Reproducing the nation: reproduction,citizenship and ethno-demographic survival in post-communist Romania

The steady decline of fertility rates in Europe raises a number of important questions about the demographic and cultural reproduction of national societies. Apart from being confronted with population shrinkage and ageing, most European societies are also becoming more diverse. Demographic changes tend to exacerbate nationalist anxieties about the physical and cultural survival of the nation. This article develops the concept of national reproduction regime in order to analyse strategies and interventions at the biological, formal, and ethno-cultural levels of reproduction through which states seek to ensure the physical and cultural reproduction of the nation. It outlines the national reproduction regime of post-communist Romania by way of mapping and discussing key policies on biological and formal reproduction, as well as public discourses that frame these policies.

文学翻译是语言再现的艺术,需用另一种语言（译语）去再现原作的美。本文选取了《骆驼祥子》的两个英文译本（即1981年中国人施晓箐翻译的CamelXiangzi和1945年美国人伊文·金翻译的RickshawBoy）并对其从显性美层面进行了对比分析,如：语音,词汇及句法层面,以此来凸显译者的审美灵敏度及译作的审美效果的重要性。     

克隆人刑事立法问题初探

由于克隆人在总体上违背了生命伦理原则，科学家的主流意见是坚决反对的。世界卫生组织及各国政府都明确表示反对克隆人。如果生殖性克隆得到允许，它对人类社会的破坏将是毁灭性的。应订立一部禁止克隆人的单行刑事法；在禁止克隆人的立法中也要注意对其它合法的有关人体胚胎的克隆进行约束，防止其向克隆人的方向转化。     

从灶神赫斯提亚崇拜看希腊人的家庭观和生殖观

希腊语表示“家庭”这个词的意思是“环绕圣火的人”或是“同一烟火下的人”,其意思是组成家庭的人就是那些被许可崇拜同一家火并祭祀同一祖先的人。因此家庭不是男女双方两性关系的结合。而是由灶神赫斯提亚联系起来的一家人,赫斯提亚是希腊家庭的组织原则。另外,希腊人的思想中一直莆绕着纯粹父系遗传的梦想,故而创造了“技子是炉灶中的一块烧焦的木柴”的王室神话以及大地生人的“地生人”神话,进而产生了“男人是种子,女人是地,孩子在母亲的子宫中生长,就像庄稼在撒下种子的土壤中生长一样”的思想。而孩子生下后的“十日礼”则彻底抹去了在母亲的鲜血和肚腹中出生的事实,同时也把妇女完全排除在城邦公民权之外。     

“Egg Donor Wanted”: Social Work with Women Looking for an Egg Donor

Abstract

Women seeking fertility treatment using donor eggs can face challenges associated with recruiting suitable egg donors and negotiating the role that the donor may play in the life of the child. Social work in infertility clinics is an emerging area of practice and social work counsellors have an important role to play with parties involved in the egg donation process. This paper seeks to raise awareness of social work practice with women seeking egg donors, providing an overview of issues for social work practice. Findings from a small practice research project are also presented to highlight the experiences of women advertising for egg donors and to illustrate an empowerment approach to social work practice with these women. It was found that with the support of the social work counsellor, newspaper advertising can be an effective method to recruit egg donors for fertility treatment that allows women control over the process.     

Toward a Feminist Political Economics

Feminist critiques of globalization have received insufficient attention in public discourse.Spike Peterson's RVP framework integrates feminist scholarship in a way that adds punch to such critiques. Its main contribution consists in bringing into view women's labor in the 'reproductive' economy. A shortcoming is that it retains the opposition between production and reproduction. The RVP framework is built on a constructivist ontology that allows for the integration of discursive and institutionalist approaches and provides grounds for further theoretical elaboration.

当前女性流动人口研究主要侧重于生殖健康和计划生育与生殖健康管理服务两个方面 ,甚少从她们的计划生育与生殖健康权益保障角度进行研究。本文通过文献研究与实证研究的方法对流动妇女的计划生育与生殖健康权益保障情况进行调查研究 ,旨在全面了解当前这些权益实现的程度和实现的障碍 ,从而为有效保障流动妇女计划生育与生殖健康的权益提供有益的探索。

奈达的功能对等理论为李白诗歌英译研究提供了具体可操作的衡量标准。以数词的英译为切入口,以美学视角下的“对等”比较李白诗歌意境美、气势美和情感美等非纯形式诗歌特质在译诗中的还原和再现,对李白诗歌英译研究具有指导和突破意义。

人们对记忆的研究从数量取向逐渐转为准确性取向,错误记忆研究增多,很多文献都有报告巴特莱特的重复再现研究,但是其结论的可重复性受到研究者的质疑。本文主要对巴特莱特重复再现的验证性研究进行述评。
