中国鲁迅学史是一个“鲁迅映象”与“鲁迅本体”不断悖离的过程,同时也是前者向后者不断回归的过程。这种悖离体现为两种神化:“公神化”和“私神化”(情绪性的私神化和学理性的私神化);两种丑化:基于政治功利的丑化和基于个人功利的丑化。其中最需引起深刻反省的是学理性的私神化研究,这种倾向已使鲁迅研究再次陷入困境。研究者必须在精神上完成对鲁迅的祛魅,才有突破困境的可能。  相似文献

网络投稿系统的日益普及为作者投稿和专家审稿带来了极大便利,提升了编辑出版工作效率和稿件处理透明度,然而也给“一稿多投”等学术不端行为的产生提供了方便。学术界和出版工作者对“一稿多投”关注和研究较多,相对而言,“一投多稿”现象还未引起研究者的重视,学界对这一问题的关注和研究很少。实际上,“一投多稿”现象日趋严重。本文以三种学术期刊为研究案例,探讨学术期刊网上投稿系统“一投多稿”论文的投稿特征,以增强对“一投多稿”论文的甄别和防范,从而引起学术期刊及编辑对“一投多稿”论文的关注,降低此类论文对学术诚信及期刊编辑出版工作的负面影响。通过对三种学术期刊网上投稿系统2020年112月所有投稿进行查询和统计,共得到2 664篇“一投多稿”论文。以这些论文为研究对象,根据作者Email邮箱用户名格式、同一作者注册多个用户名等方面归纳总结了“一投多稿”论文的特征。从人才评价中“唯论文”的不良导向、网络技术的发展和投稿系统的不完善、作者自身功利主义的科研心态等维度探讨了“一投多稿”论文的发生逻辑。从产生稿源“泡沫”、浪费期刊出版资源,存在“一稿多投”乃至“一稿多发”风险,不利于稿件的接收和录用、耽误作者...  相似文献

品牌敏感是消费者品牌行为研究方面的一个新课题,它反映了消费者在购买决策过程中对品牌的重视程度.同一产品类别不同品牌之间的质量差异和消费者的产品涉入程度被认为是品牌敏感的两类主要解释变量.本文利用结构方程模型进行的实证分析表明,品牌质量差异和消费者产品涉入程度总体上对品牌敏感起正向影响作用,但该作用因产品类别而异,因产品质量和产品涉入程度的维度而异.  相似文献

Structural equation modeling is a technique that has been widely used for instrument validation and model testing in research in marketing and organizational behavior. The technique has also been introduced to MIS researchers and used in several studies recently reported in the literature. This article offers an example of how the technique can be used for instrument validation and model testing. The illustration is made through a reexamination of a model for evaluating information center (IC) success. With the growth of end-user computing, the success of an IC is more important than ever. Obtaining a valid model for measuring IC success is thus crucial to organizations with ICs. The results of this study highlight the importance of a strong theoretical base in developing such a valid model, and management should be cautious when using these models to assess the performance of their ICs.  相似文献

The objective of this research is to test the theory and causal performance linkages implied by the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). The survey instrument used a comprehensive set of 101 questions that were directly tied to specific criteria in the 1995 MBNQA Criteria. Results reported here represent the first published article that tests the MBNQA performance relationships and causal model using comprehensive measurement and structural models. In general, our research concludes that (1) The underlying theory of the MBNQA is supported that “leadership drives the system that causes results”; (2) Leadership is the most important driver of system performance; (3) Leadership has no direct effect on Financial Results but must influence overall performance “through the system”; (4) Information and Analysis is statistically the second most important Baldrige category; (5) the Baldrige category, Process Management, is twice as important when predicting customer satisfaction as when predicting financial results; and (6) a modified “within system” set of five Baldrige causal relationships is a good predictor of organizational performance.  相似文献

媒介对知识在时间和空间中的传播产生重要影响。现行的学术评价体系发轫、发展于以印刷术为支撑的纸媒环境下,对科学技术的发展曾起到积极的作用。但随着网络技术的发展,其局限性也逐渐凸显。学术出版过程中的封闭性与网络的开放性、互动性形成尖锐的矛盾,作为学术生产主体的学术共同体权利旁落,出版商成为学术生态体系的中心。区块链具有不可伪造、全程留痕、可追溯、公开透明、集体维护等特征,具有广阔的运用前景。在学术场域中,国外已有不少区块链的应用平台。本文以Scienceroot为例,分析私有场域中区块链学术网络平台的特点及弱点。Scienceroot基于科学代币(Science Token,简称ST)运营,集科研协作、资助和出版、学术评价与交易于一体,是基于网络和科研工作者的新型学术生态系统。该系统中,学术评价具有如下特点:一是去中介,评议专家范围更广、匹配更精准和灵活,作者能够参与其中,评议过程开放透明,评议专家的劳动能够得到确认和激励;二是评价的对象既可以是成熟的成果也可以仅仅是科学研究议题;三是同行评议和量化评价、内容评价和影响力评价相结合。虽然平台构建了新型的学术生态系统,但是由于该平台由技术企业所创办,因此存在资本逐利性与学术产品公共性之间的矛盾、评议的公正性及学界认可度尚不明确、公有链的运行效率等问题。除了被私有出版主体或技术企业所运用,区块链还可以被公有制大学等学术研究主体所运用,这才是区块链真正价值之所在。在这种场域下,基于区块链的学术网络平台能够实现学术共同体的虚拟重构。通过线上学术机构联盟或学科联盟,学术共同体能直接参与学术合作与学术生产,行使学术评议的权利。在这种学术生态系统中,学术共同体占主导地位,多元主体参与评价和交流;激励机制可以让同行评议专家及科研合作者的劳动得到承认和确权,调动他们参与的积极性;共识机制让评价机制能够得到学界的普遍认可;智能合约有助于鼓励科研工作者之间的合作,促进科研成果市场转化等。一方面,这一学术生态系统既保留了私有场域中Scienceroot平台的优点,同时也有效避免了资本逐利本性对学术产品公共性的影响,有利于打破科层制行政组织对学术评价的过度干预,减少学术特权和学术寻租行为;另一方面,这种评价以学术同行的共识为前提,能够得到联盟内学术机构的普遍认可,利于快速打破以出版商为中心的学术评价体系。虽然区块链对学术评价体系变革具有积极意义,但由于区块链技术本身的局限性,在实践中如何解决记账节点风险、运行效率等问题尚需要深入研究和探讨。  相似文献

This study develops an issue-driven framework to theorize the role of public attention, support, and expectations in audience responses to corporations’ engagement in contested issues. Based on a mixed-method study using an online survey (N = 817), we investigate how two forms of expectations—normative and predictive—are associated with motivating cognitions, attitudes toward the social impacts of corporate sociopolitical activism (CSA), and buying intentions. Thematic analysis reveals a four-quadrant typology characterized by varying degrees of public attention and support: legitimate engagement, identify alignment, emergent norm, and obscure practice. The structural equation modeling results demonstrate that predictive expectations are a consistent antecedent to the perceived company–issue fit, perceived issue salience, and issue position. In contrast, the associations between normative expectations, the perceived company–issue congruence, and cognitive involvement are contingent on issue types. Perceived advocacy fit and cognitive involvement positively predict attitudes toward the social impacts of CSA. Buycotting intentions, however, are only determined by individuals’ issue position.  相似文献

The proliferation of innovative and exciting information technology applications that target individual “professionals” has made the examination or re‐examination of existing technology acceptance theories and models in a “professional” setting increasingly important. The current research represents a conceptual replication of several previous model comparison studies. The particular models under investigation are the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and a decomposed TPB model, potentially adequate in the targeted healthcare professional setting. These models are empirically examined and compared, using the responses to a survey on telemedicine technology acceptance collected from more than 400 physicians practicing in public tertiary hospitals in Hong Kong. Results of the study highlight several plausible limitations of TAM and TPB in explaining or predicting technology acceptance by individual professionals. In addition, findings from the study also suggest that instruments that have been developed and repeatedly tested in previous studies involving end users and business managers in ordinary business settings may not be equally valid in a professional setting. Several implications for technology acceptance/adoption research and technology management practices are discussed.  相似文献

本文通过引入结构性政策转变虚拟变量,构建了反映人民币汇率形成机制改革效应的MDV-TARCH-M模型,分析了国内外差值变量和货币政策调控指标对汇率长期和短期变动的影响,得到如下结论:首先,历次改革中,只有中间价形成机制调整对促进汇率双向浮动产生显著效果;其次,人民币汇率浮动区间扩大是我国经济结构调整、技术进步速度放缓与国际经贸关联日趋紧密的交互效应的具体表现;第三,国内利率主要调节实体经济,对汇率的影响被阻断,但过高国际利差不利于人民币升值;最后,建立在贸易生产与货币政策之上的两组变量反馈机制通过宏观经济调控准则相互关联。  相似文献

This paper leverages technological and methodological advances in natural language processing to advance our understanding and approaches to leadership research by introducing structural topic models (STM) to researchers wanting to inductively code massive amounts of unstructured texts. Specifically, we illustrate the application of STM applied to a large corpus (N ≈ 8000) of unstructured text responses from a diverse sample of leaders to inductively generate a classification system of leader challenges and simultaneously examine whether the challenges being experienced by leaders covary with leader characteristics. Overall, we identify nine central leader challenges. Results indicate that certain leader challenges are more prevalent depending on the leader’s characteristics (e.g., gender), and that two challenges, Daily Management Activities and Communication, were significantly related to boss’ ratings of performance. We also highlight additional applications of this technique to aid leadership researchers who wish to inductively derive meaning from large amounts of unstructured texts.  相似文献
