对普通本科院校发展高职教育的思考

本科院校发展高职教育应从更新教育观念，狠抓基本建设和深化教育教学改革等方面进行。     

全球化浪潮中的民族文化

西方发达国家在全球化进程中占据主导地位.经济上的支配性力量必然衍生出文化权势,因而全球化浪潮中的民族文化受到了西方"文化帝国主义"和"文化霸权主义"的侵蚀,存在着被同化的危险.与此同时,全球化也给民族文化的发展留下了空间.如何使民族文化在融合的趋势中抵御西方文化的侵蚀、保持个性,如何使民族文化发扬光大、声名远播,是摆在我们面前的重要任务.     

摄影中的“新纪实”与“超现实”话语——以塞巴斯提奥·萨尔加多和杰瑞·尤斯曼为例

摄影是“自然之笔”与现实相对应。塞巴斯提奥·萨尔加多用镜头记录了真实的社会生活,其作品所表现的个体与群像在纪实品格外凸显出强烈的视觉美感和深刻性,形成了“新纪实摄影”风格;而杰瑞·尤斯曼的“超现实摄影”与前者相异,他用纯熟的后期暗房合成技术,通过底片叠加创造出现实中不存在的幻景,在具体与抽象之间拓展了作品的精神内涵和时空维度。文章以两位摄影大师为例,从三个维度来比较“新纪实摄影”与“超现实主义摄影”：“标记符”与“象似符”;“视觉寓言”;审美欲求。     

Stochastic and Intransitive Behavior in a State-Preference Model of Asset Choice*

Most models of investor behavior assume a time-state independent utility function and result in a deterministic solution where a given set of inputs uniquely specifies the decision. In contrast, a state preference model using a time-state dependent utility function is derived in this paper. The model allows the investment choice decision to be analyzed in a game theoretic context. The general solution is a mixed strategy which allows for a probabilistic interpretation of the decision. The approach presented in this paper can accommodate anomalies such as intransitivity of preference and satisficing as rational behavior. An example of a possible implementation is given along with interpretations of the outcomes.     

中国农民工问题及其解决对策的探讨

农民工是改革开放后新形成的一个阶层,他们工作、生活在城市,但家和户口在农村,由此引发和衍生出工资常被克扣和拖欠、享受公共服务少、子女入托入学困难和缺乏基本社会保障等“农民工问题”。构建和谐社会,就是要使各方面利益关系得到有效协调,其中很重要的一个方面就是解决农民工问题,各级政府和全社会应把它作为一项重大的社会工程去完成。     

Prediction of tumour pathological subtype from genomic profile using sparse logistic regression with random effects

The purpose of this study is to highlight the application of sparse logistic regression models in dealing with prediction of tumour pathological subtypes based on lung cancer patients'' genomic information. We consider sparse logistic regression models to deal with the high dimensionality and correlation between genomic regions. In a hierarchical likelihood (HL) method, it is assumed that the random effects follow a normal distribution and its variance is assumed to follow a gamma distribution. This formulation considers ridge and lasso penalties as special cases. We extend the HL penalty to include a ridge penalty (called ‘HLnet’) in a similar principle of the elastic net penalty, which is constructed from lasso penalty. The results indicate that the HL penalty creates more sparse estimates than lasso penalty with comparable prediction performance, while HLnet and elastic net penalties have the best prediction performance in real data. We illustrate the methods in a lung cancer study.     

当前高校学生党支部建设中存在的问题与对策

高校学生党支部是在高校党委领导下的基层党组织,担负着党在高校直接联系大学生,把党的路线、方针、政策落实到大学生群体中的重要职责,我校在开展学生党建工作时积极创新学生党支部工作模式,积累了一些经验,但也存在一些亟需解决的问题。对此应继续加强党支部组织建设,强化各支部委员职责意识;建立健全各项制度,加大党员的继续教育力度;强化大学生思想政治教育工作,端正学生入党动机;重视网络党建工作,拓展党建阵地,发挥网络服务党员的作用。     

长三角地区房地产价格上涨成因与对策研究——以南京市为视角

房地产价格问题是当前比较突出的一个经济问题。近几年来我国房价呈现出不正常变化,房价以不正常的速度飚升。尤为显著的是长三角地区。导致房价持续上涨的原因有商品房开发成本不断提高、住房消费需求增加等多方面。应通过打破房地产商的价格同盟以降低开发成本,创新土地出让模式来加强住房供给结构调整等措施,改变房价过快上涨的现象。
