韩国青少年校园暴力情况及相关政策

近年来,韩国校园暴力问题凸显,在家庭、学校及社会诸多方面因素的影响下,校园暴力事件呈现出逐年上升的趋势,对青少年身心健康及社会和谐发展造成了极其恶劣的影响。目前,韩国校园暴力的产生呈现出受害青少年心理创伤问题严重、小学高年级校园暴力的发生率极高及校园暴力类型多样化三大特点。为了预防及根治校园暴力,韩国历届政府相继制订并颁布了专项法律条例及各类应对举措。2014年,朴槿惠政府宣布实施"以学校现场为中心"校园暴力应对政策,主要内容包括在校园内开展丰富多样的校园暴力预防活动,根据暴力类型、发生地域以及学生年级的不同而推行有针对性的应对策略等。

运河是人类历史上的水利工程,汇集了人类的经验、知识、智慧和技艺。作为文化遗产,运河无论是历史表述、工艺技术还是文明交流的原真性,都值得我们珍惜和传承;同时,作为世界遗产的一类,需要我们对其知识谱系,特别是专业性有所了解和掌握。我国是运河遗产大国,历史悠久,形态多样,水资源丰富,但对联合国的运河体系相对陌生。文章对联合国运河遗产谱系做一勾勒,供学界参考。     

The Economic Theory of Fertility Over Three Decades

A large proportion of cohabitors in the Statistics Norway Omnibus Surveys of 1996 reported economic reasons for their hesitation to marry, and in particular the costs of the wedding. In line with this, the Norwegian Family and Occupation Survey of 1988 revealed effects both of women's cumulated income and men's non-employment on the actual choice of union type. Also some other evidence suggests that affordability matters, although there are plausible alternative interpretations. On the other hand, several estimates suggest that economic strength does not induce marriage. Since there also has been no deterioration of young adults' economic situation in Norway, except for the delay of economic independence owing to longer college enrolment, one can hardly claim that lack of affordability is a dominating force behind the massive drift away from marriage. The analysis is anchored in a theoretical framework that may prove useful in other studies of cohabitation as an alternative to marriage.     

大生集团与荣氏集团兴衰成败之道探究

张謇创办的大生企业集团和荣氏兄弟创办的荣氏企业集团,是中国近代形成最早、规模最大、具有重要地位和影响的两大民营企业集团。两者几乎同时起步于十九世纪末,比邻于苏南。创办初期,大生集团的基础和实力远比荣氏集团雄厚,早期的发展势头大生集团也远比荣氏集团强。但是历经几十年的坎坷曲折后,大生企业集团破产易主、式微衰败了,而荣氏企业集团却兴盛发达,成为中国首屈一指的“面粉大王”、“棉纱大王”。为什么两者发展结果会出现如此之大的反差？文章透过表象对两者所走过的发展道路,及其在发展战略、资金运作、经营方针、营销策略、管理体制、运营机制、企业文化、育才用人之道等方面的主要差异进行深入的比较,揭示了两者兴衰成败之原由。     

Heterogeneity,dependence among causes of death and Gompertz

Heterogeneity in a population with respect to mortality, or variation in “frailty”; among members of that population, which has been discussed extensively in the literature over the last decade and a half is essential to any realistic model of dependence among causes of death. The main problem then is the development of a mortality model incorporating heterogeneity and cause of death which is both realistic and of manageable proportions.

In a recent paper (J. H. Pollard, 1991), it has been shown that many life table results are remarkably insensitive to the strict shape of the mortality curve, at least for more developed populations, and that accurate approximations can in many cases be obtained knowing only the mortality rates at two representative ages (e.g. 50 and 70). These results and the Gompertz “law”; of mortality can be used to develop manageable approximate formulae for the expectation of life under heterogeneity and correlation among the causes of death. The formulae are confirmed by simulation.

Numerical results indicate, somewhat surprisingly, that the effects of correlation among causes of death, even at quite high levels, on expectation of life and changes on expectation of life when particular causes of death are reduced or eliminated are relatively minor.

论专字的本质及成因

专字是写词的某一专义的专用字，它与异体字、随词分化的区别字、类化字的性质都不同。产生专字的原因是多方面的，本只重点分析来自社会方面的几种原因：书写的随标义、书面简略记言和说字强生分别。
