把《二十年目睹之怪现状》看做是《新小说》杂志的一部分,以民族主义想像入手,并将它与其他＂新小说＂作互文对读后,认为在小说结构上渗透了吴趼人的道德关怀,以及在对伦理体系崩溃的叙述中隐含了一定的道德批判;并且指出了小说的遁世倾向,这是因为作者暂时觅寻不到正路。     

从中国传统思维方式反思儒家文化的困境

儒家文化经历了一个由兴盛到陷入困境的过程,究其陷入困境的原因,蕴涵在这一文化体系中的传统思维方式是不可忽视的因素。传统思维方式中乏于抽象、长于经验的思维倾向,尚古保守、惯于排异的思维倾向等,使得儒家文化缺乏一种进行自我更新的内部机制,与文化固有的开放性、时代性等特点越离越远,最终陷入自身无力摆脱的困境之中。     

The spaces and ethics of organic food

Initial assessments of the potential for organic food systems have offered an optimistic interpretation of the progressive political and ethical characteristics involved. This positive gloss has prompted a stream of critique emphasising the need to explore the ambiguities and disconnections inherent therein. In this paper, we consider the case of Riverford Organic Vegetables,¹ arguably the largest supplier of organic vegetables in the UK, and suggest that existing debates assume too much about the “goods” and “rights” of organic food and leave important questions about the spaces and ethics of organic food. We argue that, in the case of Riverford, the space of organic food production and distribution is neither the small, local, counter-cultural farm nor the large, transnational, corporate firm. Rather, simultaneously, the spaces of organic food production and distribution are the national network, the regional distribution system and the local farm. In addition, in the case of Riverford, the ethics of organic food exhibit few grand designs (of environmental sustainability, for example). Rather, the ethics of organic food are best characterised as: ordinary, since they relate to concerns about taste, value for money, care within the family and so on; diverse, since multiple practices steer the production and distribution of organic food; and graspable, in that both vegetables and box have material and symbolic presence for consumers.     

Learning to cooperate with Pavlov an adaptive strategy for the iterated Prisoner's Dilemma with noise

Conflict of interest may be modeled, heuristically, by the iterated Prisoner's Dilemma game. Although several researchers have shown that the Tit-For-Tat strategy can encourage the evolution of cooperation, this strategy can never outscore any opponent and it does poorly against its clone in a noisy environment. Here we examine the family of Pavlovian strategies which adapts its play by positive and negative conditioning, much as many animals do. Mutual cooperation will evolve in a contest with Pavlov against a wide variety of opponents and in particular against its clone. And the strategy is quite stable in a noisy environment. Although this strategy cooperates and retaliates, as does Tit-For-Tat, it is not forgiving; Pavlov will exploit altruistic strategies until he is punished by mutual defection. Moreover, Pavlovian strategies are natural models for many real life conflict-of-interest encounters as well as human and computer simulations.

基于伦理关注的高校思想政治教育实效性研究

高校思想政治教育的实效性依赖于对学生个性发展的认识和关注,促进学生全面健康发展是高校思想政治教育的最终目的,本文通过对目前高校思想政治教育现状的分析,指出高校思想政治教育应适应新时代的要求,从关注人性需求的伦理角度出发更多体现尊重个性、人性,在伦理关注的基础上探寻有效的思想政治教育新思路、新方法。     

资本自由流动、货币政策独立性、汇率制度稳定性三元发展趋势研究——基于三元悖论理论

三元悖论论述的是各国央行必须在货币政策独立性、自由的资本流动和稳定的汇率这三个元中做出取舍,为央行的政策组合选择提供理论约束。但是,该理论并没有对三个元的发展方向和趋势做出明确论述。根据对三个元的理论拆解和历史沿革分析发现,资本自由流动,货币政策独立性和汇率稳定性这三元分别存在着独立发展逻辑、历史发展路径和未来发展趋势,资本自由流动是三个元中主动变化的主元。1970年到2016年全球183个国家金融开放度指数和2008年到2019年中国货币政策独立性等实证检验论证了这一研究结论。因此,央行选择政策组合时,应明确资本自由流动这一主元,逐步推进资本自由流动,放宽金融管制,同时根据实际国情选择适合该国的货币和汇率的政策组合。小型经济体可选择放弃部分货币独立性以保持该国汇率的稳定,大型经济体可选择放宽部分汇率波动区间,保留部分的货币政策独立性。     

广告的德行——论公益广告的伦理价值

广告产业的和谐发展离不开广告经济价值和伦理价值的平衡与互动,公益广告正是从伦理学的角度对广告经济和社会发展的一个责问。公益广告凸现企业公民的社会责任,传达社会主流价值观,构建和谐的伦理规范,是广告伦理价值的重要体现。政府、企业、广告媒体应加强沟通与合作,加快公益广告事业的发展。     

农村大龄未婚男性的婚姻困境:基于性别不平等视角的认识

大龄未婚男性的婚姻困境是在中国农村普婚制社会下长期存在的现象。文章利用全国性的专项调查、主流媒体报道和实地调查数据,从婚姻市场上的性别不平等视角来研究农村大龄男性的婚姻困境。宏观数据分析显示,用性别结构失衡来解释农村大龄男性的婚姻剥夺显得原发性因果关系不强和实证性不足,而简单地以贫困概括农村大龄男性婚姻困境的主因并没有充分考虑婚姻的本质和功能。基于性别不平等的理论视角和实证研究,认为婚姻市场上性别不平等对贫困男性婚姻困境的影响远比人口性别结构失衡的影响更为直接和重要,农村大龄男性的婚姻困境具有独立于个体内因的社会经济结构性的成因。     

The negative impact of chameleon-inducing personalities on employees' ethical work intentions: The mediating role of Machiavellianism

Self-interested moves, such as manipulation and deception in interpersonal relationships with parties inside and outside the workplace, constitute a serious concern for management. Machiavellianism is often directly blamed for such ethical failures, but more generic individual differences, such as those linked to the use of chameleon-like approaches to match an immediate cultural or social environment (i.e., external locus of control, relativistic beliefs), may have indirect influences. Because these chameleon-inducing personalities may foster self-interested decisions, by prompting the abandonment of strict moral codes, this study investigates Machiavellianism as a potential mechanism by which these personalities relate negatively to ethical work intentions. The results, obtained with a sample of 436 banking employees from Spain, reveal that external locus of control and relativistic beliefs relate positively to Machiavellianism, and that Machiavellianism mediates the negative influence of chameleon-inducing personalities on ethical work intentions. The study thus provides novel information for managers interested in reducing employees’ Machiavellian tendencies and offers appropriate strategies for deterring their unethical work behaviors.
