中国石油战略安全因素分析

伴随着中国经济的快速崛起,中国能源战略安全问题逐渐突显出来。避免能源引发的国家冲突,制定有效的能源战略,这是我国政府十分重视的国家安全的战略问题。论文从国际关系和地缘政治的角度分析出发,在分析了4大国能源战略的基础上,提出了解决中国能源战略安全的基本思路:构建和谐的中美关系;加大石油储备量以防台海有事;积极建立与印度的友好关系突破美国的战略封锁;积极发展中日之间的能源合作;加强对俄罗斯的能源合作的工作力度。

在分析武陵山区交通状况的基础上,结合恩施州现有交通情况,立足构建铁路、公路、航空及水运的综合交通运输体系,提出了把恩施建成武陵山区交通枢纽目标、任务及措施,提升恩施区域经济竞争力。

在智能化和法治化的新时代,公共视频监控图像信息综合应用已成为社会治理社会化、法治化、智能化和专业化的重要方式。公共视频监控系统成为政府部门和社会组织保护公共安全以及公民人身、财产安全的技术项目。公共视频监控图像信息的技术手段和法律属性需要以立法形式加以规定。公共视频监控图像信息综合应用需要在权利保护的法律制度中进行,尤其是视频监控图像信息公开使用与信息安全、隐私权保护之间的法律制度设计。因此,公共视频监控图像信息的法律规制工作应对法律主体、基本原则、权利体系、法律监管、法律责任做出明确规定。     

A qualitative investigation of risk and protective factors for interpersonal violence in adults on the autism spectrum

Abstract

Individuals on the autism spectrum are at an increased risk of experiencing violence. This study sought to understand the opinions of adults on the spectrum regarding potential risk and protective factors for interpersonal violence. Twenty-two adults (12 men; 18 to 53 years of age) participated in semi-structured qualitative interviews. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analysed. The results of the qualitative analysis identified individual and contextual risk and protective factors. Protective themes focused on individual needs (awareness of the self and the environment, interpersonal knowledge/skills, skill building strategies) and supportive contexts (benefits of a trusted person, advocates, fostering acceptance and inclusion). There is a need for strategies to decrease the vulnerability to, and the impact of, interpersonal violence. Individuals on the spectrum have the capacity to provide important information regarding safety promotion and risk factors for interpersonal violence, and their expertise should play a role in guiding efforts that promote safety.     

中美石油安全水平对经济增长影响的对比研究——基于灰色关联分析

为科学地评价比较中美石油安全水平对经济增长的影响程度,文章采用主成分分析方法,选取采储比水平、储量接替率、消费弹性系数、原油价格波动系数、对外依存度和石油占一次能源消费比重等6个要素指标,构成一个新的石油安全指标评价体系,并利用灰色关联方法比较分析了不同时间段内中美两国的石油安全水平与经济增长之间的关联度,得出自21世纪以来,美国经济发展对石油安全水平的依赖程度要远大于中国的结论。     

社会安全阀运行与和谐社会构建

社会安全阀具有宣泄社会情感、激发制度创新与整合社会结构的重要功能。由于制度化手段的缺失,当代中国社会安全阀机制具有潜制度化特征并在运行中逐渐显现出弊端,已不能适应社会和谐发展的需要。应该引入制度化的手段,用“显社会安全阀”替代“潜社会安全阀”,在经济、法律、政治、社会生活诸领域中实现社会安全阀的制度化运行机制。

A computationally simple bivariate survival estimator for efficacy and safety

Both treatment efficacy and safety are typically the primary endpoints in Phase II, and even in some Phase III, clinical trials. Efficacy is frequently measured by time to response, death, or some other milestone event and thus is a continuous, possibly censored, outcome. Safety, however, is frequently measured on a discrete scale; in Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group clinical trial E2290, it was measured as the number of weekly rounds of chemotherapy that were tolerable to colorectal cancer patients. For the joint analysis of efficacy and safety, we propose a non-parametric, computationally simple estimator for the bivariate survival function when one time-to-event is continuous, one is discrete, and both are subject to right-censoring. The bivariate censoring times may depend on each other, but they are assumed to be independent of both event times. We derive a closed-form covariance estimator for the survivor function which allows for inference to be based on any of several possible statistics of interest. In addition, we derive its covariance with respect to calendar time of analysis, allowing for its use in sequential studies.     

中国C2C电子商务网站的用户体验

通过学生用户试用在两个不同文化背景下设计出来的C2C电子商务网站——淘宝网和Ebay易趣,并进行初次网上购物体验活动,以及对测试后满意度问卷的分析,结果显示:在用户决定购买的过程中,网站概念/功能的传递和表达对用户的影响最大,它们会影响到用户的初次购买决定;而流程的跳转以及交互行为的不平衡会对用户的购买过程造成影响;对用户初次购物总体评价影响最大的是功能满足。两个网站的系统可用性与界面设计不能决定用户的总体评价,但却会影响到用户对网站的感觉。因此,创建一个对用户有用、好用和想用的购物网站就必须要满足功能、交互以及冲击三个层次的要求。
