高校青年教师社会主义核心价值观认同与培育机制研究

社会主义核心价值观是当代中国共产党人着力推进马克思主义中国化历史进程所得出的弥足珍贵的理论创新成果,它需要全社会的普遍认同和践行。对高等学校而言,青年教师社会主义核心价值观培育的重要任务,是着力引领青年教师在马克思主义中国化视域下高度认同社会主义核心价值观的同时,在强化硬任务意识、加强组织领导、建立培育和激励制度、纳入学校文化建设和融入师德建设等方面建立并不断完善青年教师社会主义核心价值观培育的工作机制。该研究将进一步推动高校青年教师社会主义核心价值观培育工作的发展。     

Comparison of record data and random observations based on statistical evidence

“Science looks to Statistics for an objective measure of the strength of evidence in a given body of observations. The Law of Likelihood explains that the strength of statistical evidence for one hypothesis over another is measured by their likelihood ratio” (Blume, 2002). In this paper, we compare probabilities of weak and strong misleading evidence based on record data with those based on the same number of iid observations from the original distribution. We shall also use a criterion defined as a combination of probabilities of weak and strong misleading evidence to do the above comparison. We also give numerical results of a simulated comparison.     

新时期民族大学生思想政治教育工作面临的问题分析及对策研究

本文着眼于时代特点,分析了新时期民族大学生面临的有关价值观念、就业压力、情感问题、贫困生教育及民族团结等方面的问题,提出了用社会主义核心价值体系指导思想政治教育工作,以及解决思想问题必须与解决实际问题相结合等加强和改进民族大学生思想政治教育工作的对策。     

价值导向的IS价值管理模式研究

信息系统价值日益成为企业界及学术界关心的热点问题。由于信息系统自身的复杂性,信息系统的价值是随着对其进行有效管理过程中逐步体现出来的。价值导向的信息系统管理模式就是对该问题进行深入探讨的尝试,通过不同阶段的特定活动为价值实现提供了机制保证,促使价值在信息系统实施的实践中得以有效实现。     

Cause identity: A measurement of disability organizations’ communicated values

This article introduces the concept of “cause identity” as an important consideration in public relations practice as well as research. Ten different disability organizations were used to examine how – as measured through communicated values – organizational identity is expressed. Results of a quantitative content analysis of marketing and public relations materials used by the organizations indicated very few distinctions in their organizational identities. Rather, a strong collective identity was shared among all ten organizations.     

Where professional and personal values may clash: social workers' attitudes towards professional involvement in the evacuation of Israeli settlers from Gaza and Northern Samaria

Israel's evacuation of settlers from their homes in Gaza and North Samaria provided a real time opportunity to examine social workers' attitudes towards offering their services in controversial political situations. This study, conducted shortly before the evacuation, is a qualitative examination of the attitudes of 108 Israeli social workers towards offering professional services to the evacuees. Findings show that while most respondents supported social worker involvement, around a quarter either qualified their support or objected outright. Calls are made to ensure that professional services and resources become available to persons of all political persuasions and in all political situations.     

The hidden curriculum of youth care interventions—A case study

Themes such as “effectiveness” and “evidence-based practice” currently dominate debates about the professional care of children and youth. Notwithstanding the importance of these themes, this rather narrow focus may leave the values and ideals underlying youth care interventions undiscussed. In this article we will present our case study of EQUIP as an example of the role of this “hidden curriculum” in youth care interventions. Qualitative research has been conducted, consisting of content analysis of documents, interviews and observations. For the analysis an existing theory on the content and structure of values is used (Schwartz, 1992). The results show that there are distinct differences in the way moral behavior is defined in a Dutch and American “version” of EQUIP. The results also suggest that a difference in value perspective might be related to the effectiveness of the program.     

试论中国当代家庭观的演变对家庭产生的效应

在时代变迁和外来文化的双重影响下，中国当代家庭观不断对传统家庭观进行扬弃。它在演变过程中，逐渐对家庭产生了效应。这种效应主要包括家庭变化的表现和影响。     

Correlation type gogdness-of-fit statistics with censored sampling

Some comments are made concerning the possible forms of a correlation coefficient type goodness-of-fit statistic, and their relationship with other goodness-of-fit statistics, Critical values for a correlation goodness-of-fit statistic and for the Cramer-von Mises statistic are provided for testing a completely-specified null hypothesis for both complete and censored sampling, Critical values for a correlation test statistic are provided for complete and censored sampling for testing the hypothesis of normality, two parameter exponentiality, Weibull (or, extreme value) and an exponential-power distribution, respectively. Critical values are also provided for a test of one-parameter exponentiality based on the Cramer-von Mises statistic     

高校行政管理人员工作价值观与敬业度的关系研究——以福建省高校为例

笔者随机抽取福建省4所高校200名行政管理人员为被试进行问卷调查,结果发现：（1）女性高校行政管理人员休闲自由工作价值观得分显著高于男性,地位威望得分则显著低于男性。（2）研究生学历以上的高校行政工作人员内在价值和休闲自由得分显著高于本科学历人员。（3）未婚高校行政人员在内在价值和休闲自由2种工作价值观得分上显著高于已婚者;已婚无孩者在人际关系工作价值观的得分显著低于未婚者和已婚有孩者。（4）高校行政人员职务越高,越看重工作中的晋升、薪酬和福利等外在价值、人际关系和利他因素。（5）内在价值、利他、外在价值、地位威望4种工作价值观与敬业度总分存在非常显著的正相关关系。（6）声望地位和外在价值2种工作价值观对敬业度起正向预测作用,休闲自由工作价值观起负向预测作用。根据研究结果,建议从增强个人归属感、建立合理的薪酬制度、构建完善的培训体系和建立有效的考核激励机制4个方面着手提升高校行政管理人员的敬业度。
