劳务派遣超常发展的困境与出路

我国劳务派遣陷入超常发展的困境,产生了严重的负面效应。这既有劳务派遣自身制度不完善的原因,也受整体用工体制和社会经济因素的影响。对于如何走出劳务派遣超常发展的困境存在争鸣,继续加强管制和提升用工体制弹性是两种截然不同的代表性观点。在当前,管制是规范劳务派遣必不可少的手段。治理劳务派遣应采取系统化的模式,派遣制度改革与制度外环境培育相结合,控制劳务派遣的"量"与提高"质"相结合,完善立法与加强执法相结合。     

公示语翻译中跨文化交际意识的缺失

旅游景区的公示语是一种特殊的文体,其翻译是一种跨文化交际活动。不同文化所造成的思维差异和误解使公示语翻译失误频出,译者应具备跨文化交际意识,充分了解译入语受众的文化心理,使公示语译文符合译入语的文化传统和表达习惯,在有效地保留源语文化信息的基础上准确、有效地体现公示语翻译的应用功能。本文从跨文化交际的角度就杭州新景区的某些公示语误译或不规范翻译进行分析和探讨,并提出RIB(Respect-Innovation-Borrow Approach)的解决策略。     

人力资本提升与劳资关系博弈的实证研究——以广东为例

人力资本,可以认为是特定的行为主体通过教育、培训、劳动力迁移等方式获得的并能够实现价值增值的,依附于个体身上的价值存量的总和.本文的主要目是对人力资本提升与劳资关系的博弈造成的影响进行研究;通过对广东省人力资本、物质资本、劳资博弈建立资本指标体系,同时采用2001-2012年广东省的平均物质资本、人力资本及劳资关系测度的数据建立表格,利用回归分析的方法得出数据说明人力资本提升和收入、劳资关系的改善存在正相关关系,人力资本的提升对薪酬待遇的提高起到了推动作用,进而得出在博弈过程中,劳资双方的关系在人力资本提升过程中向稳定的、合作式的关系在发展.     

Parts and Wholes: Goffman and Cooley

This essay begins with an outline of the part‐whole method, a way of relating particular instances to general concepts or propositions. This method is illustrated by seven propositions extracted from Cooley’s work that seem to be illustrated by concrete examples from Goffman’s writing. This method weds qualitative study with theory in a preliminary way, and ultimately, qualitative and quantitative methods. Since Goffman’s examples breathe life into our enterprise, it may be fruitful to use every one of them, connecting them not only with Cooley’s theses, but generating others as well.     

GEE-based zero-inflated generalized Poisson model for clustered over or under-dispersed count data

The zero-inflated regression models such as zero-inflated Poisson (ZIP), zero-inflated negative binomial (ZINB) or zero-inflated generalized Poisson (ZIGP) regression models can model the count data with excess zeros. The ZINB model can handle over-dispersed and the ZIGP model can handle the over or under-dispersed count data with excess zeros as well. Moreover, the count data may be correlated because of data collection procedure or special study design. The clustered sampling approach is one of the examples in which the correlation among subjects could be defined. In such situations, a marginal model using generalized estimating equation (GEE) approach can incorporate these correlations and lead up to the relationships at the population level. In this study, the GEE-based zero-inflated generalized Poisson regression model was proposed to fit over and under-dispersed clustered count data with excess zeros.     

Stochastic compartmental models with birth,death and immigration of particles

A stochastic multi-compartmental system with initial and immigrant particles performing birth and death processes is considered. Moments and approximate solutions for cumulant generating function for the number of particles in various compartments are obtained. Explicit expression have been obtained for the covariance function between the number of particles in any compartment at two different time points. Applications are discussed.     

社会规范的形成与运作——以合作为视角

秩序的萌发、形成与维系并非完全以法律为依托,对其理解应摆脱法律中心主义的观念。社会规范在前政府时代社会秩序维持中起着重要的作用。博弈论和信号传递理论为理解社会规范的出现和运作提供了一个更加清晰的视角,同时也为社会规范的弱点及法律的功能提供了一个较为有力的解说。     

NORTON'S THEOREM FOR BATCH ROUTING QUEUEING NETWORKS

This paper shows that the aggregation and decomposition result known as Norton's theorem for queueing networks can be extended to a general class of batch routing queueing networks with product-form solution that allows for multiple components to simultaneously release and receive (batches of) customers.     

“传统”概念之厘定及其对民族音乐发展的启示

传统并不是某种具体可感的客观之物，而是一种内在的、抽象的存在。传统也不等同于传统物。有了对“传统”之概念的澄清，我们可以看到，仅仅依靠留存的方式不可能让民族音乐得以传承，只有在积极的表演与创作中，民族音乐才能焕发出旺盛的生命力。当然，传统物不是金科玉律，我们应该宽容地对待不同类型的实践。     

关怀理论视角下幼儿园教师关怀实践问题与对策

依据关怀理论，发现目前幼儿园教师关怀实践存在教育目标偏离，关怀内容有限、美德式关心，关怀变控制、关怀有差别，因人而偏、关怀体验少，影响教师实践、单向式关心，关系难以发展等问题，针对这些问题, 本文提出了更新理论知识，树立科学关怀观、关注幼儿，全面接受幼儿、丰富关怀实践，增强关怀能力、引导回应，积极关爱的对策。
