国外保障出版自由立法研究

《公民权益和政治权利国际公约》对出版自由以国际公约的形式对各缔国加以约束,不同社会制度、不同文化传统、不同发展阶段的国家的宪法或其他法律,对出版自由一般都有明文的规定。研究世界各国法律、法规对于出版自由的规定,可以对我国出版自由立法形成有益的借鉴,同时紧跟国际形势,推进我国的出版贸易。     

网络的类市场环境与道德的自发生成

历史及事实皆显示道德在很大程度上沿自生自发的发展路径生成.网络实践较为明显地带来了个人的自主与自由,尤有价值的是文化上的自主性.网络环境是类市场环境,这种类市场环境的特征会逐步促使无数上网个体的自主性的觉醒,进一步确立起个体作为责任主体和道德主体的地位,最终有助于个体道德的生长.网络的类市场环境不仅有助于道德的自发生长,且意外地使自由、自主与道德三者形成了互相促进、相得益彰的关系.已经和正在展现的事实都表明网络的类市场环境让个体的自由、自主与道德获得了前所未有的发展空间,道德因素在网络世界愈发显示出其重要性和力量,并辐射与作用于现实社会.这使我们依然可以对信息时代的道德充满信心.     

论信息自由与开放档案

信息自由是信息社会的基本理念之一,也是当代档案事业追求的价值目标之一。以信息自由为理论基础分析开放档案对民主社会的重要意义,及与开放档案相关的一些实际问题,指出了完善开放档案的一些可行性措施,从而满足大众的信息自由的权利。     

列宁关于报刊发展的路径探析及其当代启示——基于《党的组织和党的出版物》

在《党的组织和党的出版物》一文中,列宁从基本自由、经济保障、价值取向和党性原则的角度对俄国报刊的发展路径进行了具体、系统的理论阐释,他认为要实现报刊发展就必须彻底摆脱警察压迫、摆脱资本、摆脱名位主义以及摆脱资产阶级无政府主义的个人主义。当下,回顾与反思列宁有关报刊发展的路径探析,可以得到3点启示:首先,要坚持正确的政治方向,为中国特色社会主义报刊事业提供根本保障;其次,要遵循“以人为本”,优化中国特色社会主义报刊事业的队伍建设;再次,要恪守党性原则,增强党对中国特色社会主义报刊事业的领导能力。     

面向高空作业采摘果实机器人设计

针对果品采摘作业的复杂性以及自动化程度低的情况,提出高空采果机器人的设计和制造。机器人采用坦克式 双履带行走驱动方式,所有的原动件安在机身上,使重心下移,保持行走稳定;手臂采用硬塑料板及铝质型材支撑多段折 叠式手臂,通过底部的3个马达绕绳实现手臂的展开与收缩;手臂顶端为1个三自由度高度灵活的夹子,可以方便地采 摘果实;夹子下方一个口袋作为收集装置。应用结果表明,文章设计的机器人具有质量轻,机身小,造价低,实用性好等 优点,能满足高空采摘作业要求。     

论译者作为翻译主体留下的痕迹——以《第22条军规》中译本为例

文章以描述性的研究方法,从译者的语言风格和自由度两方面对《第22条军规》中译者的痕迹进行考察,证明译者的痕迹是客观存在的,并试图分析其“显形”背后的深层原因。提出对于译者在翻译过程中留下的痕迹,研究者不能一味批评指责,而要在充分观察、认真描述的基础上对其做出科学、客观、合理的解释。     

马克思的"人的本质"及其哲学中的主体性问题--从马尔库塞对马克思的人道主义解读谈起

本文试图通过分析马尔库塞对马克思“人的本质”思想的人道主义解读的理论起点和精神实质来瓦解长久以来对马克思哲学之根本性质的近代形而上学的遮蔽。在对人道主义的解读进行全面批判的同时,我们也将阐明马克思关于“人的本质”之问题的讨论是如何突破了传统形而上学的“主体”视域而进行的,以至于任何企图将马克思哲学置于形而上学之内来理解的努力都必然会被形而上学自身的逻辑粉碎。     

Evaluating social investment in disability policy

Disability policy in European countries is displaying a shift towards social investment: increasing human capital and access to the labour market. The reasoning that underlies this transition is that disabled persons would benefit from mainstream employment, but are impeded in traditional policy by deficiencies in labour supply and demand. However, the shift towards more activating policies in many countries is accompanied by a decline in social protection. It is unclear whether social investment may effectively promote the employment chances of disabled persons within this context. The present research examines this question through a quantitative, cross-sectional, multilevel analysis on microdata from 22 EU countries. Our findings suggest greater activation to predict lower employment chances, while reducing passive support shows mixed effects. Conversely, measures for facilitation in daily life predict greater employment chances, as do measures for sheltered work. These findings raise questions over the value of social investment for disabled persons—and underline the need to overcome broader barriers in the labour market and in society.

A primal dual active set with continuation algorithm for high-dimensional nonconvex SICA-penalized regression

The smooth integration of counting and absolute deviation (SICA) penalty has been demonstrated theoretically and practically to be effective in nonconvex penalization for variable selection and parameter estimation. However, solving the nonconvex optimization problem associated with SICA penalty in high-dimensional setting remains to be enriched, mainly due to the singularity at the origin and the nonconvexity of the SICA penalty function. In this paper, we develop a fast primal dual active set (PDAS) with continuation algorithm for solving the nonconvex SICA-penalized least squares in high dimensions. Upon introducing the dual variable, the PDAS algorithm iteratively identify and update the active set in the optimization using both the primal and dual information, and then solve a low-dimensional least square problem on the active set. When combined with a continuation strategy and a high-dimensional Bayesian information criterion (BIC) selector on the tuning parameters, the proposed algorithm is very efficient and accurate. Extensive simulation studies and analysis of a high-dimensional microarray gene expression data are presented to illustrate the performance of the proposed method.
