陕北方言本字续再考

本着据义定字,据音定词的原则,可以考释出能够代表陕北方言语词的若干本字。由于时、地的不同,这些本字的读音与陕北方言语词的实际读音并不都是完全一致。只要语义一致,语音符合音变规律的,即可定为本字。

The introduction of staff appraisal interviews in Austrian Universities This paper addresses the issue of the obligatory introduction of staff appraisal interviews in the Austrian higher education system after the implementation the law ?UG 2002“ (University Law 2002). It focuses on the cultural change process from the old university management system to a nowadays prevalent ?management by objectives“. After the introduction of the ?UG 2002“ Austrian Universities are forced to be more competitive with one another, hence an academic market is opened. Ultimately this leads to a cultural break. This is the reason why we discuss the possibilities and limitations of the implementation of appraisal interviews and target agreements from different angles. The diverse perspectives will be a theory of communication, a theory of organizations and a psychodynamic standpoint.     

“打”字的来源及读音考

历代都有人谈关于打字的问题。明末清初黄生认为,打由提（dǐ）字音转而来;清初李因笃认为,挞字变声调减笔画就成了打;王力先生认为,打读丁雅切与方言无关,把打的音变列入＂偶然性＂一类。其实,打字汉代就有,是朾的俗字。打字本音德冷切或都挺切,读如丁雅切是唐五代西北的方音现象,敦煌文献和现代西北方音均可为证。打的丁雅切后来上升为通语,南宋以后进入韵书,而德冷切或都挺切的读音则保留在吴语等方言中。     

论质的方法--德育研究的视角

近年来,质的研究(qualitative research)方法在国际教育研究中日益受到重视,而在我国当前的德育研究中,量的研究方法依然兴盛.因为德育研究的对象是人,所以量的研究方法在德育研究中有其不可避免的局限性.因此在我国德育研究中引入质的研究方法,以其之优势弥补量的研究方法之不足,是有其必要性与可能性的.

The aim of the consulting process is to prepare the coachee in a way, that he is able to accept his role as executive and to carry out the order of the company. Further on, the coachee is encouraged to use his own potential to design the outplacement talks. Finally he is invited to develop arrangements in order to support his personal physical and social wellbeing as well as his fitness in respect of the extreme situation of the outplacement management.

Between spiritual counseling and supervision — staff appraisal interviews within the church. A leadership tool used within conflicting concepts The author draws on personal experience he had when introducing staff appraisal interviews within the Lutheran Church of Bavaria, specifically in annual staff appraisals. After distinguishing between counseling, therapy, spiritual counseling, supervision and coaching, he describes the particulars of staff appraisal interviews. He particularly emphasizes that these interviews depend a great deal upon the way leadership is viewed within an organization. He sees agreement on aims as the central element of staff appraisal interviews that requires special attention and care. The article closes with critical remarks on and perspectives for current practices within the church in the area of religious instruction.     

云南少数民族家庭的嬗变

云南大学于 2 0 0 0年初 ,组织了 140多人参加的云南民族调查 ,其中的少数民族家庭调查资料表明 ,半个世纪以来 ,他们在家庭意识、家庭结构、家庭生产功能、家庭分工、内外关系、教育和生育及继嗣制度等方面都发生了明显的变化 ,这种变化总体来说是值得肯定的。

西安事变前杨虎城与中共中央关系新探

西安事变前,杨虎城与中共中央的关系并不一帆风顺。杨虽曾主动与陕北中共中央联系,但1935年12月汪锋到西安与杨会谈却没有取得任何成效。1936年3月王世英与杨谈判虽然达成初步协议,但却长期徘徊不前。直到东北军西调,杨部填防,陕北苏区交通线中断,中共中央才急于加强与杨的关系。9月,张文彬在西安与杨谈判,正式确定了双方抗日合作的关系,杨虎城与中共中央的合作进人实质性阶段。12月5日,毛泽东第三次致函杨虎城,对双方的合作给予高度评价。
