高中生的体型认同:基于女性的分析视角

从身体社会学来看,女性的体型审美取向是男权文化的典型表征。通过中日韩三国高中生的对比分析发现,与男生相比,高中女生普遍接受"以瘦为美"的体型观,存在更为严重的体型认同问题:在主观体型认知上,倾向于"向胖认同";在体型认同情绪上,表现为对"胖"不满:在体型认同策略上,以饮食减肥为主。这表明,身体焦虑已蔓延到了高中生群体,导致高中女生中存在着较为明显的体型认同偏差和盲目减肥现象。究其原因,传媒的渲染与强化起的是主导作用,家庭教养和同辈交往也有间接影响。     

高校建立以贷学金为主体的混合资助模式探讨

我国已经形成了一套对高校家庭经济困难学生资助的体系。文章通过对几年资助体系运行的分析提出针对经济困难学生资助计划要更加优化,更有效地改善低收入家庭学生的生活状态,并对我国高校学生资助制度现状、存在问题及完善进行了思考。     

External Financing of Social Protection: Opportunities and Risks

Social transfers have reached the policy agenda of low‐income countries in Africa, where affordability is a key concern and aid dependence is high. In terms of magnitude, aid could make a substantial difference in relaxing the affordability constraint. This article addresses issues that arise as external financing is contemplated. Cash on delivery (COD) aid is discussed as an alternative aid contract when the political ownership is strong. The potential for external financing where political ownership is weak is also discussed, and the limitations of aid under such circumstances are recognised.     

Extreme Quantile Estimation for Autoregressive Models

ABSTRACT

A quantile autoregresive model is a useful extension of classical autoregresive models as it can capture the influences of conditioning variables on the location, scale, and shape of the response distribution. However, at the extreme tails, standard quantile autoregression estimator is often unstable due to data sparsity. In this article, assuming quantile autoregresive models, we develop a new estimator for extreme conditional quantiles of time series data based on extreme value theory. We build the connection between the second-order conditions for the autoregression coefficients and for the conditional quantile functions, and establish the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimator. The finite sample performance of the proposed method is illustrated through a simulation study and the analysis of U.S. retail gasoline price.

Easy to Declare,Difficult to Implement: The Disconnect Between the Aspirations of the Paris Declaration and Donor Practice in Nigeria

The arguments in academia over the effectiveness of foreign aid fall into two broad categories: those grounded in political economy and those focused on donor conduct and aid effectiveness. There have been policy attempts within the donor community to reconcile them, including the 2005 Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. This article examines the key features of foreign aid to Nigeria between 1999 and 2007. Using the Declaration as a framework, it looks for ways of making foreign aid in Nigeria more effective.     

制约当前高职教育质量提高的因素分析及对策

从招生规模扩大、办学经费不足、师资队伍建设滞后、实践教学薄弱、缺乏创新性质量监控与评价体系和人才培养与社会需求不相适应6个方面，分析了制约当前高职教育教学质量提高的因素，并提出了具体的解决对策。     

罗尔斯国际政治思想初探

罗尔斯认为国家具有道德特性,并将国家分为五种类型。前两种(自由人民、合宜人民,统称为良序人民)是人民社会的成员,后三种(法外国家、负担不利条件的社会和仁慈的专制主义社会)不是人民社会的成员。在此基础上,罗尔斯认为自由国家有对非自由国家进行战争的权力,保护人权可以成为战争的理由,战争中应遵守战争的规范,即区别对待原则和比例原则。罗尔斯主张国家间合作,但反对建立世界国家;主张国际援助,但援助不是注入资金,而是改善被援助国家的制度环境;主张国内正义原则,但反对国际分配正义。
