一个活佛与神山的想象

文章从一个活佛的角度考察顶果山寺关于所在地方的世界中心化想象及其三种方式直线(原点辐射)、方形和圆形想象之间的关系,以及这种中心化的想象在现实社会中得以赋型的过程,强调在这个过程中活佛的关键性的文化能动性角色。研究说明在藏文明中,活佛自身的修为和文化象征体系的实践密切相关;它的存在提供了一个从文化观念到社会现实呈现的路径。     

杓哇土族生计方式新陈代谢的田野考察

甘肃卓尼县杓哇乡土族人生计行为中的新与旧主要表现在以下四个方面：从“牛马亲家”到“承包代牧”;林中“割柳”与“柳”失其用;“春小麦”被“冬小麦”代替导致农作物种植结构变化;“啦叭洞”从圣地变为旅游地。反映了杓哇土族人生态与技术、文化互动的结果,也是支撑生计的资源日益缺乏的表现,更是边远地区人群适应市场经济的体现。     

《他是否尚在人间》人物语言的语用分析——基于格赖斯合作原则理论

从语用学角度,基于格赖斯合作原则理论,对小说《他是否尚在人间》中人物语言进行细致的解析和研究。研究结果表明作者在文中多次故意违反合作原则,从而产生了夸张、幽默、讽刺等非常强烈的艺术效果,更容易引起读者的共鸣。言外之意的表达也深化了文章的主题思想,从而使读者更加深刻地体会到作者所要表达的思想内涵。     

China's social assistance policy: experiences and future directions

The Minimum Living Standard Guarantee System (MLSGS) forms the core of China's current social assistance policy, and special assistance programmes are used to supplement this policy. This paper scrutinizes the evolution and achievements of the social assistance policy, and analyses the challenges and problems that the policy faces. In this paper, we argue that the international trend of social assistance reforms, institutional background changes and the problems of social assistance in China require a developmental model to guide the future development of the social assistance policy. Therefore, social assistance policy should not only fulfil the basic living requirements of the underprivileged and enable underprivileged people to share the outcomes of economic and social development, but also should enable the underprivileged to develop human capital and participate in the labour market. To move towards developmental social assistance, this article proposes several relevant policy suggestions.     

Aging Happens: Experiences of Swiss Women Living Alone

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to give beginning insights into how aging is experienced by women living alone in Switzerland. A feminist methodology was used to gather and interpret 17 interviews conducted with a selected group of 9 older women living alone. Interviews were taped and transcribed for hermeneutic analysis; major themes were developed. Aging happens, Independence, Being vulnerable, Memory and aging, and If I had been a boy were the themes discovered. These experiences represent how aging is shaped by individual life courses, sociocultural conditions along with gender and class.     

从民国跨越到新中国的察雅呼图克图辖地

察雅呼图克图辖地在民国初年不久后就开始被民国政府和西藏地方政府争夺,1918年以后彻底受昌都“朵麦基巧”统辖。即便如此,民国时期的察雅呼图克图仍政教合一,统辖着自己的属民,鲜受昌都“朵麦基巧”管理。研究梳理第一、二次康藏战争和昌都“朵麦基巧”下的察雅呼图克图辖地,对比新中国民主改革后的察雅呼图克图辖地,尝试较为深入、鲜明、对立地展现我国社会主义社会如何将绝大多数藏族同胞解救出水深火热的苦难生活。

阎真长篇新作《活着之上》的叙事艺术颇具特色,其通过对比性、内向性的文本叙事来表现人物的生存处境和精神状态,这样既保证了小说的客观真实性,又赋予其独特的审美艺术性,让作品具备了双重审美魅力。     

Discourse change and policy development in social assistance in China

Zhang H. Discourse change and policy development in social assistance in China Since the introduction of a new social assistance programme in urban China, the state was eventually able to expand the programme to rural areas as a further step towards integrating the development of social assistance in urban and rural areas. This article argues that the development of social assistance in China can be explained by the change of discourse among the officials and the elites in central government. The discourse on social assistance can be conceptualised in three periods: the urban‐first discourse (1999–2003); the discourse debate (2003–2007); and the urban–rural integration discourse (2007–present). Through scrutinising specific discourses and the policy development of social assistance in these three periods, it appears that in company with the change in the discourse process, rural social assistance was developed rapidly in order to construct an integrated social assistance system. The article concludes that discourse plays a significant role in Chinese social assistance policy development.     

武汉市农村最低生活保障制度的问题与建议——基于武汉市青山区的个案分析

在我国,最低生活保障制度为社会成员提供基本生活保障,是社会救助的基础和核心.文章基于对武汉市青山区农村低保个案的调查分析,了解武汉市农村最低生活保障制度的施行状况,发现在运行中存在保障能力不足、保障资金缺乏等几个方面问题.文章结合生态系统理论与社会支持网络理论提出相应的政策建议.     

精神领域的GDP及其量化

GDP有广义与狭义之分,广义GDP指福利GDP,包括物质及精神领域.狭义GDP指经济GDP,仅包括物质领域.而人类社会生产生活的最终目标既不是单纯的精神GDP的最大化,也不是单纯的物质GDP的最大化,而是二者之和的福利GDP的最大化,所以在对物质GDP深入研究的同时,也绝不应忽略对精神GDP的关注.应使二者并重,最大限度地增进人民生活福利.
