建国后郭沫若两篇佚作笔名考释

1956年7、8月间郭沫若在《人民日报》上分别以＂龙子＂和＂克拉克＂为笔名发表了《发辫的争论》和《乌鸦的独白》两篇文章,通过对郭沫若以往笔名使用情况的统计与分析以及＂龙子＂和＂克拉克＂笔名内涵的阐释,可以看出作为政治人物和文学人物并存的郭沫若的生存状态,进而对如何正确认识建国后的郭沫若给出了合理的解答。     

恶意透支型信用卡诈骗犯罪的理解与司法认定

为了准确认定恶意透支型信用卡诈骗犯罪，从“非法占有为目的”的理解、持卡人、“催收不归还”的认定3个方面对信用卡恶意透支的构成要件进行了剖析。分析认为：持卡人不仅限定为自然人，还应包括单位；“明知无力偿还”应包含在“非法占有为目的”之中；两次催收应为“有效性催收”；不归还应区分情况对待。     

一类n阶两点边值问题三个正解的存在性

建立了一个锥上的泛函形式的不动点定理,讨论了一类非线性项依赖低阶导数的n阶两点边值问题并得到了三个正解的存在性,最后给出了一个例子以验证前面得到的结果.     

A note on the determination of sample sizes for hypergeometric distributions

Sample size determination for testing the hypothesis of equality of two proportions against an alternative with specified type I and type II error probabilities is considered for two finite populations. When two finite populations involved are quite different in sizes, the equal size assumption may not be appropriate. In this paper, we impose a balanced sampling condition to determine the necessary samples taken without replacement from the finite populations. It is found that our solution requires smaller samples as compared to those using binomial distributions. Furthermore, our solution is consistent with the sampling with replacement or when population size is large. Finally, three examples are given to show the application of the derived sample size formula.

论两岸交流合作中的非营利组织的发展

通过对两岸非营利组织交流现状的分析,归纳出目前这类组织深度交流所面临的阻力和问题,并就此提出在未来的两岸交流合作中,非营利组织必将扮演更加重要的角色,应该重点从政府投入、法律完善、民间交流、制度建设等方面着手,建立有利于深化两岸交流的非营利组织发展机制。     

An approximation to the distribution of the ratio of two general quadratic forms with application

Based on mixed cumulants up to order six, this paper provides a four moment approximation to the distribution of a ratio of two general quadratic forms in normal variables. The approximation is applied to calculate the percentile points of modified F-test statistics for testing treatment effects when standard F-ratio test is misleading because of dependence among observations. For the special case, when data is generated by an AR(1) process, the approximation is evaluated by a simulation study. For the general SARMA (p,q)(P,Q)_s process, a modified F-test statistic Is given, and its distribution for the (0,1)(0,l)₁₂ process, is approximated by the moment approximation technique.

郜元宝认为,今天仍然弥漫着鲁迅与之搏斗的各种文字游戏;只有在文字游戏停止的地方,我们才可能与鲁迅真实相遇,才会发现,原来他是怎样的无法绕过。孙郁认为,浙东文化对鲁迅早期思想和精神底色有多方面的辐射,而鲁迅的现代眼光则颠覆了这一传统并赋予浙东文化另一种隐含。刘绪源认为,《两地书》是仅次于《野草》的、最能反映本真的鲁迅的书,那种把对虚无与黑暗的反抗作为生命本体的实践,和察见渊鱼者不祥的自省,是理解鲁迅的一把重要钥匙。袁盛勇认为,鲁迅思想及其话语实践中的正面和负面因素是难以分割地联系在一起的,应采取一种辩证的态度,回到一个复杂而完整的鲁迅那里。张钊贻则认为,鲁迅早期反民主言论有其历史原因,并非反对民主的理念,他对目前的民主制度能否真正实现确有怀疑,根源在于两种现代性的矛盾理念。
