农村政治精英角色转变及其背景

中国农村精英自本世纪以来,其相对与国家农民的角色已经发生了连续性的变化,这一变化透视了国家在向基层社会渗透中面临的挑战和矛盾,这与中国近代以来的现代化进程紧密相连。     

传统民间文化与新农村建设：以华北梨区庙会为例

华北中部的梨区曾经“村各有庙,庙各有会”。从勾龙传说、娘娘救刘秀的传说和九龙口传说等不同庙会解释文本的演化可知,仪式实践仍遵循传统的梨区庙会是以官、民为主体的多个异质性群体“共谋”的结果。在发展经济的民俗旅游乌托邦幻象的引诱下,这些共有的表述使得庙博物馆在当地的修建成为可能,也成为目的各异的官民共同努力的方向。在倡导“新农村”建设的今天,从民众的生活逻辑出发来理解传统民间文化,并给予其适当的生存空间乃新农村建设有机的、重要的一部分,只有根植于传统文化土壤的新农村才会有持久的活力。     

台前县驻村工作的几点思考

根据一年来驻村工作的实际情况和大量的调研工作,介绍了台前县"三农"的基本情况,提出了解决台前县"三农"问题的建议。该建议对解决我省"三农"问题具有一定借鉴意义。     

当代大学生村官的思想政治教育研究

在构建社会主义和谐社会和新农村建设过程中，当代大学生村官作为基层组织的重要力量融入基层，为新农村建设作出了重要贡献。但在实际的基层工作中出现了一些新情况和新问题，部分大学生村官思想不坚定，很难扎根基层工作，不能全心全意为人民服务，面对挑战需要发挥思想政治教育的作用，采取必要的对策，使当代大学生村官坚定扎根基层的信心，树立为人民服务的责任感。     

基于国家治理视野的城中村青少年教育问题思考

青少年是我国现代化建设的脊梁，承担着国家未来发展壮大的重要使命。城中村是我国推进城镇化建设的产物，伴随经济社会的快速发展，城中村青少年教育问题成为影响社会稳定的一个因素，对之解决如何事关国家发展。本文通过分析城中村青少年教育问题研究的现状，找出城中村青少年存在的社会问题，并从国家、社会、学校和家庭四个维度进行思考，探索国家治理视野下的城中村青少年教育问题的解决途径，以期通过政府监管、社会参与、高校帮扶等措施更好地对这一群体进行教育，践行科教兴国和人才强国战略。     

Perceived Maternal Autonomy Support and Early Adolescent Emotion Regulation: A Longitudinal Study

This study investigated longitudinal associations between perceived maternal autonomy‐supportive parenting and early adolescents' use of three emotion regulation (ER) styles: emotional integration, suppressive regulation, and dysregulation. We tested whether perceived maternal autonomy support predicted changes in ER and whether these ER styles, in turn, related to changes in adjustment (i.e., depressive symptoms, self‐esteem). Participants (N = 311, mean age at Time 1 = 12.04) reported on perceived maternal autonomy support, their ER styles, and adjustment at two moments in time, spanning a one‐year interval. Cross‐lagged analyses showed that perceived maternal autonomy support predicted increases in emotional integration and decreases in suppressive regulation. By contrast, emotional dysregulation predicted decreases in perceived autonomy‐supportive parenting. Further, increases in emotional integration were predictive of increases in self‐esteem, and decreases in suppressive regulation were predictive of decreases in depressive symptoms. Together, the results show that early adolescents' perception of their mothers as autonomy‐supportive is associated with increases in adaptive ER strategies and subsequent adjustment.     

Crisis and quality of work in the Nordic employment regime

The Nordic countries have been renowned for labour markets with high-quality jobs. The key question for the article is whether this also holds in the current financial and Eurozone crisis. Focus is on the initial years of the crisis, and indicators from the European Working Conditions Survey are used to trace changes in job quality. Physical job demands are on a lower level in the Nordic region compared to the European level. Instead, time pressure and working to tight deadlines are more common. In general, the downturn in the economy seems to have decreased the intensity in the work situation of employees. Temporary employment and job insecurity are more present in Finland and Sweden than in Denmark and Norway. Still, the Nordic employment regime is characterized by a large proportion of jobs where employees have influence and autonomy, and are rather satisfied with their job. One possible explanation for these encouraging results is the high level of unionization that has persisted through the crisis.

城市化对乡村语言变化的影响

语言的变异与变化不仅受到语言系统内部因素的影响。还受到一些社会因素的制约。对江苏省一个乡村语音变项的调查表明，为适应城市化所带来的潜在的社会与文化转型，一些乡村社区的居民正在调整自己的语言，而这种调整又因年龄、阶层、性别、语言态度等有所差异。语言作为一种特殊的资源，其多样性正是为了满足人们日益复杂的社会交往的需要。     

论纳税评估的适法性

纳税评估是一种存在争议的制度。纳税评估本质上是一种具有自治精神的适法性行为,且不适合列入《税收征管法》的具体条文。目前需要做的工作除了技术层面的改进以外,还应该尽快明确纳税评估工作的属性,以理顺我国的税收征管体系。
