作为第三语言的学习动机研究

随着我国汉语言文化向外推广力度的不断加大,汉语作为世界上重要语言交流工具之一,越来越受到各国留学生的重视,尤其是来自第三世界国家的留学生。在此背景下,汉语作为第三语言的习得研究凸显重要。本研究以问卷调查的形式对石家庄铁道大学来自第三世界国家的32名留学生进行汉语言学习动机的调查研究,探讨学习动机对留学生学习成效的影响。结合实际情况,找到存在问题的解决方法,有针对性地提出激发留学生汉语言学习动机的策略,以期能对我国汉语教学水平的提高、教学方法的改进以及留学生汉语言学习效果的提高提供一定参考。     

信用证欺诈例外原则的豁免研究

独立和抽象原则是信用证交易的基石,但它在客观上存在着保护欺诈受益人的缺点。因此,各国都纷纷建立信用证欺诈倒外原则来进行补救,但信用证欺诈例外原则的滥用又会给信用证交易的善意第三人利益带来冲击,于是信用证欺诈例外原则的豁免应运而生。美国率先在《美国统一商法典》中规定了信用证欺诈例外原则的豁免,英国也通过一系列的判例对信用证欺诈例外原则的豁免给以肯定。我国的信用证立法比较薄弱,虽然近年来的判例和相关文件表明我国对信用证欺诈例外原则的豁免持肯定态度,但立法上的完善应是必须的。     

Play and Impersonation: Finding the Right Intersubjective Rhythm

The following paper examines a client's developmental process through transference, play, and the client's impersonation of the therapist. Winnicott's notion of the intermediate space, current infant research studies, and Jessica Benjamin's concept of thirdness are the organizing framework for the treatment. The author uses a clinical vignette to illustrate a relational perspective in which play and creativity become important developmental processes for both patient and therapist.

浅谈对第三方物流的认识

物流这一概念,随着它对商品生产、流通和消费的影响,日益明显并越来越引起人们的注意。随着现代企业生产经营方式的变革和市场外部条件的变化,“第三方物流”(thirdpartylogistics)这种物流形态开始引起人们的重视。为参与国际竞争,企业必须降低产品的成本(包括生产成本和销售成本),降低库存(包括仓储和运送过程中的库存),增加效益;企业要求准确及时的信息,要求增加整个供应链流程的可视性。第三方物流提供者为企业解决了上述难题,因此,越来越多的企业纷纷选择了这一新兴的物流业务。     

Neo-Gramscian Theory and Third World Violence: A Time for Broadening

Abstract

This article argues that the neo-Gramscian theory of hegemony is not as useful in explaining the rise and consolidation of the modern world system. In particular, while the force-consensus approach may indeed be relevant in examining relations among the Western countries, it is fundamentally wanting when applied to the third world. The two main reasons concern the persistent violence against the third world, and the dominance of race and racism as social forces in the production and maintenance of successive world orders. Neo-Gramscian theory needs to be broadened perhaps by paying attention to the relevant thinking in postcolonialism.     

Identities in the third space? Solidity,elasticity and resilience amongst young British Pakistani Muslims

Over the last decade the issue of identity has been prevalent in discussions about British Muslims, with the events of 9/11 serving as a touchstone for media debates about religious, national and cultural affiliations. The 7/7 terrorist attacks in the UK led to young British Pakistanis being subjected to intense public and institutional scrutiny and wider political concerns being expressed about the failure of multiculturalism. Young British Pakistanis have thus had to negotiate and maintain their identities in an environment in which they have been defined as a threat to national security whilst simultaneously being pressurized to align with 'core British values'. Within this context, we convey the findings of a qualitative study involving British Pakistanis living in the North-west of England. In presenting the experiences and perspectives of participants, three interconnected processes salient to the maintenance of identity are delineated: solidity, elasticity and resilience. Having unpacked these processes, we draw upon Bhabha's third space thesis to explore the political potentiality of and the limits to hybridic identities.

本文根据全面性、特殊性、可比性、可操作性原则,参考评价第三方物流企业的一般评价指标的选取原则,选取了包括运力资源利用率、固定资产周转率、订单完成率、配送资源利用率等20个具有代表性的指标,详细地构建了第三方企业物流系统综合评价指标体系,并采用主成分因子分析法对企业物流系统进行了综合评价。
