层次分析与改革实践:课程思政切入点设计的三个维度

课程思政作为一种教育理念、工作路径和制度安排,是构建各类专业课程与思想政治理论课程同向机制的必然选择。在课程思政建设实践中,高校应从目标、制度与要素出发,对政治性指标进行层次分析来设计课程思政切入点,从课程、教材、党支部三个关键因子出发不断推进课程思政教育教学改革。河北农业大学按照“学校整体设计—学院主体责任—党支部(教研室)主导—教师具体落实—教学督导和专家协同参与”的工作思路,做到把政策要求与学校实际、模范带动与全员跟进、经验传承与方式创新、精准设计与发散用力相结合,建立贯通于学科体系、教学体系、教材体系以及管理体系的工作体系。同时,注重对课程思政建设进行价值引领力量、思辨能力培养、学生参与热情、示范带动效果的全方位评价,从而使课程思政建设达到“全员全程全方位育人”的良好效果。     

巴以冲突:理论构建与前瞻分析

巴勒斯坦问题的理论框架由4个理论支点构成:1、巴勒斯坦问题的性质,即巴勒斯坦民族运动是20世纪席卷全球的民族解放运动中的一部分,具有正义性与合理性;2、阿以冲突的历史分期,即划分为三个历史阶段——全面对抗阶段、战略相持阶段、政治解决阶段;3、阿、以在矛盾冲突中的角色和作用,目前以色列始终是矛盾的主要方面,主导冲突的发展进程;4、有关巴以冲突重大制约要素的分析。可以肯定的是,巴勒斯坦问题必须解决,以色列正式承认巴勒斯坦国只是时间问题。而以色列政府能否改变其扩张主义政策成为解决冲突的关键因素。     

Predicting Spouses’ Perceptions of Their Parenting Alliance

This study used marital‐ and individual‐level variables to predict spouses’ perceived parenting alliance. One hundred married couples completed measures of parenting alliance, marital consensus, marital power, and depression. Analyses revealed that marital consensus was a significant predictor of parenting alliance for both parents, and that depression also was a significant predictor for wives. Analyses using both spouses’ data indicated that wives’ perceptions of consensus and depression significantly predicted both spouses’ parenting alliance, suggesting that wives are the barometer of the marital relationship ( Floyd & Markman, 1983 ) and of the parenting relationship as well. Implications for research are discussed.

New deal public relations: A glimpse into FDR press secretary Stephen Early's work

Long-time confidant and press secretary to US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Stephen Early served throughout FDR's 12-year administration. As such, he was chief White House communicator during the implementation of the president's New Deal policies and throughout World War II. In March 1934, on the first day of his second year as secretary, Early started a diary. He added to it until the end of the decade. This study examines 131 of Early's diary entries over its 6 years to construct a glimpse of his professional and personal life as a high-level government communicator. Compilations of his most common activities are made and compared over time, and a discussion of Early's day-to-day professional work, private time, and contributions within the context of modern public relations practice are included.     

政治文明逐步实现的历程:新中国法治的成长

法治与政治文明相共生,法治是政治文明的外在标志,是衡量政治文明程度的尺度,是政治文明得以实现的基本形式。中国共产党取得新民民主主义革命胜利后,在实现中华民族的伟大复兴过程中,其治国方略、执政方式逐步从人治走向法治。成长着的中国法治标识着中国政治文明的历程:人治主政,蔑视法治,政治文明之路山重水复;健全法制,厉行法治,政治文明之路柳暗花明;法律至上,民主彰显,政治文明之路漫漫而修远。     

推进思想政治创新教育 培养学生创新素质

思想政治教育教学作为一种独特的社会实践活动,对学生创新素质的培养起着至关重要的作用。深入挖掘课程内容、探索新的教学模式和方法、对现实思想政治教育评价的缺失进行矫治,在深化当前思想政治教育教学改革中培养学生的创新素质、发展创新教育。     

Dealing with unknown variables in policy/program evaluation

A leading objection to the feasibility of applying benefit-cost analysis in evaluation is that one often cannot know the benefits, the costs, or the probabilities of their occurring for a given proposal. Threshold analysis involves handling unknown variables by converting relevant evaluation problems into questions as to whether a given benefit, cost, probability, or combination of these elements is more or less than a threshold. Above the threshold, the proposed program would be relatively profitable; and below the threshold, it would be relatively unprofitable. Applying that analysis may require the drawing of simple graphs to stimulate the minds of knowledgeable persons as to the range of the actual benefits, costs or probabilities. The approach can be applied when the benefits or the costs are either monetary or nonmonetary, and when the problems involve either go/no-go decisions or conflicting-choice decisions.     

人民政协参与基层协商民主的法治化路径

人民政协参与基层协商民主可激活宪政体制内的协商民主资源。在现行宪制框架内进行法治整合,将政治协商制度与相关政治制度有机衔接,是人民政协参与基层协商民主法治化的必然之路。但是政协参与基层协商民主存在着法律地位不明与制度衔接不畅、基层组织不健全和纵向系统不完善、代表性偏低与实效性不足、协商内容不确定与协商程序不规范等法治障碍。应当明确政协参与基层协商民主的法律地位,加强多种制度之间的衔接,并且健全基层政协组织机构,优化政协委员的代表机制以及规范政协参与的程序性机制,以期在人民政协的体制框架内推进基层协商民主的制度化、规范化和程序化。     

An Adaptive Test for the Two-Sample Location Problem Based on U-Statistics

For the two-sample location problem with continuous data we consider a general class of tests, all members of it are based on U-statistics. The asymptotic efficacies are investigated in detail. We construct an adaptive test where all statistics involved are suitably chosen U-statistics. It is shown that the proposed adaptive test has good asymptotic and finite sample power properties.
