宪法物质帮助权的理论建构

物质帮助权被大多数国家确立为公民的一项宪法权利,它是指公民享有的获得国家生存保障的权利。物质帮助权是社会保障制度的本源.物质帮助权理论的建立和完善对于从宪法层面指导我国社会保障制度的发展具有深远意义,有助于维护社会弱势群体利益,实现社会公平正义。     

城镇廉租住房政策两类配租方式的经济学分析

实物配租和租金配租是城镇廉租住房政策实施过程中主要的两类配租方式。通过经济学方式,从消费者效用和市场供求关系两个维度分别对其进行分析,得出在市场低档存量房短缺的情形下,实物配租优于租金配租的结论。在此基础上提出几方面政策建议,短期内以增加市场上廉租住房的存量,增大实物配租的覆盖面为主,结合提高租金配租的保障水平,消除两种配租形式之间存在的待遇不公现象,继而逐步转变为以租金配租为主、实物配租为辅的配租模式。     

An adaptive estimatcr frequently used in material fatigue testing

Small sample sizes in material fatigue tests give rise to an adaptive estimator of the 100(1-P)% normal percentile, which is the 100P% survival load. The mean squared relative efficiency of the best invariant estimator of normal percentiles to the adaptive estimator is dependent upon the unknown parameters only through the coefficient of variation. The adaptive estimator is shown to be more locally efficient than tl-:ebest invariant estimator over a subset of the parameter space. However, in the extreme values of P the coverage probabilities of the adaptive estimator provide little more protection than a traditional point estimator over the range of preference based on mean squared relative efficiency.     

本科课程“材料科学基础(英)”的建设和教学探索

根据材料科学与工程专业的教学改革的目标，对“材料科学基础（英）”课程授课中遇到的问题和实践教学的改进进行讨论与总结。关注课程内容及课程体系建设的内涵，精选全英文教材，将课程内外的案例项目教学与课堂理论知识的传授相结合，培养学生独立获取知识的科学思维能力、国际视野及应用理论知识解决工程实践的综合能力。     

外宣文本与翻译变通

外宣翻译是一种跨语言、跨文化的信息交流。由于汉英两种语言与文化之间存在着巨大差异,变通策略在外宣翻译中必不可少。文章认为,外宣译者应当积极发挥自己的主体性作用,以使外宣文本既能做到传达正确又能让国外受众喜闻乐见。文中采用的例子主要取自福建省对外新闻、旅游和企业外宣翻译资料。     

空气冲旋钻头牙齿失效分析与新材料实验研究

针对目前空气冲旋钻头钻进中牙齿频繁断裂、脱落以及磨损严重，导致破岩效率低、使用寿命短等问题，采用纳米改型技术，在硬质合金中掺杂纳米Al₂O₃制备出Al₂O₃/WC Co纳米/微米复合材料，对其性能、组织结构进行分析，对其耐磨性、耐冲击性进行实验研究，结果表明：加入3%的纳米Al₂O₃并添加适量的抑制剂和稀土元素能明显改善Al₂O₃/WC Co纳米/微米复合材料的组织结构、细化晶粒，复合材料的耐磨性和耐冲击性能得到大幅提高，较硬质合金YG8提高4～8倍。为大幅度提高钻头破岩效率，延长钻头使用寿命提供了可能性。     

Disagreement in Australian partners’ reports of financial difficulty

We use unique data in which both partners report about household finances to demonstrate that there is often disagreement about whether the household has experienced financial difficulty in the past year. Four alternative explanations for this disagreement are tested using the data. The results indicate that disagreement may be related to the severity of the underlying material hardship rather than to gender differences or individual (as opposed to household) views of financial difficulty. We find limited evidence that for some couples information asymmetries contribute to explaining disagreement about financial difficulty. This implies that standard surveys which collect information about the household’s financial position from a representative individual may fail to completely characterize the nature of material hardship.      

证据的可反驳性——对高科技证据材料的防御

由于高科技证据材料所具有的特点,其容易造成在实体方面认识论常规错误的发生,以及程序方面剥夺被追诉人程序权利的危险,有鉴于此,应当在证据能力和证明力之外建立证据＂可反驳性＂的新属性,以防止上述危险进入刑事诉讼程序。     

《电厂金属材料》课程教学改革初探

通过对《电厂金属材料》这一课程教学现状的初步分析,认为该课程的教学必须更新观念,优化内容,转变体系,在教材建设、教学手段等方面作一些相应的改革.     

Offshoring practices of Danish and Swedish SMEs: effects on operations configuration

This paper examines how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) configure their operations on the global scale and how this affects their home bases in terms of operations requirements and priorities. In order to relate SMEs’ offshoring initiatives with their operations configuration attributes, we draw on the operations networks literature and survey responses from 675 Danish and 410 Swedish companies. On the basis of the survey results, we find that although the SMEs are less experienced and less advanced in their offshoring ventures than large companies, they are building dispersed operations networks. Although still in their infancy, these networks are, as expected, creating new demands for their home bases in terms of demands for formalisation of work processes, systems development and managerial capability related to orchestrating operations across national borders, but more fundamentally, it also challenges the strategic foundations of the home base. Based on these observations, we discuss future global operations management challenges, practices and priorities of SMEs.
