耕地基准地价评估研究

通过分析不同级别耕地经济总产值与其相应质量指数、社会经济投入指数间的内在关系和建立数学模型 ,求得不同级别耕地可比经济产值 ,从而剔除耕地收益中有差别的社会劳动投入 ,并以此为基础采用收益还原法测算不同级别耕地基准地价 ,以杨凌区为例进行了实证分析

技术正义论

技术正义问题就是对技术之于人类生存发展的一种价值追问。技术不只是一种手段或工具体系 ,它不是中性的 ,而是负载着价值。正义的技术 ,是指符合自然规律 ,符合人性要求 ,以人而非经济价值为核心的新型技术。政府应发挥主导作用 ,通过立法 ,保障技术开发、应用和发展的正义性。科技工作者也应提升美德 ,负起相关责任

社区犯罪历来都被认为与社区实质环境之间存在直接的关系,本文回顾了近40年来与社区安全有关的环境行为研究后发现,可防卫空间、建筑规模、土地使用和空间结构等实体要素与犯罪和居民的安全感之间有密切联系,它们的关系是复杂的多层次的,而且还受到了社区的社会结构、认知和管理等多方面的影响。     

公正与人道：以德治国的道德原则体系

以德治国的最重要原则是公正 :一方面 ,每个人因其最基本的贡献完全平等———每个人一生下来便都同样是缔结社会的一个股东———而应该完全平等地享有基本权利 ,这是“完全平等”的公正原则 ;另一方面 ,每个人因其具体贡献的不平等而应享有相应不平等的非基本权利 ,也就是说 ,人们所享有的非基本权利的不平等与自己所做出的具体贡献的不平等的比例应该完全平等 ,这是“比例平等”的公正原则。但是 ,公正不是以德治国的最完美原则 ;最完美的原则乃是人道 ,因为人道的根本原则———自由———是自我实现和社会进步的根本条件 :个人越自由 ,他的个性发挥得便越充分 ,他的创造潜能便越能得到实现 ,他的自我实现的程度便越高 ,因而社会便越繁荣昌盛。     

论犯罪构成的诉讼机能

犯罪构成的阶层性或平面性。不能决定“法庭话语权的平衡”和刑法的人权保障机能。犯罪构成模式能够设置一定的诉讼规则，体现一定的诉讼职能和目标。大陆法系阶层递进式犯罪构成模式，设置的是普通法系的可废除诉讼规则。由于缺乏程序要件的保障，虽然有利于提高司法效率。却有损司法公平，不利于人权保障，不值得借鉴。     

Gay Affirmative Practice: A Model for Social Work Practice with Gay,Lesbian, and Bisexual Youth

Gay affirmative practice has recently been introduced into the social work literature as a culturally sensitive model for working with gay, lesbian, and bisexual (GLB) adults, however, this model has rarely been applied to practice with GLB youth. In this article, the authors review the literature to present the main tenets of gay affirmative practice, outline the challenges that GLB youth face, and delineate the environmental and individual strengths that can be enhanced to promote well-being. The authors then apply the gay affirmative practice model to GLB youth, offering concrete information about the specific knowledge, attitudes, and skills that social workers should acquire to better serve the unique, yet diverse, needs of GLB youth.

当代美国著名经济学家和政治哲学家罗默的阶级—剥削对应理论是通过使用了理性选择的个人主义方法论原则中的"合作博弈"理论阐述了其社会公正思想。其独特研究方法的运用,丰富和发展了马克思主义剥削与阶级理论,对于我国现阶段社会公正理论的确立具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Communicating Global Activism

Many observers doubt the capacity of digital media to change the political game. The rise of a transnational activism that is aimed beyond states and directly at corporations, trade and development regimes offers a fruitful area for understanding how communication practices can help create a new politics. The Internet is implicated in the new global activism far beyond merely reducing the costs of communication, or transcending the geographical and temporal barriers associated with other communication media. Various uses of the Internet and digital media facilitate the loosely structured networks, the weak identity ties, and the patterns of issue and demonstration organizing that define a new global protest politics. Analysis of various cases shows how digital network configurations can facilitate: permanent campaigns; the growth of broad networks despite relatively weak social identity and ideology ties; transformation of individual member organizations and whole networks; and the capacity to communicate messages from desktops to television screens. The same qualities that make these communication-based politics durable also make them vulnerable to problems of control, decision-making and collective identity.
