金融危机下我国农村金融市场：现状、机遇与发展对策

我国农村金融呈现出供给抑制、需求旺盛及市场效率低下的现状,金融危机发生后,我国实行“保增长、促内需、调结构”的总体战略,农村金融市场在经济相对稳定下金融风险可控,带来了产业金融、消费金融、规模扩张、人才引进等方面的机遇,因此,建议：发展中小金融机构,提高农村金融供给;配合国家宏观经济政策,开发和培育农村金融体系的服务功能;改革农村金融定价和补贴政策;完善农村金融的监管体系以及以优惠政策吸收优秀金融人才。     

从《反生活》看犹太裔美国人的民族身份情结

在菲利普.罗斯的小说《反生活》中涉及大量对性、割礼和以色列等内容的描写。通过对该作品的研究发现,罗斯挖掘这些特殊的种族、历史和文化现象与犹太身份的关系内涵,意在展示犹太裔美国人在身份问题上的困惑、挣扎及命运,揭示犹太裔美国人强烈的民族身份情结。     

德鲁兹社团与以色列国家的关系

在以色列生活着13万德鲁兹人,与境内其他阿拉伯人不同,早在英国委任统治时期德鲁兹社团就跟犹太社团有着比较友好的关系,以色列建国后这种关系得到持续发展。从1956年起德鲁兹社团被正式纳入以色列义务兵役制内,与以色列国家结成“血盟”。作为回报,政府向德鲁兹社团承诺了平等和一体化,并利用国家机器,从历史、宗教、教育、习俗等方面促进独立的德鲁兹民族建设,帮助德鲁兹社团构建“以色列一德鲁兹”的身份认同。但由于以色列犹太国家的性质所限,德鲁兹社团的一体化进程面临诸多挑战。

直销是新型销售模式的典范,对经济的发展有特殊的作用,同时监管措施的相对落后,它又干扰正常的经济秩序,并诱发社会问题。     

Social Identity and Intergroup Relations Within the Hospital

City hospitals are complex organizations made up ofthousands ofemployees with a variety ofethnic and racial backgrounds, and representing diverse occupational roles. These various groups often have differing religious and philosophical belief systems, which creates a complex combination of people similar to a small urban city. This paper investigated this multicultural society within the hospital and looked specifically at how various occupational groups define themselves in terms of their social identity. In addition, the paper also explored how various occupational groups related with one another. This study explored specifically the intergroup relations ofthe psychiatric staffand their supporting personnel. These groups were understood within the theoreticalframework of Tajfel’s social identity theory (1978,1982), and Allport’s (1954) intergroup contact theory, as well as Sherif (1961) and Turner's (1975) concept ofthe in group/out group process.     

从掉渣烧饼看中国特许经营的发展

曾经名不见经传的湖北土家掉渣烧饼在一夜之间迅速蹿红,从门庭若市到门可罗雀,掉渣烧饼的命运从一个侧面呈现出目前特许经营已多行业、市场化、国际化的趋势．随着中国加入WTO,市场开放程度的加大,我国特许经营也面临着机遇和挑战。为了加快特许经营的发展,一方面要积极引进、借鉴、吸收国外成功的经验和好的做法；另一方面要结合本地实际情况,探索一条行之有效的特许经营发展新路子。     

中东地区清真寺功能的演变

清真寺是伊斯兰教最重要的建筑物，其功能随着历史发展而不断演变。中古时期的清真寺以宗教功能为基础，兼具社会、政治和文化功能，在穆斯林生活中占据核心地位；近代以来，清真寺保持和加强民族认同以及提供情感依托和社会支持的功能得到强化，大众动员功能逐渐增强。这些功能在全球化时代得到进一步发展，在一定程度上缓解了全球化引起的伊斯兰国家民族认同危机、经济结构面临调整、人口跨国流动增加等压力。     

经济地位、主观社会地位与居民自感健康

本文采用中国劳动力动态调查（CLDS）2012年首次全面调查数据,从经济地位和主观社会地位角度出发,并依次控制人际关系及情感因素、人口学特征和自然因素与特殊嗜好因素,系统考察其对我国居民自感健康的影响。结果发现,代表较高经济收入的社会经济地位因素对居民自感健康有积极影响;控制客观经济地位因素后,主观社会地位对各年龄层的居民自感健康的影响依然相当显著,当前社会等级和预期未来高的社会等级都能显著提高居民自感健康水平。     

Exotic dancers in an awkward negotiation: Implications for affect control theory

We use affect control theory (ACT) to test the veracity of mathematically derived predictions that an exotic dancer will act in ways that are consistent with societal expectations for her “deviant” label. We also explore the strategies that exotic dancers use to maintain the definition of the situation. Our findings indicate that exotic dancers do not define their own identities as predicted. Our data also demonstrate that participants in our study were at least as likely to manage the identities of others as they were their own identities. We conclude our paper by discussing our interpretations of the data and the veracity of ACT.     

Testing identity of high-dimensional covariance matrix

Two new statistics are proposed for testing the identity of high-dimensional covariance matrix. Applying the large dimensional random matrix theory, we study the asymptotic distributions of our proposed statistics under the situation that the dimension p and the sample size n tend to infinity proportionally. The proposed tests can accommodate the situation that the data dimension is much larger than the sample size, and the situation that the population distribution is non-Gaussian. The numerical studies demonstrate that the proposed tests have good performance on the empirical powers for a wide range of dimensions and sample sizes.
