《中华人民共和国会计法》英译文简评

评述了我国会计法英译文中突出存在的词汇和句法两个方面的主要错误 ,指出在翻译中国法律文件时要做到的一点是遵循一定的法律文件英译规律 ,如突出法律行为的主体、不滥用被动句、遵守原文的句型等 ,并且要吃透原文而加以忠实翻译 ,呼吁提高国家级的法律文件英译文的质量 ,尽快开展省级涉外法规的英译及其规范化工作

建设有中国特色的社会主义理论是对毛泽东思想的坚持和发展，既要看到它们的联系，又要看到邓小平的独特理论创造．建设有中国特色的祉会主义理论是当代中国的马克思主义。     

Creating Stepfamilies: Integrating Children Into the Study of Union Formation

As a result of the growth in out‐of‐wedlock childbearing and union instability, adults contemplating forming a new union are often already parents. This article examines the role of children in stepfamily formation, both coresident and not, using the 2,594 respondents in the National Survey of Families and Households who were not living with a partner in 1987/1988. We consider children of the respondent and of the partner, which allows us to examine the determinants of entering a stepfamily. We found that being a coresident father dramatically increases forming a union with a woman with children. Women’s coresidential children reduce women’s odds of forming unions with men who do not have children and increase them for unions with men who do.     

Threshold decisions: how social workers prioritize referrals of child concern

This paper examines local authority social workers' decision‐making when considering referrals of children, where the concerns are on the margin of child protection procedures. In doing so, it describes the findings of a qualitative research study undertaken in the policy context of attempts to ‘refocus’ social work practice in the late 1990s and early twenty‐first century. Data collection involved interviews with social workers and parents in 23 cases. Conclusions are that referrals were evaluated on the basis of five key factors, specificity, severity, risk, parental accountability and corroboration, the use of which determined whether an initial assessment or an investigation of alleged abuse took place. The analysis builds on previous work in the child protection field, but demonstrates how the application of these factors differs between cases of child concern and cases of child protection. Policy implications concern the complexity of decision‐making in the uncertain context of limited referral information and it is proposed that the simplistic notion of a continuum of abuse is now outdated. 现代汉语语义学研究述要

语义研究问题是现代汉语研究的重点和难点之一。通过对汉语经典语义学以及西方现代语义学研究的历史回顾,结合汉语语言事实,对各种语义流派给予评估,希冀能找出一种适合汉语的语义学研究方法。     

具有中国特色的执政党建设理论的创立——兼谈改革开放30年党的建设的经验

改革开放的每一重大战略部署和伟大实践，都包含着党的建设的新举措和党的建设理论的新探索。党的建设的实践和理论的每一创新发展，也反过来推进和保证了中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化、社会建设和各个领域的改革。中国共产党对历史方位转变和执政党建设理论的认识，已经达到了新的高度，提出要“深化对共产党执政规律的认识”这一命题，本身就是中国共产党在30年党的建设理论创新过程中，获得的一个重要成果。我们研究具有中国特色的马克思主义执政党建设理论。从根本上说，就是要认识执政规律，尊重执政规律，努力按照执政规律加强执政党建设，加强和改善党对中国特色社会主义事业的领导，完成党肩负的伟大历史使命。     

英汉习语文化差异与翻译

成语、谚语、习语是语言不可分割的重要组成部分,是语言中的精华,具有极其丰富的文化底蕴。中西方在不同的文化背景下,民族传统、生活方式以及思维方式等都有着诸多差异,这些文化差异导致了中西方各自成语、谚语、习语的形成、使用与发展。英汉成语、谚语、习语分别记录了不同民族的历史,反映了不同民族的经济生活,透视了不同民族的文化心态,思维方式。针对中西方习语的文化差异与翻译技巧的阐述,旨在更好地把握两种语言的特点,增强处理语言尤其是习语的能力。     

漫谈古代汉语语法科学与教学语法体系建立——今古专书注释考据语法分析研究札记

语法教学体系跟科学体系有关系、有区别。根据今古专书注释考据中的语法分析，古代汉语教学语法体系宜有旬读与层次分析、语义关系分析、语词搭配分析、旬式词序历史变化分析、语用和语境分析等内容。     

宁夏农村汉字使用情况的调查与分析

宁夏农村在推广规范汉字方面取得了鼓舞人心的成绩:中小学生不使用"二简字";全区没有发现使用"吋、呎、浬、"等已被国家宣布淘汰的计量单位名称用字。然而,还存在不可回避的问题。为此,应切实做好国家关于规范字政策的宣传工作,使人们从思想上真正认识使用规范字的意义,指导人们正确对待掌握汉字有关原理和使用汉字之间的关系。
